In the prior art, in the case of lids for fitting to the opening of a container, in order to ensure the sealing performance of the container, it is necessary to provide a breakable/tearable seal inside the lid, so that, in use, the user needs to open it by using a foreign object, which results in inconvenience.
Meanwhile, the cover used in the current market is also provided with other sealing structures so as to ensure that the cover can realize sealing effect after the sealing element above the cover is broken, but the cover has the problems of complex structure and high manufacturing cost.
Meanwhile, when the substances are required to be taken from the container in the current market, the cover is required to be separated from the opening of the container, so that the cover is lost and falls off, and unsafe and unhygienic effects are caused.
The invention is researched and proposed for overcoming the defects of the prior art.
[ Invention ]
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a multifunctional cover assembly, which is characterized in that an opening/sealing control structure is arranged between a base and an upper cover, and a liquid outlet control structure is arranged between the upper cover and a liquid outlet cylinder, when the multifunctional cover assembly is used for the first time, a user acts on the upper cover to move relative to the base, so that the opening/sealing control structure can tear a liquid outlet sealing element and seal a liquid outlet, simultaneously, the liquid outlet control structure isolates the inner cavity of the liquid outlet cylinder from the outside, then the upper cover is continuously acted to move relative to the base, so that the opening/sealing control structure can open the liquid outlet, and the liquid outlet control structure communicates the inner cavity of the liquid outlet cylinder with the outside.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a multifunctional cap assembly, which comprises a base 1 for connecting with an opening of a container and an upper cap 2 movably connected to the base 1, wherein a liquid outlet barrel 12 is formed by extending upward from an upper end surface of the base 1, a liquid outlet 11 communicated with an inner cavity of the container is arranged on the base 1 and in the liquid outlet barrel 12, a tearable liquid outlet sealing member 111 is connected on the liquid outlet 11 in a sealing manner, an opening/sealing control structure for tearing the liquid outlet sealing member 111 and controlling the opening or blocking of the liquid outlet 11 when the upper cap 2 moves relative to the base 1 is arranged between the base 1 and the upper cap 2, and a liquid outlet control structure 4 for controlling the inner cavity of the liquid outlet barrel 12 to be communicated or isolated from the outside when the upper cap 2 moves relative to the base 1 is arranged between the upper cap 2 and the liquid outlet barrel 12.
A multifunctional cap assembly as described above is characterized in that the opening/sealing control structure is an opening/sealing rod 3 provided at the inner bottom of the upper cap 2 for use with the liquid outlet 11.
A multifunctional cap assembly as described above is characterized in that a sealing ring 31 is provided between the lower portion of the opening/sealing bar 3 and the upper end surface of the base 1.
The multifunctional cover assembly is characterized in that the liquid outlet control structure 4 comprises a static liquid outlet 41 arranged on the side wall of the liquid outlet barrel 12 and communicated with the inner cavity of the liquid outlet barrel 12, and a movable liquid outlet window 42 arranged on the side wall of the upper cover 2 and matched with the static liquid outlet 41 for alignment communication or dislocation blocking.
The multifunctional cover assembly is characterized in that the static liquid outlet 41 is a liquid outlet nozzle which is inclined upwards from outside to outside relative to the liquid outlet cylinder 12.
The multifunctional cover assembly is characterized in that a positioning control structure is arranged between the upper cover 2 and the liquid outlet cylinder 12.
A multifunctional cap assembly as described above is characterized in that the liquid outlet sealing member 111 is provided with a force receiving surface 112 on one side of the upper cap 2.
The multifunctional cover assembly is characterized in that an anti-fake member 5 is arranged between the base 1 and the upper cover 2, the lower part of the anti-fake member 5 is fixedly connected with the base 1 relatively, and the upper part of the anti-fake member 5 is connected with the lower edge of the upper cover 2 in a breakable manner.
The multifunctional cover assembly is characterized in that the upper end of the liquid outlet barrel 12 is opened, and an upper cover inner plug 21 which can be buckled into the upper end opening of the liquid outlet barrel 12 is arranged on the inner bottom of the upper cover 2.
The multifunctional cover assembly is characterized in that the end face of the upper cover 2 is provided with an opening and closing mark 22.
Compared with the prior art, the multifunctional cover assembly has the following advantages:
1. A multifunctional cover assembly is provided, which comprises an opening/sealing control structure arranged between a base and an upper cover, and a liquid outlet control structure arranged between the upper cover and a liquid outlet cylinder, when in initial use, a user acts on the upper cover to move relative to the base, so that the opening/sealing control structure tears a liquid outlet sealing element and seals a liquid outlet, simultaneously, the liquid outlet control structure isolates the inner cavity of the liquid outlet cylinder from the outside, then the upper cover is continuously acted to move relative to the base, so that the opening/sealing control structure can open the liquid outlet, and the liquid outlet control structure communicates the inner cavity of the liquid outlet cylinder with the outside.
2. When in use, the upper cover and the base are not required to be separated, so that the material in the inner cavity of the container can be taken out, the upper cover can be prevented from being lost and falling, and the device has the characteristics of sanitation and cleanness.
3. In order to improve the tightness, a sealing ring is arranged between the lower part of the opening/sealing rod and the upper end surface of the base.
4. An anti-fake piece is arranged between the base and the upper cover, and by adopting the structure, the anti-fake effect can be achieved and the phenomenon of malicious opening can be avoided.
