Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present application provides a method and an apparatus for exception handling for logistics distribution, and an electronic device, and mainly aims to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, the probability of completing a logistics link operation by false reporting is increased, and shopping logistics distribution performance experience of a user is affected.
According to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a method for exception handling for logistics distribution, the method including:
acquiring a first position of a distribution resource when the distribution resource confirms that the target link operation is completed, and verifying a specified position;
if the first position does not pass the verification, receiving environment image information uploaded by the distribution resources;
acquiring a second position when the environment image information is uploaded by the distribution resource so as to carry out specified position verification;
and if the second position passes the verification, determining that the distribution resources finish the target link operation, otherwise, sending the environment image information for verification processing.
Optionally, after receiving the environment image information uploaded by the distribution resource, the method further includes: performing image certification verification on the received environment image information according to the distribution order information and the target link operation;
the sending the environment image information for verification processing specifically includes: and sending the environment image information passing the verification to carry out verification processing.
Optionally, the performing image certification verification on the received environment image information according to the distribution order information and the target link operation specifically includes: if the target link operation is a goods taking link operation, obtaining goods taking party information according to delivery order information, wherein the goods taking link operation comprises goods taking or goods arrival at a goods taking place; and if the environment image information contains the goods-taking party information, determining that the goods are verified, otherwise, determining that the goods are not verified.
Optionally, the performing image certification verification on the received environment image information according to the distribution order information and the target link operation specifically includes: if the target link operation is a delivery link operation, acquiring information of a goods receiver according to delivery order information; and if the environment image information contains the information of the goods receiver, determining that the verification is passed, otherwise, determining that the verification is not passed.
Optionally, before the obtaining of the second location when the distribution resource uploads the environmental image information to perform the specified location verification, the method further includes: allowing an instruction for confirming that the addition of the environmental image information is completed to be input according to the verified environmental image information;
the acquiring a second location when the distribution resource uploads the environmental image information to perform specified location verification specifically includes: and acquiring a second position when the distribution resource confirms that the environment image information is added to be checked in order to perform specified position check in response to the instruction for confirming that the environment image information is added.
Optionally, the method further includes: and outputting information for prompting the recopy image certification according to the environment image information which does not pass the verification.
Optionally, before the receiving the environment image information uploaded by the distribution resource, the method further includes: and outputting environmental image shooting guide information corresponding to the target link operation, wherein different link operations have respective corresponding environmental image shooting guide information.
Optionally, the outputting of the environmental image shooting guidance information corresponding to the target link operation specifically includes: outputting guidance information for prompting shooting of an image containing first preset environment information; and outputting guide information for prompting to shoot an image containing second preset environment information in response to a help instruction when the first preset environment information does not exist in the shooting environment, wherein the second preset environment information and the first preset environment information have associated characteristics.
Optionally, the output guidance information includes information of the certification paradigm.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided an abnormality processing apparatus for logistics distribution, the apparatus including:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a first position when the distribution resource confirms that the target link operation is completed so as to carry out specified position verification;
the output module is used for receiving the environment image information uploaded by the distribution resources if the first position is not verified;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring a second position when the environment image information is uploaded by the distribution resource so as to carry out specified position verification;
and the processing module is further used for determining that the distribution resources finish the target link operation if the second position passes the verification, or else, sending the environment image information for verification processing.
According to still another aspect of the present application, there is provided a storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the above-described abnormality processing method for logistics distribution.
According to still another aspect of the present application, there is provided an electronic device, including a storage medium, a processor, and a computer program stored on the storage medium and executable on the processor, where the processor implements the above-mentioned exception handling method for logistics distribution when executing the computer program.
By means of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the logistics distribution abnormity processing method, the logistics distribution abnormity processing device and the electronic equipment are provided, when the distribution resources confirm that the target link operation is completed, if the system judges that the distribution resource position is abnormal in the logistics distribution process, the distribution resources can prove that the distribution resources really reach the specified position in a mode of uploading image proving information. And the position is likely to move when the image of the delivery resource is taken, so that the position of the delivery resource is likely to meet the specified range when the image certification is submitted, whether the current position of the delivery resource is in compliance or not can be checked firstly, if the compliance is confirmed, the delivery resource can complete the target link operation, and if the compliance is not met, the environment image information is further sent for verification processing. Through the scheme, the probability of completing the logistics link operation by reporting errors can be effectively reduced, and the shopping logistics distribution performance experience of the user is improved.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
The method aims to solve the technical problems that probability of completing logistics link operation by error reporting is increased and shopping logistics distribution performance experience of a user is influenced in the prior art. The embodiment provides an exception handling method for logistics distribution, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101, acquiring a first position of a distribution resource when the distribution resource confirms that the operation of a target link is completed, so as to verify a specified position.
