Abstract
The invention discloses an auxiliary feeding device for curled slabs of a plate rolling mill, which comprises conveying rollers, rolling mill compression rollers, overhead cloud rails, a rack and a lifting device, wherein the rolling mill compression rollers are arranged at the tail ends of a plurality of conveying rollers, each rolling mill compression roller consists of an upper compression roller and a lower compression roller, the upper compression roller is arranged right above the lower compression roller, the axial lines of the upper compression roller and the lower compression roller are parallel, and the rotating directions are opposite; the overhead cloud rail is arranged above the conveying roller, the frame is arranged on the overhead cloud rail, the lifting device is arranged below the frame, and the pushing device is arranged at the lower end of the frame. The invention also discloses a using method of the auxiliary feeding device for the coiled plate blank of the plate rolling mill. The invention has the advantages of compact structure, simple control, good effect, high auxiliary feeding efficiency, no need of cutting or flattening the coiled plate blank, low production energy consumption and material loss, low production cost, less influence on the rolling period of the coiled plate blank, safety, reliability and convenient use.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of metallurgical plate rolling, in particular to an auxiliary feeding device for coiled plate blanks of a plate rolling mill and a using method thereof.
Background
In the process of cogging and rolling thick slabs, a plate rolling mill often generates severe curling of the slab and cannot feed and bite into rolling through a normal conveying roller way for various reasons, so that cogging and rolling of the slab have to be interrupted. The curled plate blank can be flattened by other mechanical equipment and then reheated and rolled; the correction and flattening of the curled plate blank are not processed by special mechanical equipment at present, the existing processing equipment such as an oil press can be used, the processing process is quite difficult at present, most of the time, the curled plate blank is required to be split by using equipment such as gas cutting, even some curled plate blanks can only be smelted in a furnace after being split, the production period is greatly influenced, the production energy consumption, the material loss and the like are greatly influenced, the production cost is greatly increased, and particularly when the precious metal plate blanks are curled and cannot be rolled continuously, the cost is increased remarkably.

s5, pushing the whole curled slab 100 to pass through the rolling mill compression roller 2 and enter the plate mill through the conveying of the conveying roller 1 and the horizontal movement of the frame 4 on the overhead cloud rail 3, so as to finish the auxiliary feeding of curled slab blanks of the plate mill.
