Abstract

The present invention relates to a decorative toy and a coating material container. Provided is a decorative toy that can store cosmetic coating materials in a manner that can prevent or inhibit drying and degradation. The decorative toy comprises: a storage portion (3) having a first recess, a coating material storage portion (4) for storing cosmetic coating materials being stored in the first recess in a manner that allows loading and unloading; and a covering portion (2) that covers an opening of the first recess of the storage portion (3), the storage portion (3) or the covering portion (2) having a mounted portion that can be mounted on a body-wearing portion that is worn on a person's body.

Patent Document 1 describes a decorative toy that can replace a decorative body in the shape of a flower, butterfly, etc., but does not describe cosmetics as an item that can be attached and detached from the decorative toy. For example, it is considered to fix a container containing a cosmetic coating material such as lipstick to a supporting member of the decorative toy, but only in this way, there is a concern that the cosmetic coating material may dry or deteriorate, causing problems during use.

According to one embodiment, it is possible to provide a decorative toy that can store a cosmetic coating material in a manner that can prevent or suppress drying and degradation.

(Implementation Method)

The decorative toy of this embodiment is a decorative item (amulet) having a storage portion and a covering portion, wherein the storage portion stores a coating material storage portion for storing a cosmetic coating material applied to a human body so as to be removable. Here, a decorative toy that can be worn on a wrist like a bracelet by passing a belt as a body-wearing portion through the storage portion is described.

＜Structure of Accessory Toys＞

The following describes an embodiment of a decorative toy 1 using FIGS. 1 to 11 . As shown in FIG. 1 , the decorative toy 1 includes: a storage portion 3 which is a bowl-shaped container having a recess 11 on the upper main surface; and a covering portion (lid) 2 which can be installed on the storage portion 3 in an openable and closable manner so as to cover the opening of the recess 11. The decorative toy 1 can accommodate a coating material storage portion (coating material storage body) 4 in the recess 11 of the storage portion 3 so that it can be loaded and unloaded. In addition, it can also be considered that the decorative toy 1 is composed of the storage portion 3, the covering portion 2, and the coating material storage portion 4.

Cosmetic coating materials are, for example, lipstick, lip gloss, eye shadow, balm, foundation, and other cosmetic materials for application to the human body. Cosmetic coating materials are liquids with strong viscosity, solids, or powders with high adhesion, and have low fluidity and are not easy to scatter. They can maintain a solid shape, so they will not fall out of the coating material receiving section 4 when the coating material receiving section 4 is tilted. The coating material receiving section 4 has a recess 12 on the first surface on the upper side, and the recess 12 has a heart shape when viewed from above, and the cosmetic coating material can be received in the recess 12. The cosmetic coating material is not shown in FIG. 1, but as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 10, for example, the cosmetic coating material 30 can be received in the recess 12 of the coating material receiving section 4.

The coating material storage part (filler part) 4 can be replaced with another coating material storage part according to the purpose of the decorative toy 1. FIG. 2 shows the storage part 3 with the coating material storage part 4 removed and the coating material storage part 4 with the bottom facing upward. Two locking parts 21 are arranged along the X direction on the bottom surface of the recessed part 11 of the storage part 3. The locking part 21 is a rod-shaped convex part protruding upward (the main surface side in the Z direction). In addition, a locked part 41 is arranged along the X direction on the bottom surface of the coating material storage part 4. The locked part 41 is a cylindrical convex part protruding downward (in FIG. 2, the coating material storage part 4 is turned over, so it is upward). A pair of locking parts 21 and a pair of locked parts 41 are arranged at positions corresponding to each other, and the coating material storage part 4 is pressed into the recessed part 11 of the storage part 3, that is, the storage part 3 side, in the Z direction, so that the locking part 21 and the locked part 41 are interlocked with each other. Thereby, the coating material storage section 4 can be mounted (fixed) in the recessed section 11 of the storage section 3 .