The delivery resource may be a delivery person or a delivery device, etc.
In the process of logistics distribution, a plurality of link operations such as the confirmation of delivery resources to the pickup location, the confirmation of pickup by a delivery worker, the confirmation of delivery of goods, and the like are required, and the target link operation in the embodiment may be one of the link operations.
The first position is a position where the distribution resource is acquired when a confirmation completion instruction of the target link operation is received.
For the embodiment, the execution main body may be an equipment end for distributing resources, such as a distributor mobile phone end. The process of the predetermined position check may be executed on the device side that delivers the resource, or the position information of the delivered resource may be transmitted to the server, and the server may perform the predetermined position check. For example, the process of performing the specified position check on the first position may include: and sending a verification request carrying the first position to a background server, verifying the first position by the server according to a specified position corresponding to the operation of the target link, determining that the first position passes the verification if the specified position is matched with the first position, and otherwise determining that the first position does not pass the verification.
And 102, if the first position is not verified, receiving environment image information uploaded by the distribution resources.
If the first location fails verification, it may be prompted to add image certification information certifying that the target link operation has been completed. The distribution resource can shoot the environment image information for certification.
For example, when the distributor confirms completion of the target link operation, if the system determines that the distributor location is not compliant (the distributor location does not match the prescribed location of the target link operation), the client may prompt for addition of an image proof certifying that the target link operation is completed. The system is used for prompting the distributor to prove that the distributor really completes the target link operation by uploading the environmental image information.
The distribution resource can shoot the environment image information which can prove that the distribution resource really completes the operation of the target link, and then the environment image information is uploaded in the client. The environment image information may be picture (e.g., still picture or moving picture) certification information, video certification information, or the like.
By the method, when the system judges that the distribution resources do not reach the specified position of the link operation, the distribution resources can be guided to demonstrate evidence by uploading image evidence, instead of allowing the distribution resources to judge whether the distribution resources reach the specified position, the probability of completing the logistics link operation by reporting errors can be effectively reduced.
For example, after the distributor completes the addition of all the environment images at the client, the distributor may input an instruction to confirm the completion of the addition of the image certification information, and further trigger further verification processing of the added environment image information.
And 103, acquiring a second position when the environment image information is uploaded by the distribution resource so as to verify the specified position.
For example, the second position at which the distributor confirms that the addition of the environmental image information is completed or the addition of the uploaded environmental image information is acquired, and the predetermined position verification is performed. Similarly, the process of verifying the predetermined position may be executed on the device side that delivers the resource, or the position information of the delivered resource may be transmitted to the server, and the server may perform the predetermined position verification.
When the images of the distributed resources are shot, the positions are likely to move, so that when the image certification is submitted, the positions of the distributed resources are likely to meet the specified range, whether the current positions of the distributed resources are in compliance can be checked firstly, namely, a check request carrying the current positions of the distributed resources is sent to a system background, and then the system checks whether the current positions of the distributed resources are in compliance according to the specified positions of the target link operation.
For example, the specified position of the target link operation is matched with the current position of the distributor, and if the current position of the distributor is within the preset range of the specified position, the current position of the distributor can be judged to be in compliance (namely, the second position passes the verification); if the current location of the dispenser is outside of the predetermined range of the prescribed location, it may be determined that the current location of the dispenser is not compliant (i.e., the second location has not passed the verification).
And step 104, if the second position passes the verification, determining that the distribution resources finish the target link operation, otherwise, sending the environment image information for verification processing.
For example, if the distributor passes the verification during the secondary position verification, an output prompting system can detect that you are compliant with the target link operation (such as compliant picking and compliant delivery), and give a message confirming option such as "i know", after the distributor clicks the option, the page can return to the previous page, such as an order list page, cancel the sending verification processing of the image certification information, and the system background can record that the target link operation is compliant.
Compared with the prior art, in the logistics distribution process, when the distribution resources confirm that the target link operation is completed, if the system judges that the distribution resource position is abnormal, the distribution resources can prove that the distribution resources really reach the specified position by uploading image certification information. And the position is likely to move when the image of the delivery resource is taken, so that the position of the delivery resource is likely to meet the specified range when the image certification is submitted, whether the current position of the delivery resource is in compliance or not can be checked firstly, if the compliance is confirmed, the delivery resource can complete the target link operation, and if the compliance is not met, the environment image information is further sent for verification processing. Through the scheme of the embodiment, the probability of completing the logistics link operation by error reporting can be effectively reduced, and the shopping logistics distribution performance experience of the user is improved.
