Abstract

After assembly, the working fluid interface is plugged, water is added for leakage test, the sealing surface, the shaft seal and the sealing position of the rotor disc are not leaked, and the fact that the sealing position of the shaft of the rotor disc is not leaked by using a jigger tool indicates that the repair machining precision of the part meets the assembly requirement, and the repair is successful and can be put into use.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of corrosion repair, and particularly relates to a method for repairing corrosion of a sealing surface of a compressor.
Background
Two CBW1 252-740 type liquid ring compressors used in production devices of certain chemical enterprises use nitric acid with concentration of less than 60% as working solution to compress nitrogen oxide gas generated in a nitric acid concentration device and then send the compressed nitrogen oxide gas into a nitric acid absorption tower for absorption, and as the running temperature of the compressors reaches 80 ℃ for a period of time after the compressors are newly assembled, the running temperature of the compressors is reduced to about 50 ℃ after the heat exchangers and coolers are additionally arranged, but after the compressors are operated for one year, the sealing surfaces between end covers and distribution plates on two sides of the compressors and between cylinder bodies and the distribution plates are corroded, so that leakage occurs, and the working solution shows irregular leakage on the corroded sealing surfaces, so that the two sets are frequently switched for overhauling. One difficulty in the bottleneck and equipment maintenance that has limited production has plagued operators and maintenance personnel.
When the compressor is disassembled and inspected, the rotor, the cylinder, the front and rear distribution plates, the end covers at the two sides and the shaft sleeve of the compressor are all corroded; the sealing surfaces on two sides of the cylinder body of the compressor are corroded to form a large chamfer angle, the corrosion uneven sections of the distribution plate and the end covers on two sides are 100mm long, the corrosion of the sealing surfaces is not smooth, and the surfaces are porous.
No better solution is provided by consultation with the manufacturer's after-market personnel, and purchasing the compressor corroded parts as spare parts is recommended to replace, and the purchasing corroded spare parts is expected to be more than 40 ten thousand yuan, and the delivery period is more than half a year.
The 304L material used for the nitrogen oxide compressor has certain temperature and nitric acid working solution concentration under the operating condition, and also has corrosion of nitrogen oxide gas on the surfaces of parts. The corrosion of the surface of the part can cause leakage during working, so that nitric acid and nitric oxide gas overflow can cause safety influence on surrounding personnel and equipment; the period of purchasing spare parts is long, and if the normal production is influenced because the corroded parts cannot be arrived, the spare parts are very uneconomical. There is a research on corrosion resistance of 304L in nitric acid in China, but there is no method for repairing the corroded parts of the compressor under the working condition of nitric acid, and only a new part is replaced to repair the compressor after the parts are corroded at present.

Firstly, drawing an assembly drawing of a CBW1-252 cylinder body, and measuring the outer diameters of sealing surfaces on two sides of the cylinder body in the axial length of the cylinder body; grinding the oxidation layers of sealing surfaces on two sides of the corroded cylinder body, adopting an argon arc welding wire made of 321 materials after grinding, overlaying 2mm machining allowance on each side along the axial center line direction by utilizing the argon arc welding wire, ensuring that the cylinder body cannot be deformed when the cylinder body is clamped on a lathe, ensuring that the sealing surfaces on two sides of the cylinder body are perpendicular to the axial center line and parallel to the two sealing surfaces when the cylinder body is turned, and paying attention to protecting the sealing surfaces from collision in the transportation process after turning is finished;

After parts with corrosion and leakage on the sealing surfaces of the end cover and the distributing plate of the compressor are washed by clean water, the corroded surfaces are subjected to turning treatment, alignment is required to be carried out on the sealing surfaces before turning, the sealing surfaces are ensured to be perpendicular to the axial center line of the parts, and the sealing surfaces on two sides of the distributing plate, which are required to be turned, are also required to be parallel to the axial center line;
Because the mechanical sealing position of the shaft sealing working solution can be changed relatively when the parts are assembled after the sealing surfaces of the end cover and the distributing plate are turned, the shaft sleeve, the mechanical seal and the hub sealing ring on two sides of the compressor shaft are recommended to be prepared in order to avoid leakage of the shaft sealing after the assembly, and the PTFE sealing gaskets between the end cover and the distributing plate and between the distributing plate and the cylinder body are required to be replaced in order to ensure a longer operation period after the assembly of the compressor;
d. reliability verification after assembly

Example 1
The invention relates to a method for repairing the matched sealing surfaces among a cylinder body, a distribution plate and end covers at two sides of a CBW1-252 compressor after surface corrosion, which is shown in a compressor structure diagram 1,
The quality of the cylinder part is the key of whether the unit can be successfully repaired.
Firstly, polishing the oxidized layers of the sealing surfaces on the two sides which are corroded, and then, surfacing the machining allowance of 2mm on each side along the axial center line direction by using an argon arc welding wire of 321, wherein the cylinder body cannot be deformed when the cylinder body is clamped on a lathe, the sealing surfaces on the two sides are perpendicular to the axial center line and parallel to the two sealing surfaces when the cylinder body is turned, and the protection sealing surfaces cannot collide in the transportation process after turning is finished. Repair of compressor end cap and distributor plate surface corrosion
After parts with corrosion and leakage on the sealing surfaces of the end cover and the distributing plate of the compressor are washed by clean water, the corroded surfaces are subjected to turning treatment, alignment is required to be carried out on the sealing surfaces before turning, the sealing surfaces are ensured to be perpendicular to the axial center line of the parts, and the sealing surfaces on two sides of the distributing plate, which are required to be turned, are perpendicular to the axial center line and are also required to be parallel.
Assembly of parts
Because the mechanical seal position of the shaft seal working solution can be changed relatively when the parts are assembled after the sealing surfaces of the end cover and the distribution plate are turned, in order to avoid leakage of the shaft seal after assembly, the preparation of shaft sleeves, mechanical seals and hub sealing rings on two sides of a compressor shaft is recommended, and in order to ensure that a longer operation period is ensured after the compressor is assembled, PTFE sealing gaskets between the end cover and the distribution plate as well as between the distribution plate and the cylinder body are required to be replaced. Reliability verification after assembly
After assembly, the working fluid interface is plugged, water is added for leakage test, the sealing surface, the shaft seal and the shaft seal are not leaked, the jigger tool is utilized to move the rotor disc for a plurality of circles, the shaft seal is not leaked, so that the repair machining precision of the parts meets the assembly requirement, and the repairing can be successfully put into use.
The invention has obvious effect from the operation of two compressors repaired by the method in 7 months in 2020 to the operation of two compressors in 5 months in 2021.