The convex parts 42 are provided at both ends in the X direction of the peripheral part 43 of the coating material storage part 4, and the convex parts 42 protrude outward in the X direction. In the storage part 3, the concave parts 22 are formed at positions corresponding to the convex parts 42 in the state where the coating material storage part 4 is installed in the concave part 11 of the storage part 3. The concave parts 22 are formed at both ends in the X direction on the upper surface of the opening part of the concave part 11 of the storage part 3. As shown in FIG. 1, in the state where the coating material storage part 4 is installed in the concave part 11 of the storage part 3, the convex parts 42 are stored in the concave parts 22.

The direction in which the pair of protrusions 42 are arranged is the same direction (X direction) as the direction in which the pair of locked portions 41 are arranged. In addition, the direction in which the pair of recesses 22 are arranged is the same direction (X direction) as the direction in which the pair of locking portions 21 are arranged. In addition, when installing the coating material storage portion 4 into the recess 11 of the storage portion 3, the user of the decorative toy 1 can visually confirm the protrusions 42 and the recesses 22 even if he cannot visually confirm the locking portion 21 and the locked portion 41. Therefore, in a state where the coating material storage section 4 is installed in the recessed section 11 of the storage section 3, the convex section 42 needs to protrude outward in the X direction than the recessed section 22, or a gap is provided between the convex section 42 and the recessed section 22. Here, the thickness of the convex section 42 in the Z direction is made smaller than the depth of the recessed section 22 in the Z direction, so as to provide a gap between the convex section 42 and the recessed section 22.

The thickness Y1 of the protrusion 42 is less than the thickness Y2 of the peripheral portion 43, so that the function of preventing drying can be achieved, and a gap is provided between the protrusion 42 and the recess 22. In this embodiment, a gap is provided between the convex portion 42 and the concave portion 22, so that the convex portion 42 does not need to excessively protrude outward in the X direction relative to the concave portion 22 when the coating material storage portion 4 is installed in the concave portion 11 of the storage portion 3. Therefore, it is easy to cover the coating material storage portion 4 with the covering portion 2.

Next, the cover 2 is described using FIG. 1 and FIG. 5 to FIG. 7. The cover 2 is mounted outside the recess 11 so as to be rotatable relative to the axis of the storage section 3. FIG. 1 and FIG. 7 show a state where the cover 2 is opened, and FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 show a state where the cover 2 is closed and covers the opening of the recess 11 and the first surface of the coating material storage section 4. In addition, FIG. 7 does not show the coating material storage section 4.

The rotation axis of the covering portion 2 relative to the storage portion 3 is along the X direction. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the storage portion 3 has a first mounted portion 16 located at a position outside the rotation axis in the Y direction. The first mounted portion 16 has an annular shape having a hole portion 17 that passes through in the X direction. As shown in FIG. 7, when the covering portion 2 is axially rotated relative to the storage portion 3, the covering portion 2 abuts against the first mounted portion 16, thereby stopping the rotation of the covering portion 2. That is, the first mounted portion 16 limits the rotation of the covering portion 2 when it is axially rotated relative to the storage portion 3. Thereby, the covering portion 2 is prevented from rotating excessively.

Next, a case where the belt is inserted into the storage portion 3 and the ornament toy 1 is worn on the wrist like a bracelet, for example, is described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6 , the storage portion 3 has a pair of hole portions 15 as a second mounted portion. The pair of hole portions 15 are arranged on the side surfaces of both sides of the storage portion 3 in a row along the Y direction. The hole portions 15 pass through between the surface in the recess 11 and the side surface of the storage portion 3. That is, the pair of hole portions 15 are arranged in a manner to sandwich the recess 11 therebetween.

As shown in FIG8 , the band B1 wound around a person's wrist, for example, can be passed through the hole 15. In addition, the coating material storage portion 4 is not shown in FIG8 . The band B1 is a body-wearing portion for wearing the decorative toy 1 on the body. The two ends of the band B1 respectively passed through the pair of holes 15 can be locked with each other outside the storage portion 3 using, for example, a stopper. As a result, as shown in FIG9 , the decorative toy 1 and the band B1 can be worn on the body, for example, like a bracelet.

