As an alternative embodiment, the cylinder 3 may be moved by a gear-rack linkage.

Claims (16)
1. A latch structure, comprising:
a locking pin (1);
the opening structure (2) is provided with an opening towards the locking pin (1), and the inner diameter of the opening structure (2) is gradually increased along the direction back to the opening;
the cylinder (3) is arranged on the inner side of the opening structure (2) and is abutted against the inner wall of the opening structure (2), the cylinder (3) and the opening structure (2) are opened in the same direction and are suitable for accommodating the locking pin (1), and the cylinder (3) comprises a limiting part; and
a stroke holding section (4) that acts on the cylinder (3);
the limiting part has a locking state of limiting the locking pin (1) under the action of the stroke maintaining part (4).
2. The latch structure of claim 1, wherein the limiting portion is rigidly disposed, comprising:
a plurality of accommodating holes (31) arranged on the side wall of the barrel (3);
and the limiting block (32) is arranged in the accommodating hole (31), protrudes out of the inner wall of the barrel (3), is suitable for moving along the accommodating hole (31) under the action of external force, and is respectively abutted against the inner walls of the locking pin (1) and the opening structure (2).
3. A catch construction according to claim 2, characterized in that the receiving holes (31) are arranged circumferentially uniformly along the side wall of the barrel (3).
4. A latch construction according to claim 2, characterized in that the locking pin (1) is arranged coaxially with the barrel (3) and the opening construction (2), the angle between the locking pin (1) and the inner wall of the opening construction (2) is α, α is smaller than or equal to arctan μ, μ is the coefficient of friction between the locking pin (1) and the stopper (32).
5. A latch construction according to claim 2, characterised in that the stop (32) is a ball.

A latch structure according to any one of claims 2 to 5, characterized in that the barrel (3) comprises a limit end (33), the limit end (33) is arranged inside the open structure (2) and abuts against the open structure (2), the limit end (33) is arranged in the same shape as the open structure (2), and the receiving hole (31) is arranged on a side wall of the limit end (33).
7. A latch construction according to claim 6, characterized in that it further comprises an inner cavity (5), said inner cavity (5) being provided with said opening arrangement (2) at the top end, said barrel (3) and said stroke holder (4) being arranged in said inner cavity (5).
8. A latch structure according to claim 7, characterized in that the stroke holding part (4) is an elastic member and is provided on the periphery of the cylinder (3), and one end of the stroke holding part (4) abuts against the bottom surface of the limit end (33) and the other end abuts against a protrusion of the inner cavity (5) protruding toward the cylinder (3).
9. A hasp structure according to claim 7 further comprises an unlocking structure, wherein the unlocking structure acts on the barrel (3) and is suitable for controlling the barrel (3) to ascend and descend so as to control the limiting portion to release limiting of the locking pin (1).
10. The latch structure of claim 9 wherein the unlatching structure comprises:
the swing rod structure (6) is suitable for rotating along a fixed axis and comprises a connecting end and a control end, and the connecting end penetrates through a connecting hole (34) formed in the bottom side of the cylinder body (3).
11. A latch arrangement according to claim 9, characterized in that the unlocking arrangement is a link arrangement (7) comprising:
the first clamping part is arranged at one end of the unlocking structure and is matched and connected with a first accommodating groove with an elastic piece on the inner cavity (5);
the second clamping part is arranged at the other end of the unlocking structure and is matched and connected with the first embedding part which is arranged on the inner cavity (5) in a protruding mode;
the inclined part penetrates through a connecting hole (34) at the bottom side of the cylinder body (3), and the inner edge of the connecting hole (34) is arranged in a circular inward convex shape.
12. A latch structure according to claim 10 or 11, wherein the unlatching structure further comprises:
the switch structure (8) is arranged adjacent to the swing rod structure (6) or the connecting rod structure (7) and comprises a switch shaft connected with an elastic piece, and the switch shaft is suitable for moving along a fixed track under the action of external force and applying pressure to the control end or the second clamping part.
13. A shackle structure as claimed in claim 12, characterised in that a profiling sleeve (21) is fitted on the inner wall of the opening structure (2), and the profiling sleeve (21), the locking pin (1) and the stop (32) are all metal parts.
14. A shackle structure as claimed in claim 13, characterised by further comprising a closure detection device in communicative connection with the copying sleeve (21), the locking pin (1) and the stop block (32), respectively.
15. A cooking device comprising the latch structure of any one of claims 1-14.
16. The cooking device of claim 15, comprising:
the cover body is provided with an inner concave part, the inner concave part comprises an opening, and the locking pin (1) extending towards the outer side of the opening is arranged in the inner concave part;
the pot body is provided with the opening structure (2), the cylinder body (3) and the stroke keeping part (4), and at least part of the opening structure (2) is suitable for being embedded into the inner concave part in the locking state.