Further, as a refinement and an extension of the specific implementation of the foregoing embodiment, in order to fully describe the implementation of this embodiment, this embodiment further provides another exception handling method for logistics distribution, as shown in fig. 2, where the method includes:
step 201, acquiring a first position of the distribution resource when the distribution resource confirms that the operation of the target link is completed, so as to perform specified position verification.
Step 202, if the first location is not verified, receiving environment image information uploaded by the distribution resources.
In order to facilitate the distribution resources to quickly shoot qualified image proofs, optionally, environment image shooting guidance information corresponding to the target link operation is output, wherein the environment image shooting guidance information is used for guiding the distribution resources to shoot which image proofs meet requirements, and different link operations have respective corresponding environment image shooting guidance information, so that targeted guidance shooting is achieved.
For example, outputting the environmental image capturing guidance information corresponding to the target link operation may specifically include: outputting guidance information for prompting shooting of an image containing first preset environment information; and outputting guide information for prompting to shoot an image containing second preset environment information in response to a help instruction when the first preset environment information does not exist in the shooting environment, wherein the second preset environment information and the first preset environment information have associated characteristics.
The first preset environment information and the second preset environment information can be preset according to actual requirements. For example, if the delivery resource needs to prove that the delivery resource has arrived at the delivery location, the delivery resource can be prompted to take an image of the environment including the head of the delivery location, and can also display a help function key for prompting a solution when the delivery location does not have a head. If the user clicks the help function key, the user may be prompted to take an image of the environment including the destination doorplate, or surrounding landmark building, etc. The second preset environment information such as the receiving place doorplate or the surrounding landmark building and the like and the receiving place doorhead (the first preset environment information) have correlation characteristics, if the second preset environment information is correlated with the receiving place, the second preset environment information can belong to different environment information of the receiving place position, and further the second preset environment information can indirectly prove that the user reaches the receiving place position.
For example, the target link operation is to pick up goods from a store, and the pick-up place in the delivery order is the merchant a, so that the first preset environment information can be the shop head of the merchant a, and further guides to shoot a complete and clear shop head photo, thereby proving that the shop has arrived. Meanwhile, the distribution resource can also prompt that other evidences related to the name of the merchant, such as a cash register, a menu, a business license and the like of the merchant can be shot by clicking a help function button without a door of the merchant.
In order to further facilitate the distributor to quickly capture the qualified image certification, the output guidance information optionally includes certification paradigm information.
For example, before receiving the environment image information uploaded by the distribution resource, the method may further include: if the target link operation is a goods picking link operation (such as goods picking or goods arrival at a goods picking place), outputting the certification example information of the goods picking party image; if the target link operation is the delivery link operation, the certification paradigm information of the receiver image is output. By the evidence example information, a distributor can subjectively know which images need to be shot and can be used as evidence for completing the target link operation, so that the evidence-taking efficiency is improved, and the influence on the order distribution progress is reduced.
The certification exemplar information may be a common standard image. For example, when the proof confirmation arrives at a store, the image information of the store head of the store (such as the shop signboard image of the store) needs to be taken as the image proof information, so that the standard door head style of the store can be adopted as the proof example, so that the distributor can intuitively know which image contents need to be taken as the proof of the proof confirmation arriving at the store. For example, when the proof goods are confirmed to be delivered, the image information of the doorplate of the receiver needs to be shot as the image proof information, so that the standard doorplate style of the house, building or shop can be used as the proof example, so that the distributor can intuitively know which image contents need to be shot as the proof of the proof goods confirmation delivery.
Besides the general standard image, the certification paradigm information may have a certain difference due to the certification reaching requirements for different target objects. Therefore, optionally, the goods-taker image may be a standard image of the goods-taker information corresponding to the delivery order, and the goods-receiver image may be a standard image of the goods-receiver information corresponding to the delivery order. And further, the image certification meeting the current scene requirements can be guided to be shot by the distributor in a targeted manner.
For example, in a scene that a store is required to be proved that a distributor has arrived, the store is XX milk tea YY street, and then the example image of the front of the store (the front of the store with XX milk tea YY street) is used as demonstration example information for proving that the distributor has arrived at the store. The distributor can shoot image certification which is more in line with the evidence standard of the shop.
Considering the complexity of the specific delivery scene, such as no door head of the goods taker address or no access to the area where the goods taker is located, the method aims to guide the delivery staff to quickly find the proof that the delivery staff can prove that the target link operation is completed. Exemplary proof case information for the pick-up image may include: taking a door head example and/or an alternative proof example of an internal scene of a goods party address; the proof case information of the receiver image may include: a house card paradigm for consignee addresses and/or an alternative certification paradigm for outside scenes of the area.
