Application scenarios: management of municipal building waste

Meanwhile, when the vehicles are subjected to batch clearing operation, code scanning registration can be implemented according to the management requirements of the emission source electronic tags, and a receiving and transporting management electronic coupon is formed and sent to a processing end. Wherein, the transportation order can be assigned to the unit vehicle by the discharge unit for transportation; the emission unit can also send a transportation request to the receiving unit, and the receiving unit assigns vehicles for transportation; the vehicle can be transported by a transportation unit with transportation qualification according to a clearing consignment sent by a discharge unit, and the vehicle enters and exits each station according to the requirements and is registered and recorded no matter which mode is adopted for transportation.
3) Source (end recipient) management:
in the management of disposal source enterprises, monitoring and recording devices such as license plate recognition, electronic snapshot, automatic electronic metering (truck scale) and the like are set at material inlets and outlets of a factory area, relevant data information such as vehicles entering and leaving, material types or quantity and the like is automatically acquired and recorded, and received emission and transportation data are used for realizing automatic input of synergy and closed loop of whole process account data.
The client can also comprise a purchase, sale and stock management function module, the module is only used for setting a receiving unit, so that construction waste receiving enterprises can conveniently carry out integrated registration management on feeding, discharging, inventory, production operation and production ledgers in the production process of recycling, sorting, processing, disposal and utilization, and the recycling of the received construction waste can be conveniently tracked. The purchase, sales and inventory management function module can reflect the situations of material entering, material exiting, inventory change, sales flow direction and quantity in real time, and can automatically generate the factory entering amount, the processing amount and the classification information of the demolished and constructed garbage day by day, month by month and year by year according to the requirements to form a statistical report.
The system can be connected with relevant platforms of industry and government departments to realize data association. The requirements of the government on the whole process monitoring of building garbage collection, transfer and disposal and information traceability are met, and cross-department linkage management and cooperation are achieved.
At present, the system is being used for Nanjing demolition and construction management, the digital upgrading of 15 large-scale stations is completed, 130 million tons of building garbage are accumulated and collected, 6 million train numbers are collected and transported for transportation and demolition and construction projects, and value-added service is provided for the whole solid waste field coverage.
The invention also provides a solid danger waste one-network management digital system based on the waste-free city, which comprises a garbage supervision system based on the waste-free city and a department process supervision system as shown in figure 2, wherein the department process supervision system is in wireless communication connection with the cloud database. The system is mainly used for monitoring who produces, transports and handles the whole process for various wastes, has the functions similar to those of a data center module in a waste monitoring system based on a non-waste city, and can inquire a waste data report in a managed area according to areas, departments, waste categories and periods (date, month and year) and check machine accounts and monitoring data. Because all data all exist in the high in the clouds database, department's process supervisory systems can use in the direct access under the mandate condition, calls out corresponding data according to own needs, and who produces, who transports, who handles the data link complete, and is clear, makes things convenient for government department's statistics and supervision. Preferably, the department process supervision system can also realize the visual display of data, and particularly can display the data on provincial and city maps in real time according to the summarization of the data in regions, so that the data are clearer and clearer. The digital visualization technology belongs to a specific technology, and is not described herein in detail.
The system comprises a network management digital system for solid hazardous wastes based on a non-waste city, and further comprises a source online declaration system, a special transport vehicle service system and a tail end disposal ledger system, wherein the source online declaration system, the special transport vehicle service system and the tail end disposal ledger system are all connected with a cloud database;

the special transportation vehicle service system is used for distributing vehicles to transport between a source station and a tail station according to information declared by a source online declaration system and information received by a tail station account handling system, and different vehicle types can be selected to transport according to the type and the quantity of declared garbage like the conventional vehicle networking system. Specifically, the source online declaration system sends out a garbage throwing order like a taxi taking appointment, the special transportation service system receives the order, and the special transportation service system dispatches the vehicle for transportation and transports the vehicle to a specified recovery site; the recovery station verifies and registers the received garbage through the tail-end disposal ledger system, and the generation, transportation and processing of the garbage are clear; the source online declaration system, the special transportation vehicle service system and the tail end disposal ledger system can be used for full-flow management between a temporary unit or an individual user and a recovery site, and the principle of the system is consistent with that of a garbage supervision system based on a waste-free city.
Finally, a network management digital system realizes the whole-process tracking of various wastes generated by enterprises and individuals, is beneficial to industry management, can realize the closed loop of an industrial chain, meets the requirement of each department on the whole-process supervision of the managed wastes, is easy to divide duties and realizes data assessment.