5. For convenient use, the end face of the upper cover is provided with an opening and closing mark.

[ Detailed description ] of the invention
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the multifunctional cover assembly of the invention comprises a base 1 and an upper cover 2, wherein the base 1 is used for being connected with an opening of a container, the upper cover 2 is movably connected to the base 1, a liquid outlet barrel 12 is formed by extending upwards from the upper end surface of the base 1, a liquid outlet 11 communicated with an inner cavity of the container is arranged on the base 1 and positioned in the liquid outlet barrel 12, a tearable liquid outlet sealing member 111 is connected on the liquid outlet 11 in a sealing manner, an opening/sealing control structure used for tearing the liquid outlet sealing member 111 and controlling the opening or blocking of the liquid outlet 11 when the upper cover 2 moves relative to the base 1 is arranged between the base 1 and the upper cover 2, and a liquid outlet control structure 4 used for controlling the inner cavity of the liquid outlet barrel 12 to be communicated or isolated from the outside when the upper cover 2 moves relative to the base 1 is arranged between the upper cover 2 and the liquid outlet barrel 12. When the novel sealed liquid outlet device is used for the first time, a user acts on the upper cover to move relative to the base, the opening/sealing control structure can tear and seal the liquid outlet sealing element, meanwhile, the liquid outlet control structure isolates the inner cavity of the liquid outlet cylinder from the outside, then the upper cover is continuously acted on to move relative to the base, the opening/sealing control structure can open the liquid outlet and communicate the inner cavity of the liquid outlet cylinder with the outside, after the use is finished, the upper cover is acted on to move relative to the base, the opening/sealing control structure can seal the liquid outlet and isolate the inner cavity of the liquid outlet cylinder from the outside, and when the novel sealed liquid outlet device is used later, the opening/sealing control structure can open the liquid outlet and communicate the inner cavity of the liquid outlet cylinder with the outside.
According to the design requirement, the opening/sealing control structure is an opening/sealing rod 3 arranged on the inner bottom of the upper cover 2 and used for being matched with the liquid outlet 11.
In order to improve the connection strength and reduce the production cost, the upper cover 2 and the opening/sealing rod 3 are integrally formed.
Or the upper cover 2 is detachably coupled with the opening/sealing rod 3 in order to reduce replacement costs and improve practicality.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to improve the sealing performance, a sealing ring 31 is provided between the lower portion of the opening/sealing rod 3 and the upper end surface of the base 1.
As shown in fig. 2-4, according to design requirements, the liquid outlet control structure 4 includes a static liquid outlet 41 disposed on a side wall of the liquid outlet barrel 12 and communicated with an inner cavity of the liquid outlet barrel 12, and a movable liquid outlet window 42 disposed on a side wall of the upper cover 2 and matched with the static liquid outlet 41 for alignment communication or dislocation blocking. When the novel multifunctional liquid dispenser is used, a user acts on the upper cover to move relative to the base, the movable liquid outlet window 42 is communicated with the static liquid outlet 41 in an aligned mode, namely, the inner cavity of the liquid outlet cylinder is communicated with the outside, after the novel multifunctional liquid dispenser is used, the upper cover continues to move relative to the base, the movable liquid outlet window 42 and the static liquid outlet 41 can be blocked in a staggered mode, namely, the inner cavity of the liquid outlet cylinder is isolated from the outside, and therefore, in the taking process, the upper cover is not required to be separated from the base, the upper cover is prevented from being lost and falling, and the novel multifunctional liquid dispenser has the characteristics of sanitation and cleanness.
As shown in fig. 2,3 and 5, in order to prevent substances from staying on the static liquid outlet 41 during the taking process, the static liquid outlet 41 is a liquid outlet nozzle inclined from outside to top relative to the liquid outlet barrel 12, and has the characteristics of cleanness and sanitation.
In order to facilitate the control of the opening/sealing control structure to open or close the liquid outlet and the control of the liquid outlet control structure to control the liquid outlet cylinder to be communicated or isolated from the outside so as to improve the taking efficiency, a positioning control structure is arranged between the upper cover 2 and the liquid outlet cylinder 12, which is not shown in the figure.
According to the design requirement, the positioning control structure comprises a positioning groove arranged on the side wall of the liquid outlet cylinder and a positioning rod which is arranged on the inner bottom of the upper cover and can be inserted into the positioning groove to realize the positioning function, and the positioning rod is not shown in the figure.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to facilitate tearing of the liquid outlet seal during initial use, the liquid outlet seal 111 is provided with a force-receiving surface 112 on one side of the upper cover 2.
As shown in fig. 1-5, an anti-fake member 5 is arranged between the base 1 and the upper cover 2, the lower part of the anti-fake member 5 is fixedly connected with the base 1, and the upper part of the anti-fake member 5 is connected with the lower edge of the upper cover 2 in a destructible manner, so that the anti-fake member has an anti-fake effect and can avoid malicious opening.
As shown in fig. 2,3 and 5, in order to improve the sealing performance and enable the upper cover to move stably relative to the base, the upper end of the liquid outlet barrel 12 is opened, and an upper cover inner plug 21 capable of being buckled into the upper end opening of the liquid outlet barrel 12 is arranged on the inner bottom of the upper cover 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, for convenience of use, the end face of the upper cover 2 is provided with an opening/closing mark 22.
According to the design requirement, the base 1 and the upper cover 2 are connected through buckling or clamping or threads.