For example, in a scenario where it is desired to demonstrate that a dispenser has arrived at a store, the demonstration example may be an image of the head of the store. While help options may be provided, such as how to handle the store when it is out of doors, at which point the output prompt may take other evidence (merchant cash register, menu, business license, etc.) related to the store merchant name, and may give an image of a demonstration paradigm for the merchant cash register, menu, business license, etc.
As another example, in a scenario where delivery of goods needs to be demonstrated, the demonstration case may be a house number case of the recipient, a building number case, a unit number case, the delivery order interface case in the recipient, and the like. Meanwhile, help options can be provided, if the area cannot enter, the treatment is carried out, at the moment, the output prompt aims at the situation that the area cannot be entered, such as a cell, a college, a hospital and the like, the area door head (the cell door head, the hospital door head, the university door head and the like) can be shot, and the image of the certification example of the cell door head, the hospital door head, the university door head and the like can be given.
And 203, performing image certification and verification on the received environment image information according to the distribution order information and the target link operation.
In this embodiment, the shot image certification information may be verified locally at the client (for example, the client may integrate OCR character recognition software locally, and then recognize whether the environment image has merchant information, delivery location information, and the like), or the distribution resource clicks the uploaded image certification, and then the uploaded image certification information is verified at the system background. After 100% of the images are successfully uploaded, the background of the system can give a verification result, and the uploaded images can be displayed in a preview mode. And when the image is not uploaded 100% successfully, the image preview can not be supported, and if the image is not uploaded 100% successfully for a long time, uploading failure, click retry and the like can be prompted.
As one optional manner, step 203 may specifically include: if the target link operation is a goods taking link operation, obtaining goods taking party information according to the delivery order information, wherein the goods taking link operation can comprise goods taking or goods arrival at a goods taking place and the like; if the added environment image information contains the information of the goods taker, the verification is determined to be passed; and if the added environment image information does not contain the goods-taking party information, determining that the verification is not passed.
For example, in a scene that a dispenser needs to be demonstrated to have arrived at a store (store merchant a), if the photographed image is identified not to include merchant information of the merchant a (such as not including a shop head style of the merchant a, a menu style of the merchant a, a business license style, etc.), it may be determined that the photographed image is not verified; otherwise, it may be determined that the photographed image passes the verification.
As another alternative, step 203 may specifically include: if the target link operation is a delivery link operation, acquiring the information of a goods receiver according to the delivery order information; if the added environment image information contains the information of the goods receiver, the verification is determined to be passed; and if the added environment image information does not contain the information of the consignee, determining that the verification is not passed.
For example, in a scenario where the delivery of the proof goods is required, the address of the receiver is XX university XX institute series XX dormitory, and if the captured image is identified as not containing the receiver information (such as not containing the door head pattern of XX university, the door plate number/building number pattern of XX dormitory, the interface pattern of delivery order in the receiver's hand, etc.), it can be determined that the captured image fails to pass the verification; otherwise, it may be determined that the photographed image passes the verification.
In order to reduce the occurrence of the delivery resource sending the invalid image proof, it is further optional to allow an instruction to confirm that the addition of the environment image information is completed to be input according to the verified environment image information. For example, the function button of ' evidence has been obtained, or ' evidence has arrived at a shop ', or ' evidence has been obtained ' is changed from the non-clickable state to the clickable state; further, the function buttons are changed from the invisible state to the visible state. In this alternative, the effectiveness of the image proof may be improved.
For example, as long as one or most of the images pass verification, an instruction to confirm that the addition is complete may be allowed to be entered; or sometimes, a plurality of images need to be uploaded to effectively prove that goods are delivered, such as a door image of a receiving person community, a floor number image of the receiving person, a number plate image of the receiving person and the like. Thus, after the image proofs are all verified successfully, an instruction to confirm the completion of the proof addition is allowed to be input.
In the process of adding the shot image to the distribution resource, in order to timely remind that the image added to the distribution resource is unqualified, optionally, the method of this embodiment may further include: and outputting information for prompting the recopy image certification according to the environment image information which does not pass the verification. By this alternative, the possibility of the dispatch resource sending invalid proof data for auditing is also reduced.
For example, in a scene where it is necessary to prove that a distributor has arrived at a store (store merchant C), if the captured image is identified as not including the merchant information of the merchant C, it is displayed that the image may not include the merchant information, and there is an abnormal risk that the information is captured again.
