Background
The backpack is mainly used for containing articles, is convenient to carry outside, and is widely applied to social life. With the continuous development of the times and the gradual change of the social conditions, the requirements of people on the backpack are not only limited to carrying articles, but also the functional requirements on the backpack are continuously improved.
However, the existing backpack products generally have no bulletproof function, and when an accident, a war or a terrorist event occurs, the backpack cannot effectively protect a user, and is easily injured in the process of danger, especially, the military or police backpack has no bulletproof function except carrying weaponry, fighters must be equipped with bulletproof clothes separately, and cannot immediately put into combat in an emergency, which is very inconvenient and easily causes casualties and property loss.
Based on the above situation, various safety protection devices are available in the market at present for people to choose. Known bulletproof travelling bags have a bag body, which includes a wear-resistant layer located outside the bag body, the wear-resistant layer is provided with an interlayer, a bulletproof layer is arranged in the interlayer, and the bulletproof layer is made of soft materials. Also, as known, a multi-functional field backpack also has a backpack body, and in order to have a bulletproof function, a bulletproof layer and a foam board are fixed in the backpack body from outside to inside in sequence. Therefore, although the backpack bodies with the two different structures have a certain bulletproof function by virtue of the bulletproof layer, the backpack body can be used as a personal protection device and has a certain effect on guaranteeing life safety.
However, since the bulletproof layer is fixed in the backpack body, the user cannot protect the back and chest of the user at the same time no matter the user carries the backpack body on the back or hangs the backpack body in front of the chest.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a backpack body armor that solves the aforementioned problems.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and characteristics of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a backpack body armor according to an embodiment of the present invention when closed. This knapsack bullet-proof vest 1 includes: first and second backpack bodies 11, 12. Referring to fig. 1, when the backpack-type body armor 1 needs to have the function of a backpack 1 '(i.e. the backpack-type body armor 1 needs to be in a backpack state, or the backpack-type body armor 1 at this time can be regarded as a backpack 1' capable of accommodating articles), each side of the first backpack body 11 and each side of the second backpack body 12 are detachably connected by a first connecting assembly (including at least one zipper 13). For example, the zippers 13 are disposed on each side of the first backpack body 11 and each side of the second backpack body 12, and the zippers 13 make the detachable connection between each side of the first backpack body 11 and each side of the second backpack body 12 be a meshing connection, thereby closing or opening the backpack 1'. In the present embodiment, if the first and second backpack bodies 11, 12 are rectangular, four sides of the first backpack body 11 and four sides of the second backpack body 12 are connected by the zipper in a meshing manner. In another embodiment, the four sides of the first backpack body 11 and the four sides of the second backpack body 12 can be coupled by two zippers 13. The backpack 1' refers to a handbag (e.g., fig. 1 shows that the carrying loop 14 can be used as a carrying handle), a backpack, or other carrying bag capable of holding articles.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the body armor of one embodiment of the present invention shown in an open position, showing the body armor not yet secured to a user's body. Referring to fig. 2, when the backpack-type body armor 1 needs to have the function of the body armor 1 '(i.e. the backpack-type body armor 1 needs to be in a body armor state, or the backpack-type body armor 1 at this time can be regarded as a body armor 1'), the first and second backpack bodies 11 and 12 are detachably connected by a second connecting assembly (which includes two shoulder straps 15 and two waist straps 16). The two shoulder straps 15 enable the detachable connection between the first and second backpack bodies 11, 12 to be a buckle connection, a hook-and-loop connection (i.e., a hook-and-loop felt connection), or other connection, and the two waist straps 16 enable the detachable connection between the first and second backpack bodies 11, 12 to be a buckle connection, a hook-and-loop connection, or other connection. The shoulder straps 15 are first and second shoulder straps 15a, 15b, the first and second shoulder straps 15a, 15b are both disposed near the first sides 111, 121 of the first and second backpack bodies 11, 12, the waist straps 16 are first and second waist straps 16a, 16b, the first waist strap 16a is disposed near the second sides 112, 122 of the first and second backpack bodies 11, 12, the second waist strap 16b is disposed near the third sides 113, 123 of the first and second backpack bodies 11, 12, and the second sides 112, 122 are opposite to the third sides 113, 123. If the first and second backpack bodies 11, 12 are rectangular, the second sides 112, 122, the first sides 111, 121 and the third sides 113, 123 are connected in sequence and arranged in a U-shape.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the body armor of one embodiment of the present invention shown in an open position, showing the body armor attached to a user. Referring to fig. 3 and 2, for example, the two shoulder straps 15 are first and second shoulder straps 15a and 15b respectively located on two sides of the neck 22 of the user. The first shoulder strap 15a includes a first male buckle strap and a first female buckle strap, and the second shoulder strap 15b includes a second male buckle strap and a second female buckle strap. The first male buckle belt and the first female buckle belt are connected in a way of inserting and buckling so as to enable the first backpack body 11 and the second backpack body 12 to be detachably connected. Similarly, the first and second backpack bodies 11 and 12 are detachably connected by the way of inserting and buckling the second male buckle strap and the second female buckle strap.
