Abstract
本发明涉及一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂及其制备和使用方法,属于农用助剂制备技术领域。上述含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:卵磷脂10‑99.9重量份;油脂10‑50重量份;乳化润湿剂5‑35重量份;溶剂5‑30重量份;所述卵磷脂与油脂的质量比为1‑6.5:1。本发明采用卵磷脂与植物油、矿物油为主要原料,制备的助剂能够减少雾滴漂移、增加药液沉积量,并能促进药液在作物体内吸收和传导。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农用助剂制备技术领域,具体提供一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂及其制备和使用方法。
背景技术
我国农药和化肥过量使用带来食品安全风险、农产品质量安全、农田生态环境安全及病虫草害抗药性恶性增长等诸多问题。国家提出“药肥双减”政策,因此必须通过使用技术的改进提高药肥利用效果,在保证病虫草害防治效果的基础上降低用量,用最少量的药肥来调控作物健康生长,提高农产品安全和改善生态环境。
从使用方式角度看,加入桶混助剂可提高药液的润湿铺展性、促进其在作物体内的吸收传导,是最终能达到减量增效的有效手段。现有常用的桶混助剂是有机硅类、植物油类、矿物油类、以及表面活性剂类,但这几种助剂均作用于雾滴从喷头到体表的运动过程以及作物体表,如减少雾滴下落过程中的挥发和漂移,增加药液在作物表面的润湿、铺展性,均不能包埋药物并穿透生物体表面。
卵磷脂是构成生物膜的主要成分,具有优异的生物相容性和安全性。卵磷脂自组装形成脂质体,经脂质体包埋的药物,可以在生物体内快速传递和分布,缓慢释放,延长有效药物的持效期,从而达到增强药效的目的。
现有技术中,CN110037014A利用卵磷脂和D-柠檬烯复配,作为农用增效剂;CN112640894A公开了卵磷脂、表面活性剂、油类助剂、聚合物助剂、生成聚合物类化合物、无机盐、蜡类和有机溶剂的农用增效助剂,但成分复杂。
植物油、矿物油具有优异的抗蒸发、抗漂移性能和粘附性;经检索,采用卵磷脂与植物油、矿物油复配的增效剂尚未见报道。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂及其制备和使用方法,本发明采用卵磷脂与植物油、矿物油为主要原料,开发一种能减少雾滴漂移、增加药液沉积量,并能促进药液在作物体内吸收和传导的增效剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供技术方案如下:
一方面,本发明提供一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:
所述卵磷脂与油脂的质量比为1-6.5:1。
优选的,所述含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂由以下重量份组分组成:
优选的,所述卵磷脂为大豆卵磷脂。
进一步的,所述油脂为脂肪酸酯和/或精炼矿物油;
所述脂肪酸酯为花生油、玉米油、大豆油、棕榈油中的一种或几种经过酯化形成的脂肪酸甲酯或脂肪酸乙酯;
所述精炼矿物油相对正构烷烃碳数差应当不大于8,相对正构烷烃平均碳数应当在21-24之间,非磺化物含量应当不小于92%。优选的,所述油脂为质量比3:2的脂肪酸甲酯和精炼矿物油。
进一步的,所述乳化润湿剂为非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的复配;所述非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的质量比为2-6:1;
所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚中的一种或多种;
所述阴离子表面活性剂为琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠、乙氧基化脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、醇醚磷酸盐、苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、异丙醇、二甲基亚砜中的一种或多种。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种上述含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂的制备方法,包括:
步骤1:按顺序将油脂、溶剂、卵磷脂充分混合均匀,形成易流动液体;
步骤2:在搅拌条件下,加入乳化润湿剂混合30min,全部过程搅拌速度保持60转/min。
再一方面,本发明还提供一种上述含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂的使用方法,所述桶混助剂在喷雾前以桶混形式添加到喷雾桶中,24h内全部喷完。
再一方面,本发明还提供一种增效农药组合物,包括:农药和上述含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,所述助剂在增效农药组合物中的质量百分比为0.2%-2.0%。所述农药为草甘膦及其盐、苯唑草酮、硝磺草酮、烟嘧磺隆、噻苯隆、敌草隆、乙烯利、吡唑醚菌酯、嘧菌酯、吡虫啉、吡蚜酮中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过卵磷脂和油脂协同作用,成功制备一种能够减少雾滴漂移、增加药液沉积量,并能促进药液在作物体内吸收和传导的增效助剂。本发明通过特定配比的卵磷脂和油脂和特定的非离子表面活性剂及阴离子表面活性剂的共同作用,一方面通过油脂能够使得液滴具有较好的抗蒸发、抗漂移性能和粘附性,另一方面,卵磷脂能够将粘附在作物便面的药液传导入内部,进行有效的消杀,具有明显的增效作用。
具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合具体实施例进行详细描述。
实施例及对比例中所用试剂及材料,如无特殊说明,均可经过商业途径得到。
本发明提供一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂及其制备和使用方法,具体实施例如下。
实施例1
一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:大豆卵磷脂65重量份,甲酯化大豆油10重量份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚15重量份,琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠5重量份,乙二醇5重量份。
上述含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂的制备方法,包括:
步骤1:按顺序将油脂、溶剂、卵磷脂充分混合均匀,形成易流动液体;
步骤2:在搅拌条件下,加入乳化润湿剂混合30min,全部过程搅拌速度保持60转/min。
实施例2
一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:大豆卵磷脂50重量份,乙酯化花生油10重量份,嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚30重量份,乙氧基化脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠5重量份,乙醇5重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:大豆卵磷脂10重量份,精炼矿物油10重量份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-92.5重量份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚OP-105重量份,十二烷基醇醚磷酯钾2重量份,琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠0.5重量份,二甲基亚砜15重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:大豆卵磷脂99.9重量份,甲酯化花生油20重量份,精炼矿物油10重量份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚15重量份,嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚5重量份,三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯5重量份,异丙醇10重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:大豆卵磷脂80重量份,甲酯化棕榈油24重量份,精炼矿物油16重量份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚15重量份,三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯2重量份,琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3重量份,乙醇15重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例6
一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:大豆卵磷脂70重量份,甲酯化大豆油21重量份,精炼矿物油14重量份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚20重量份,琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠4重量份,丙三醇10重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例7
一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:大豆卵磷脂50重量份,乙酯化大豆油10重量份,乙酯化花生油5重量份,精炼矿物油10重量份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-912重量份,琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3重量份,乙二醇5重量份。
制备方法同实施例1。
为进一步突出本发明的有益效果,因篇幅有限,以实施例5为例构建如下对比例。
对比例1
本对比例中省略大豆卵磷脂,其余条件与实施例5相同。
对比例2
本对比例中省略甲酯化棕榈油和精炼矿物油,其余条件与实施例5相同。
对比例3
本对比例中甲酯化棕榈油用量16重量份,精炼矿物油24重量份,其余条件与实施例5相同。
对比例4
本对比例中将非离子表面活性剂替换为等量的琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠,其余条件与实施例5相同。
对比例5
本对比例中将阴离子表面活性剂替换为等量的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,其余条件与实施例5相同。
对比例6
一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,由以下重量份组分组成:大豆卵磷脂80重量份,甲酯化棕榈油24重量份,精炼矿物油16重量份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚10重量份,三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯5重量份,琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠5重量份,乙醇15重量份。
对上述实施例1-2制备的桶混助剂分别用去离子水稀释500-1000倍,不加农药,直接用动态表面张力仪测试水溶液的动态表面张力,结果见表1-4。

