The one-time use process of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
firstly, the Chinese herbal medicine to be dried is placed on the pore plate tray 6, and after the Chinese herbal medicine is placed, the Chinese herbal medicine drying chamber 2 is closed. Then, a driving motor of the Chinese herbal medicine carrying mechanism is started, power is transmitted to the wheel type supporting frame 4 through the speed reducer, the wheel type supporting frame 4 rotates around the rotation center of the wheel type supporting frame, the hanging frame 5 is driven to do circular motion, and finally the Chinese herbal medicines on the pore plate tray 6 are driven to do circular motion in the Chinese herbal medicine drying chamber 2.
When the Chinese herbal medicine carrying mechanism is started to operate, the air source compressor 7, the first axial flow fan and the second axial flow fan of the Chinese herbal medicine drying executing mechanism are synchronously started, and air flow can circularly flow in the U-shaped air channel 8 and the Chinese herbal medicine drying chamber 2 under the action of the first axial flow fan and the second axial flow fan.
Meanwhile, after the air source compressor 7 is started, a high-temperature heat exchange medium is sent into the plate surface type condenser, heat is released in the plate surface type condenser, when air flow in the U-shaped air channel 8 flows through the second node cabin 10 where the plate surface type condenser is located, the air flow can be heated and heated by the heat-released plate surface type condenser, the heated high-temperature air flow directly enters the Chinese herbal medicine drying cabin 2 through the second axial flow fan, and then the Chinese herbal medicines are subjected to hot air drying.
After the heat exchange of the high-temperature heat exchange medium is completed in the plate-type condenser, the high-temperature heat exchange medium directly passes through the expansion valve to realize expansion and temperature reduction, the cooled low-temperature heat exchange medium enters the plate-type evaporator to absorb heat, after the airflow of the Chinese herbal medicine drying chamber 2 returns to the U-shaped air duct 8 through the first axial flow fan, the airflow directly flows through the first node chamber 9 where the plate-type evaporator is located and exchanges heat with the plate-type evaporator to realize cooling, in the process of temperature reduction, the tissue fluid volatilized from the Chinese herbal medicines carried in the high-temperature airflow forms condensate at the plate-type evaporator due to temperature reduction, and along with the accumulation of the condensate, the condensate is more and more, under the action of gravity, the condensate can gradually drip to the bottom of the first node cabin 9, enters the liquid collecting funnel 11 through a condensate liquid outlet at the bottom of the first node cabin 9 and finally falls into the liquid collecting bottle 12 through the liquid collecting funnel 11.
After the high-temperature airflow is cooled and the condensate is recovered, the cooled airflow flows through the plate-surface condenser again for heat exchange to be heated into high-temperature airflow, and the high-temperature airflow is circulated back to the Chinese herbal medicine drying chamber 2 for drying the Chinese herbal medicines by hot air.
After heat exchange of the heat exchange medium in the plate-type evaporator is completed, the heat exchange medium returns to the air source compressor 7 again, is compressed by the air source compressor 7 and then recovers to be high in temperature again, and then circulates into the plate-type condenser again to be used for heat exchange with low-temperature airflow.
In the Chinese herbal medicine drying chamber 2, the Chinese herbal medicines are driven to do circular motion by the rotating wheel type support frame 4, so that the Chinese herbal medicines on all the hangers 5 can be ensured to be uniformly contacted with the drying hot air, and the drying effect of all the Chinese herbal medicines is ensured.
In addition, in order to ensure that the temperature in the drying execution equipment bin 3 is within a reasonable range, when the temperature in the drying execution equipment bin 3 is too high, the auxiliary cooler 15 is started to cool the temperature in the drying execution equipment bin 3 until the temperature is reduced to be within the reasonable range, then the auxiliary cooler 15 can be closed until the temperature is increased again, and the auxiliary cooler 15 can be started again to regulate and control the temperature.
