s1: preparing a powder base material, taking natural plant powder, and sieving to obtain the base material;
s2, adding edible essence into the base material; the edible essence is one of oil-soluble essence and polyalcohol-soluble essence;
s3: weighing the materials, weighing the adhesive and magnesium stearate in the same proportion according to the requirement, adding the adhesive and the magnesium stearate into the powder base material, and uniformly mixing;
s4: pressing and molding the stopper;
in the step S2, the edible essence and the powder are added according to the proportion of 1;
in the step S3, the proportion of the added adhesive is between 10% and 20%, and magnesium stearate with the same proportion is added at the same time to obtain a mixture;
the stopper replaces the existing plastic stopper, blocks the base material particles in the particle-type heating cartridge, and has a loose porous structure.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the natural plant powder comprises one or more of tea powder, lotus leaf powder, mint powder, honeysuckle powder, coffee powder, clove powder, licorice powder, chrysanthemum powder, lavender powder, dandelion powder, medlar powder, boat-fruited sterculia powder, tangerine peel powder, agilawood powder, angelica powder, pseudo-ginseng powder, angelica dahurica powder, lily powder, blueberry powder, strawberry powder, ginseng powder, rose powder, orange powder and walnut powder.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the binder comprises one or more of carrageenan, xanthan gum, guar gum, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, agar, gelatin, sodium alginate, locust bean gum, konjac gum, edible silica gel, and maltodextrin.