由表1-4可知,本发明制备的桶混助剂能够在极短的时间内很大程度上降低表面张力。
以实施例1-7、对比例1-6制备的桶混助剂、水(未加助剂)、市售植物油和市售有机硅为助剂,分别稀释500倍,测试其表面张力和体积中值粒径,结果如表5所示。
本领域中,大于400微米为粗雾滴,200-400微米之间为中等雾滴,100-200微米为细雾滴。大雾滴在靶标表面覆盖不均匀,小雾滴下落过程中容易飘失,中等雾滴是农业病虫草害防治中采用最多的。本发明的助剂,可控制雾滴粒径在中等范围,适合农业生产。

由表5可知,本申请助剂能够显著降低水的表面张力,且中值粒径位于中等雾滴范围内,一方面,能够有效防止雾滴漂移,另一方面,还能够防止雾滴过大,在植物表面停留时间短的问题。
药液沉积量测定:由于篇幅所限,本发明仅以嘧菌酯为例,测定嘧菌酯在小麦叶片上的最大稳定保持量指标。
浸粘测定法:剪取小麦叶片,将其背面朝上放入佳能3000扫描仪中,叶片之间留有空隙,将扫描设置输出分辨率为150dpi,宽度为21cm,高度为29.7cm,进行扫描。将扫描后的图片用photoshop CS5打开,用磁性套索工具选取叶片,在直方图中查看像素数,记为D,则叶片的面积S=2D/(150/2.54)2cm2。再用万分之一天平称重叶片,记为W0,用镊子夹持叶片垂直放入配置好的样品水溶液中浸沾5s,迅速把叶片拉出水面,垂直悬持15s,待其不再有液滴流淌时,称重,记为W1,则叶片最大持留量Rm=1000(W1-W0)/S,单位为mg/cm2。测试样品为200mg/L的25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂稀释液,在稀释液中加入上述实施例及对比例制备出的1.0%的桶混助剂,配成一系列的溶液,测试结果见表6。

