Abstract
The invention discloses an artificial insemination transplantation tube, which comprises a catheter component and a core sleeving component, wherein the catheter component comprises a catheter holder and a catheter, and the core sleeving component comprises a core sleeving holder and a core sleeving. The catheter is composed of an outer catheter tube and an inner catheter tube having a portion protruding outward with respect to the outer catheter tube. The outer pipe of the conduit is provided with a distance indicating mark. The position of the inner tube of the catheter close to the end part is provided with a side opening for releasing sperms, and the front end of the inner tube of the catheter is round and smooth. The stainless steel wires embedded in the sleeve core can be pre-bent into a desired shape or angle, and the use of the stainless steel wires enhances the controllability of the catheter and facilitates the catheter to pass through the cervix. The material of the far end of the catheter is soft, the front end of the catheter is round and smooth, and the damage to the cervix and the endometrium is minimized; the near end is rigid, and the controllability is better. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to an artificial insemination transplanting tube.
Background
Artificial insemination transfer tubes are used in semen transfer procedures where semen is delivered vaginally to the uterus. For example, CN208756115U discloses an artificial insemination graft tube, the tube body of which has uniform and unchangeable softness and hardness. The artificial insemination transplantation tube can not adapt to the physiological bending of the viscera, and is not convenient to be operated by an operator. Moreover, the traditional artificial insemination transplanting tube mostly adopts a mode of opening the top end, which is not beneficial to the dispersion of semen in the uterus.

The invention aims to provide an artificial insemination transplantation tube, which comprises a catheter component and a core sleeving component, wherein the catheter component comprises a catheter seat and a catheter, and the core sleeving component comprises a core sleeving seat and a core sleeving; the catheter comprises a catheter outer tube and a catheter inner tube, the catheter inner tube is sleeved in the catheter outer tube, the catheter inner tube is longer than the catheter outer tube and is provided with a part extending outwards relative to the catheter outer tube, one end of the catheter outer tube is connected with the catheter seat, and the other end of the catheter outer tube is provided with a distance indication mark; a side opening is formed in the position, close to the end, of the inner pipe of the catheter and used for releasing sperms, and the front end of the inner pipe of the catheter is round and smooth; the stainless steel wire is embedded in the sleeve core and can be bent into a desired shape or angle in advance, and one end of the sleeve core is connected with a sleeve core seat which can be held by hand.
Further, when in use, the sleeve core is inserted into the inner pipe of the catheter from one end of the catheter holder; bending the catheter with the sheath core inserted into the catheter into a required shape; inserting the catheter into the uterus, the depth of entry into the uterus being indicated by the distance indicator; taking out the sleeve core, connecting a sterile injector with semen in the inner part at the catheter seat, slowly injecting the semen, and allowing the semen to enter the uterus through the side hole; and after the operation is finished, taking out the catheter.
Furthermore, the number of the side holes is two, so that semen can be conveniently dispersed in the uterus.
Furthermore, the inner tube of the catheter is made of a material with soft texture, and the outer tube of the catheter is made of a material with hard texture.
Further, the catheter inner tube and the catheter outer tube are connected into a whole through injection molding.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention has the advantages that the sleeve core enhances the controllability of the catheter, so that the catheter can be pre-bent into a required shape or angle and can pass through the cervix more easily; the material of the far end of the catheter is soft, so that the damage to the cervix and endometrium is minimized; the near end is rigid, and the controllability is better; the front end of the catheter is round and smooth, can smoothly pass through the cervix and can minimize the damage to the endometrium; the holes on both sides of the end of the catheter make it easier for the semen to disperse inside the uterus.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that the examples are only for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. In addition, it should be understood that various changes or modifications can be made by those skilled in the art after reading the disclosure of the present invention, and such equivalents also fall within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the artificial insemination graft tube includes a catheter hub 1, an outer catheter tube 2, an inner catheter tube 3, a core set hub 6, and a core set 7. The catheter outer tube 2 and the catheter inner tube 3 together constitute a catheter. The catheter inner tube 3 is sleeved in the catheter outer tube 2, the length of the catheter inner tube 3 is longer than that of the catheter outer tube 2, the front end of the catheter inner tube is provided with a part extending out of the catheter outer tube 2, one end of the catheter outer tube 2 is connected with the catheter seat 1, and the other end of the catheter outer tube 2 is provided with a distance indication mark 5. Two side openings 4 are arranged at the position, close to the end part, of the catheter inner tube 3, and the front end of the catheter inner tube 3 is round and smooth, so that endometrium can be protected, and injury can be reduced. Stainless steel wires are embedded in the sleeve core 7, the sleeve core 7 can be pre-bent into a desired shape or angle, and one end of the sleeve core is connected with a sleeve core seat 6 which can be held by hands.