It is conceivable that, instead of providing a pair of holes 15 that penetrate the storage portion 3 including the recess 11, a mounting portion that protrudes to the outside of the container of the storage portion 3 is provided, and the belt B1 is passed through the hole portion of the mounting portion. However, in this case, the overall thickness of the storage portion 3 is large, and the aesthetics of the storage portion 3 as an ornament is reduced. In this embodiment, the hole 15 for the belt B1 to pass through is provided on the side of the storage portion 3, so that the storage portion 3 can be made thinner than when the above-mentioned mounting portion is provided on the outside of the storage portion 3. Therefore, the overall size of the ornament toy 1 can be made smaller, and for example, even children can easily wear the ornament toy 1 on their bodies.

The belt B1 is made of a flexible soft material. Therefore, it is considered difficult to insert the belt B1 from one hole 15, pass it through the storage portion 3 provided with the locking portion 21, and send it out from the other hole 15. When such an operation is performed in a state where the coating material storage portion 4 is stored in the recessed portion 11, the belt B1 in the storage portion 3 cannot be visually confirmed, and it is even more difficult to pass the belt B1.

Therefore, a pair of guide plates G1 and G2 for guiding the belt B1 inserted into the storage portion 3 are provided in the recess 11 of the storage portion 3. The pair of guide plates G1 and G2 are arranged in the X direction in such a manner as to sandwich the areas between the pair of hole portions 15 arranged in the Y direction. In addition, the guide plates G1 and G2 extend in the Y direction respectively and protrude upward (in the direction of the main surface side in the Z direction) from the bottom surface of the recess 11. The upper ends of the guide plates G1 and G2 extend in the Y direction within the plane along the X direction and the Y direction. In addition, the upper ends of the guide plates G1 and G2 are located at the same height in the Z direction.

The locking portion 21 is arranged in a direction along the bottom surface of the recessed portion 11, that is, in the X direction, so as to sandwich the pair of guide plates G1 and G2. Thus, when the user of the decorative toy 1 passes the belt B1 through the storage portion 3, the belt B1 is guided by the pair of guide plates G1 and G2 without colliding with the locking portion 21, so that the user can easily pass the belt B1 from one hole 15 to the other hole 15.

As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, abutment parts G3 and G4 are provided on the lower surface, i.e., the second surface, of the coating material storage part 4. The abutment parts G3 and G4 are guide plates protruding downward (in Fig. 2, the coating material storage part 4 is turned over and is therefore upward) of the coating material storage part 4, and abut against the guide plates G1 and G2, respectively. A pair of abutment parts G3 and G4 are arranged in the X direction in such a manner that the areas between a pair of hole parts 15 arranged in the Y direction are sandwiched between them when the coating material storage part 4 is installed in the recess 11 of the storage part 3. In addition, the abutment parts G3 and G4 extend in the Y direction in this state. In this state, the lower ends of the abutment parts G3 and G4 extend in the Y direction within the plane along the X direction and the Y direction. In this state, the lower ends of the abutment parts G3 and G4 are located at the same height in the Z direction.

The distance X1 between the pair of guide plates G1 and G2 in the X direction is the same as the distance X2 between the pair of abutment portions G3 and G4 in the X direction. In addition, when the coating material storage portion 4 is installed in the recess 11 of the storage portion 3, the abutment portions G3 and G4 are arranged at positions corresponding to the guide plates G1 and G2 (positions overlapping when viewed from above). That is, as shown in FIG. 10 , when the coating material storage portion 4 is installed in the recess 11 of the storage portion 3, the lower surface of the abutment portion G3 abuts against the upper surface of the guide plate G1, and the lower surface of the abutment portion G4 abuts against the upper surface of the guide plate G2.