由表6可知,本发明制备的桶混助剂添加至农药中能够有效的增加药液沉积量。无论是省略大豆卵磷脂(对比例1)还是省略油脂(对比例2),或者是调整油脂中脂肪酸酯和精炼矿物油的比例(对比例3),制备的助剂其药液沉积量都显著降低,这是由于特定配比的卵磷脂和油脂在植物表面具有很好的粘附性,能够显著提高药液沉积量。同时,省略表面活性剂中的非离子表面活性剂(对比例4)或者是阴离子表面活性剂(对比例5),又或者是调整两者的比例关系(对比例6)后,制备的助剂对农药的药液沉积量也显著降低,这是由于特定种类和比例的表面活性剂能够提高卵磷脂和油脂的分散性能,降低与植物表面的表面张力,提高粘附性能。
田间药效试验:含卵磷脂助剂在棉花脱叶剂中的应用评价田间试验试验地点:北京市海淀区;
试验药剂:54%噻苯隆·敌草隆悬浮剂+40%乙烯利水剂;
试验对象情况:棉花株高1.2m左右,较为整齐,种植密度4000株/亩,棉桃吐絮率30%左右;
施药方式:手动喷雾器喷雾,亩用水量为30L;将上述实施例1-7和对比例1-6制备的助剂在喷雾前以桶混形式分别添加到喷雾桶中,与农药混合均匀,助剂在混合物中的质量百分比为0.8%,24h内全部喷完。
每个处理20-30棉株,随机选5株调查。具体各成分用量见表7。

依据表7配置各农药成分,然后对棉花进行处理,其中棉花脱叶率结果见表8,棉桃吐絮率结果见表9。

从表8-9可以看出,在棉花脱叶试验中,加入含卵磷脂助剂后,棉花脱叶率和吐絮率都比不加助剂的空白对照明显提高;同时,与植物油型助剂对比,在施药后3天、7天和14天脱叶率和吐絮率也有所提高。而对比例助剂添加后,棉花的脱叶率和吐絮率较实施例有所降低,这是由于本发明的含卵磷脂助剂对棉花脱叶剂具有增效作用,同时能促进棉桃吐絮。
综上可知,本发明通过特定配比的卵磷脂和油脂和特定的非离子表面活性剂及阴离子表面活性剂的共同作用,一方面提高药液的沉积量,另一方面,卵磷脂能够将粘附在作物表面的药液传导入内部,具有明显的增效作用。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份组分组成:
所述卵磷脂与油脂的质量比为1-6.5:1;
所述卵磷脂为大豆卵磷脂;所述油脂为质量比3:2的脂肪酸甲酯和精炼矿物油;
所述脂肪酸酯为花生油、玉米油、大豆油、棕榈油中的一种或几种经过酯化形成的脂肪酸甲酯;
所述精炼矿物油相对正构烷烃碳数差应当不大于8,相对正构烷烃平均碳数应当在21-24之间,非磺化物含量应当不小于92%;
所述乳化润湿剂为非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的复配;所述非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的质量比为2-6:1;
所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚中的一种或多种;
所述阴离子表面活性剂为琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠、乙氧基化脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、醇醚磷酸盐、苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、异丙醇、二甲基亚砜中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份组分组成:大豆卵磷脂80重量份,甲酯化棕榈油24重量份,精炼矿物油16重量份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚15重量份,三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯2重量份,琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3重量份,乙醇15重量份。
5.权利要求1至4任一所述的含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤1:按顺序将油脂、溶剂、卵磷脂充分混合均匀,形成易流动液体;
步骤2:在搅拌条件下,加入乳化润湿剂混合30min,全部过程搅拌速度保持60转/min。
6.权利要求1至4任一所述的含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂的使用方法,其特征在于,所述桶混助剂在喷雾前以桶混形式添加到喷雾桶中,24h内全部喷完。
7.一种增效农药组合物,其特征在于,包括:农药和权利要求1-4任一的所述含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂,所述含卵磷脂农用桶混助剂在增效农药组合物中的质量百分比为0.2%-2.0%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的增效农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药为草甘膦及其盐、苯唑草酮、硝磺草酮、烟嘧磺隆、噻苯隆、敌草隆、乙烯利、吡唑醚菌酯、嘧菌酯、吡虫啉、吡蚜酮中的一种或多种。