When in use, the sleeve core 7 is inserted into the inner tube 3 of the catheter from one end of the catheter holder 1; bending the catheter with the core 7 inserted therein into a desired shape, more specifically, a bent portion on the inner tube 3 of the catheter; inserting the catheter into the uterus, the depth of entry into the uterus being indicated by distance indicator 5; taking out the sleeve core 7, connecting a sterile injector with semen in the inner part at the catheter seat 1, slowly injecting the semen, and allowing the semen to enter the uterus through the side opening 4; and after the operation is finished, taking out the catheter.
The catheter inner tube 3 at the front end (far end) is made of soft materials (for example, PU, PE and PP materials) and has the advantages that the damage to the cervix and the endometrium is minimized; the catheter outer tube 2 at the rear end (proximal end) is made of rigid material (for example, PA, PETG, PS material) and has better controllability. The catheter inner tube 3 and the catheter outer tube 2 are processed as one body by injection molding. The front end of the catheter is round and smooth, can smoothly pass through the cervix and can minimize the damage to the endometrium. The sleeve core plays a role in supporting and pre-bending forming. Where transcervical difficulties arise, a shaped inner core may be used to assist in the passage of the catheter into the uterine cavity. The two side holes 4 arranged at the front end of the inner tube 3 of the catheter make the semen more easily enter the uterus and disperse in the uterus.
Claims (5)
1. An artificial insemination graft tube is characterized by comprising a catheter component and a core sleeving component, wherein the catheter component comprises a catheter holder and a catheter, and the core sleeving component comprises a core sleeving holder and a core sleeving; the catheter comprises a catheter outer tube and a catheter inner tube, the catheter inner tube is sleeved in the catheter outer tube, the catheter inner tube is longer than the catheter outer tube and is provided with a part extending outwards relative to the catheter outer tube, one end of the catheter outer tube is connected with the catheter seat, and the other end of the catheter outer tube is provided with a distance indication mark; a side opening is formed in the position, close to the end, of the inner pipe of the catheter and used for releasing sperms, and the front end of the inner pipe of the catheter is round and smooth; the stainless steel wire is embedded in the sleeve core and can be bent into a desired shape or angle in advance, and one end of the sleeve core is connected with a sleeve core seat which can be held by hand.

An artificial insemination graft as described in claim 1, wherein, in use, said core is inserted from one end of said catheter hub into said catheter inner tube; bending the catheter with the sheath core inserted into the catheter into a required shape; inserting the catheter into the uterus, the depth of entry into the uterus being indicated by the distance indicator; taking out the sleeve core, connecting a sterile injector with semen in the inner part at the catheter seat, slowly injecting the semen, and allowing the semen to enter the uterus through the side hole; and after the operation is finished, taking out the catheter.
3. An artificial insemination graft as described in claims 1 or 2, wherein there are two side apertures to facilitate semen dispersion within the uterus.
4. An artificial insemination graft tube as described in any of claims 1-3, wherein the inner catheter tube is made of a softer material and the outer catheter tube is made of a harder material.
5. An artificial insemination graft as described in any of claims 1-4, wherein said inner catheter tube and said outer catheter tube are integrally connected by injection molding.