Referring to fig. 3 and 2 again, for example, the two waistbands 16 are first and second waistbands 16a, 16b respectively located on two sides of the user's waist 23. The first waistband 16a includes a third male buckle and a third female buckle, and the second waistband 16b includes a fourth male buckle and a fourth female buckle. The third male buckle belt and the third female buckle belt are connected in a way of inserting and buckling so as to enable the first backpack body 11 and the second backpack body 12 to be detachably connected. Similarly, the fourth male buckle strap and the fourth female buckle strap are connected by a snap connection, so that the first and second backpack bodies 11 and 12 are detachably connected.
As described above, the body armor 1 of the present invention may function as a backpack 1' or as a body armor 1 ″. When the backpack-type body armor 1 is required to have the function of the backpack 1 '(i.e., when the backpack-type body armor 1 is required to be in a backpack state), the user can close or open the backpack 1' by means of the zipper 13. When the body armor 1 needs to have the function of the body armor 1 '(i.e. when the body armor 1 needs to be in the body armor state), the zipper 13 is opened entirely to turn the backpack 1' into the body armor 1 ', and then the user fixes the body armor 1' on the user's body 21 by means of the shoulder straps 15 and the waist straps 16, so as to protect the back and chest of the user's body 21.
Fig. 4a is a schematic cross-sectional view of first and second backpack bodies of a backpack body armor according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4a and 2, the first and second backpack bodies 11 and 12 respectively include a cut-resistant material layer 17, a bulletproof material layer 18, and an antibacterial material layer 19, which are sequentially disposed, and the antibacterial material layer 19 is disposed on a side close to the user's body 21. In this embodiment, the cut-proof material layer 17, the bulletproof material layer 18 and the antibacterial material layer 19 are sequentially stacked, the cut-proof material layer 17 is a cut-proof cloth, the bulletproof material layer 18 is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, and the antibacterial material layer 19 is a copper fiber. Because the antibacterial material layer 19 is disposed close to the body 21 of the user, bacteria growth of the first and second backpack bodies 11, 12 due to sweat on the body 21 of the user can be reduced, and further, the odor of the conventional body armor due to sweat on the body of the user can be reduced.
Fig. 4b is a schematic cross-sectional view of the first and second backpack bodies of the body armor of another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4b, the first and second backpack bodies 11 and 12 respectively include another cut-resistant material layer 17' for covering the antibacterial material layer 19. The other cut-proof material layer 17' is also made of cut-proof cloth, so that the outermost layers of the front and back surfaces of the first and second backpack bodies 11, 12 are made of cut-proof cloth and have an integrally formed appearance.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a body armor according to yet another embodiment of the present invention when open. Referring to fig. 5, the body armor 1 further includes first and second buoyancy members 10a, 10b respectively disposed in the first and second body armor bodies 11, 12, so that the first and second buoyancy members 10a, 10b can provide buoyancy when a user drowns, thereby making the body armor 1 serve as a simple life jacket. The first and second buoyancy modules 10a, 10b may be inflatable buoys or self-inflating modules (containing air bladders or chemicals that self-inflate upon water).
The characteristics of the backpack body armor of the present invention are as follows: the backpack type bullet-proof vest not only has the function of a backpack, but also has the function of a bullet-proof vest. Moreover, because the antibacterial material layer of the backpack-type bullet-proof vest is arranged close to the body of a user, bacteria breeding of the first and second backpack bodies caused by sweating of the body of the user can be reduced, and further, the odor of the known bullet-proof vest caused by sweating of the body of the user is reduced. When the user drowns, the first and second buoyancy components of the backpack body armor can provide buoyancy, so that the backpack body armor can be used as a simple life jacket.
In summary, the present invention is described only in the preferred embodiments or examples for solving the problems, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The scope of the invention is to be determined by the following claims and their equivalents.