Step 204, acquiring a second position when the environment image information is uploaded by the distribution resource so as to check a specified position
Based on the optional manner in step 203, after allowing to input an instruction for confirming that the adding of the environment image information is completed according to the environment image information passing the verification, step 204 may specifically include: and acquiring a second position when the distribution resource confirms that the environment image information is added to be checked in order to perform specified position check in response to the instruction for confirming that the environment image information is added. For example, the second position at which the distributor confirms the completion of the image certification information addition is acquired, and the predetermined position verification is performed.
For example, the dispenser may click on a function button "evidence of having taken a good", or "evidence of having arrived at a store", or "evidence of having taken a good", and input an instruction to confirm that the image proof information addition is completed.
The system background performs a second verification on the current position of the distributor terminal according to the verification request, and the following two cases are described, in which the first case is to perform steps 205a to 206a, and the second case is to perform step 205 b.
And step 205a, outputting inquiry information for judging whether the target link operation is finished or not according to the first response information.
The first response information is received when the system background determines that the second position (the current position of the distributor terminal) is not compliant based on the predetermined position corresponding to the target link operation.
206a, if the target link operation is confirmed to be completed, sending the verified environment image information for verification processing.
In step 205b, which is parallel to step 205a, information indicating that the delivery resource has been operated in the compliance target link is output based on the second response information.
The second response information is received when compliance of the second position (current position of the distributor terminal) is determined based on the predetermined position corresponding to the target link operation.
Through the scheme of the embodiment, the probability of completing the logistics link operation by reporting errors can be effectively reduced, the shopping logistics distribution performing experience of the user is improved, and resources consumed by certification and verification processing can be saved.
In order to illustrate the specific implementation process of the above embodiments, the following application examples are given, but not limited thereto:
in a delivery and take-out scene, a rider (a deliverer) needs three links of shop confirmation, goods taking confirmation and delivery confirmation, and when the rider operates, the system can judge whether the GPS position of the rider reaches a specified position, if the GPS position does not reach the specified position, the rider can still think that the GPS position is reached, and at the moment, the rider needs to take pictures to prove the authenticity of the GPS position so as to help the rider to finish the operations of shop arrival, goods taking, delivery and the like. During the evidence-taking process, the position of the rider may be moved, so that after the rider submits the evidence-taking photo, the rider is likely to be falsely picked up to the store/pick up/delivery because the photo is not clear and normative.
Based on the method of the embodiment, when the rider clicks to confirm the arrival/pickup/delivery, if the system determines that the GPS is abnormal, the abnormal check is popped up, the rider can choose to try again later, and the rider can click a button to enter an evidence-taking page for evidence of arrival/pickup/delivery. When the rider enters the evidence demonstration page, the rider can take a picture and upload the picture according to a picture taking legend (a shop head example), and at most three pictures are taken. If the merchant has no gate head, the rider can click the button "merchant has no gate head? "take pictures and upload (merchant cash desk, merchant menu, business license) according to other examples of pop-up windows; if the destination does not have a provable delivery address tag, the rider can click the button "area not accessible? ", the picture upload can be performed according to other paradigms of pop-up windows (cell paradigms, hospital paradigms, university paradigms, etc.).
After the uploaded picture is taken, the button "" evidence of having arrived at the store "" evidence of having taken the goods "" evidence of having arrived "" becomes clickable. After clicking, the system can judge whether the GPS position of the rider is in compliance again at the moment, if the GPS position of the rider is in compliance, a popup window is popped up, the system detects that you are in compliance to a store/pick up/delivery, at the moment, a button is clicked, i know, the rider is shown to be in compliance to the store/pick up/delivery, and the page returns to the order list page without continuing the current operation of submitting the behavior photo; if not, pop up a pop-up window "confirm that the check-out has arrived at the store/has taken/has arrived? "the rider can click the confirmation button to complete the operation of submitting the evidence-raised photo, and after submission, the rider can wait for the system to check and the rider can continue the distribution of other orders.
Through the scheme of the embodiment, the button for directly confirming the store/goods taking/delivery without taking evidence is removed from the evidence-taking page, so that the abnormal orders falsely arriving at the store/goods taking/delivery are avoided.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the embodiment provides an exception handling apparatus for logistics distribution, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: an acquisition module 31, a receiving module 32, and a processing module 33.
An obtaining module 31, configured to obtain a first position at which the distribution resource confirms that the target link operation is completed, so as to perform specified position verification;
a receiving module 32, configured to receive environment image information uploaded by a distribution resource if the first location fails to be verified;
