Abstract
The invention discloses a series protection switch, which comprises a plurality of switches which are arranged into a straight line, wherein a first through hole is formed in a gate head of each switch; the bottom of a bottom plate is arranged along the length direction of the switch and is connected with at least two connecting rods in a shaft mode, and the top of each connecting rod is connected with a switch rod; a second through hole matched with the first through hole is formed in the switch rod; the first through hole and the second through hole penetrate through the threaded connecting rod, the left end of the threaded connecting rod is connected with a left nut, the right end of the threaded connecting rod is connected with a right nut, and the bottom of one connecting rod is connected with a rotating device. The invention can be connected with different switches according to requirements, thereby forming a series structure, closing or opening the device at the same time, and effectively preventing false triggering.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of concrete, and particularly relates to a series protection switch.
Background
In concrete production, it is common for a plurality of devices to operate simultaneously, for example, a crusher to crush, a screening machine to screen, a blanking machine to blank, a dosing machine to dose, and a blender to blend, etc. Wherein different concretes combine different devices to form one production line. However, some devices may fail, and at this time, only the failed device cannot be turned off, but the devices in the whole production line should be turned off, so that a series-connected protection switch is required, and the switches of the devices can be connected as required to be turned on or off simultaneously. In addition, the conventional switch is easily triggered by human error, so that a structure for triggering by error is required.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention discloses a series protection switch. The invention can be connected with different switches according to requirements, thereby forming a series structure, closing or opening the device at the same time, and effectively preventing false triggering.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a series protection switch comprises a plurality of switches which are arranged in a straight line, wherein a first through hole is formed in a brake head of each switch; the bottom of a bottom plate is arranged along the length direction of the switch and is connected with at least two connecting rods in a shaft mode, and the top of each connecting rod is connected with a switch rod; a second through hole matched with the first through hole is formed in the switch rod; the first through hole and the second through hole penetrate through the threaded connecting rod, the left end of the threaded connecting rod is connected with a left nut, the right end of the threaded connecting rod is connected with a right nut, and the bottom of one connecting rod is connected with a rotating device.
In a further improvement, the rotating device is a rotating motor.
In a further improvement, the rotating device is electrically connected with a power supply in turn and at least two normally-open button switches connected in parallel form a loop.
In a further improvement, a partition plate is fixed between the normally open push-button switches.
In a further improvement, the top of the partition plate is higher than the tops of the two normally-open push-button switches.
In a further improvement, the normally open button switch is installed on a wall of a factory building or arranged on a handheld device.
In a further improvement, the handheld device is a calling machine.

The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
A series protection switch as shown in fig. 1-4, comprising a plurality of switches 1 arranged in a straight line, wherein a first through hole 14 is formed on a gate 2 of the switch 1; a bottom plate 13 is arranged along the length direction of the switch 1, the bottom of the bottom plate 13 is connected with at least two connecting rods 3 in a shaft mode, and the tops of the connecting rods 3 are connected with a switch rod 4; a second through hole 5 matched with the first through hole 14 is formed on the switch rod 4; the first through hole 14 and the second through hole 5 penetrate through the threaded connecting rod 6, the left end of the threaded connecting rod 6 is connected with the left nut 7, the right end of the threaded connecting rod 6 is connected with the right nut 8, and the bottom of one connecting rod 3 is connected with the rotating device 9.
The rotating device 9 is a rotating electrical machine. The rotating device 9 is electrically connected with a power supply 10 in turn and is provided with at least two normally open button switches 11 which are connected in parallel to form a loop. A partition plate 12 is fixed between the normally open push switches 11. The top of the partition 12 is higher than the tops of the two normally open push switches 11. The normally open button switch 11 is installed on the wall of the factory building.
Wherein the normally open push button switch 11 may also be provided on a hand-held device, such as a pager.
Through two normally open button switches like this for the motor does not rotate at ordinary times, only when meetting emergency, presses two button switches simultaneously, and the electrical apparatus starts, makes connecting rod 3 rotatory, and switch lever 4 drives floodgate head 2 and rises, realizes opening circuit when all devices. While the barrier 12 serves to prevent inadvertent simultaneous depression of the two buttons and accidental triggering. For devices that are not a production line, the threaded connecting rod 6 can be extracted.