The pair of locked portions 41 are arranged in the direction along the second surface of the coating material storage portion 4, i.e., in the X direction, so as to sandwich the pair of contact portions G3 and G4. Thus, when the user of the decorative toy 1 passes the belt B1 through the storage portion 3, the belt B1 is guided by the guide plates G1 and G2 and the contact portions G3 and G4 without colliding with the locking portion 21 or the locked portion 41, so that the user can easily pass the belt B1 from one hole portion 15 to the other hole portion 15.

It is also considered that the guide plates G1 and G2 are extended to the second surface of the coating material storage section 4 stored in the storage section 3 without providing the contact portions G3 and G4, but it is considered that the shape of the second surface of the coating material storage section 4 and the height in the Z direction are different depending on the shape of the recessed portion 12 of the coating material storage section 4. Here, not only the guide plates G1 and G2 of the storage section 3 are provided, but also the contact portions G3 and G4 are provided in the coating material storage section 4, and the contact portions G3 and G4 are made to contact with the guide plates G1 and G2, so that the forward path of the belt B1 can be reliably ensured.

Here, in the Z direction, the lower terminal portion of the locked portion 41 is located at the same height as the lower ends of the pair of abutting portions G3 and G4, or located above the lower ends of the pair of abutting portions G3 and G4, that is, at a position on the first surface side. In addition, in the Z direction, the upper end of the locking portion 21 protrudes toward the main surface side (the opening side of the recessed portion 11) more than the upper ends of the guide plates G1 and G2. Therefore, the locking portion 21 protruding upward from the guide plates G1 and G2 is engaged with the locked portion 41.

Here, it is explained that the rod-shaped locking portion 21 provided on the side of the storage portion 3 is inserted into the hole portion of the cylindrical locked portion 41 provided on the coating material storage portion 4 so as to install the coating material storage portion 4 to the storage portion 3, but it can also be reversed, that is, the locked portion 41 provided on the coating material storage portion 4 is rod-shaped, and the locking portion 21 provided on the side of the storage portion 3 is cylindrical. However, the width of the cylindrical locked portion 41 as the inserted side is larger than the width of the rod-shaped locking portion 21, and therefore, in the mortar-shaped storage portion 3 whose bottom surface on the side opposite to the main surface is smaller than the main surface, the locking portion 21 is formed into a rod-shaped space that does not press the bottom surface side of the recess 11. In addition, a space for the belt B1 to pass through is required in the storage portion 3, and therefore, in the mortar-shaped storage portion 3, it is preferable to form the locking portion 21 into a rod-shaped space.

In addition, if the coating material storage part 4 is deeply embedded in the storage part 3, the coating material storage part 4 is firmly fixed to the storage part 3, and it is difficult to remove the coating material storage part 4 from the storage part 3. In addition, if the coating material storage part 4 is deeply embedded in the storage part 3, a strong force is applied to the storage part 3 from the peripheral part 43 of the coating material storage part 4, and there is a concern that the coating material storage part 4 or the storage part 3 is bent or damaged. Here, the contact parts G3 and G4 contact the guide plates G1 and G2, so that the coating material storage part 4 can be prevented from being embedded too deeply in the storage part 3.

As shown in FIG. 1 , when the covering portion 2 is tilted toward the main surface side of the storage portion 3, the covering portion 2 has a shape that bulges upward and has a recess 13 on the bottom surface (the surface on the storage portion 3 side). As shown in FIG. 10 , when the covering portion 2 is tilted toward the main surface side of the storage portion 3, the peripheral portion of the covering portion 2 abuts against the peripheral portion of the main surface of the storage portion 3, whereby the first surface of the coating material storage portion 4 and the cosmetic coating material 30 are covered by the covering portion 2. Here, the recess 11, which is the space between the coating material storage portion 4 and the storage portion 3, is connected to the outside air via the hole 15. Therefore, if the space between the coating material storage portion 4 and the storage portion 3 and the space between the coating material storage portion 4 and the covering portion 2 are connected, there is a concern that the cosmetic coating material 30 may be dried due to the outside air intruding from the hole 15.

Here, the peripheral edge 43 of the coating material storage part 4 abuts against the surface (inner wall) of the recess 11 of the storage part 3, thereby preventing air from moving between the space between the coating material storage part 4 and the storage part 3 and the space between the coating material storage part 4 and the cover part 2. That is, the peripheral edge 43 has a function of preventing the cosmetic coating material 30 from being dried by the external air that enters the storage part 3 from the hole 15. In this way, the space between the coating material storage part 4 and the cover part 2 becomes a closed space by the abutment of the peripheral edge 43 of the coating material storage part 4 and the storage part 3 and the abutment of the peripheral edge of the cover part 2 and the peripheral edge of the main surface of the storage part 3, so that the drying and deterioration of the cosmetic coating material 30 can be prevented or suppressed. Therefore, even if the cosmetic coating material 30 is stored in the decorative toy 1 and carried around, the cosmetic coating material 30 can be used for a long period of time.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 10 , in the Z direction, the terminal portion below the locked portion 41 is located at the same height as the lower ends of the pair of abutting portions G3 and G4, or is located above the lower ends of the pair of abutting portions G3 and G4, that is, at the first surface side. Therefore, when the coating material storage portion 4 removed from the storage portion 3 is placed on a flat loading portion alone, the lower ends of the pair of abutting portions G3 and G4 extending in the Y direction abut against the upper surface of the loading portion, so that the coating material storage portion 4 can be stably placed. In particular, when the terminal portion below the locked portion 41 is located at the same height as the lower ends of the pair of abutting portions G3 and G4, the stability when the coating material storage portion 4 is placed is high. The decorative toy 1 can replace various coating material storage portions 4 stored inside, and it is considered to collect a plurality of coating material storage portions 4. Based on the above reasons, the coating material storage portion 4 not stored in the decorative toy 1 can be stably placed in a box (box) or the like.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1 , a mark indicating the position of the body to which the cosmetic coating material is applied is provided on the first surface of the coating material storage section 4 at a position that can be visually confirmed when the coating material storage section 4 is stored (installed) in the storage section 3. For example, here, the word "EYE" is marked on the first surface of the coating material storage section 4, and it can be determined that the cosmetic coating material is a cosmetic coating material used around the eye, such as eye shadow. Thus, it is possible to prevent the wrong coating material storage section 4 from being installed in the storage section 3 and the cosmetic coating material from being misused.

In addition, when the user has short nails or weak strength, it is considered that it is difficult to put the nails, fingers, etc. between the convex part 42 and the concave part 22 and hook them on the convex part 42 to remove the coating material storage part 4 from the storage part 3. In contrast, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the belt B1 is made of a flexible soft material, and is inserted into the storage part 3 directly below the coating material storage part 4 without being blocked by other members. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11, the belt B1 exposed to the outside from both ends of the storage part 3 in the Y direction is pinched, and a force is applied to the belt B1 in a manner of pushing it toward the inside of the storage part 3, so that the belt B1 in the storage part 3 is bent, and the coating material storage part 4 can be pushed up. As a result, the mutual locking of the locking part 21 and the locked part 41 is released, so that even a user with short nails or weak strength can easily remove the coating material storage part 4 from the storage part 3. In addition, illustration of the cover portion 2 is omitted in FIG. 11 .

As described above, the decorative toy 1 of this embodiment can store the coating material storage part 4 containing the cosmetic coating material in a removable manner in the container composed of the storage part 3 and the cover part 2, and can replace various coating material storage parts 4 according to the user's preferences, and can be worn on the body with the help of the body wearing part such as the belt B1 for enjoyment. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the fun of the decorative toy can be improved.

<Variation 1>

In the above embodiment, the case where the accessory toy is worn on the body like a bracelet using a belt is described, but the body-wearing portion is not limited to a belt and may be a chain or the like, and the accessory toy may be worn on the body like a necklace.

As shown in FIG12, here, the belt is not inserted into the storage portion 3, but the chain (body wearing portion) C1 is passed through the hole 17 of the first mounted portion 16. Compared with the belt B1 described using FIG8 and FIG9, the chain C1 is longer and can be hung around the neck of the user.
