Abstract
The invention discloses a hand sanitizer which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C, sodium lauryl sulfate, glycerol, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, lanolin, sodium stearate, soap base, fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, lauryl dimethyl betaine, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, essence, pigment, chlorhexidine disinfectant, surfactant, emollient, pH regulator and pure water. The invention also discloses a preparation method and application of the hand sanitizer. The hand sanitizer is prepared from components which do not stimulate or have extremely low stimulation to human bodies, does not stimulate sensitive skin, and can be safely used for a long time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to a hand sanitizer, a preparation method of the hand sanitizer and a hand towel containing the hand sanitizer.
Background
Compared with soap and perfumed soap, the hand sanitizer generally contains no phosphorus, aluminum, alkali, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and other components, adopts the mild decontamination principle, and is easily accepted by skin. However, for people with sensitive skin, the synthetic chemicals in the hand sanitizer may irritate the skin of the hands, and people who are sensitive to skin are not suitable for use.
On the other hand, when people go out, the hand sanitizer or the soap cannot be carried with the people, but the hands cannot be thoroughly cleaned only by using clean water, and in public places, a plurality of people share one soap, soap or one bottle of the hand sanitizer, so that cross infection can be caused. This causes a great trouble to the user.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a hand sanitizer, a preparation method thereof and a hand towel containing the hand sanitizer. The hand sanitizer uses mild raw materials for human bodies, and after being mixed, the hand sanitizer has no stimulation to sensitive skin; meanwhile, the invention also provides a hand washing towel containing the hand sanitizer, which is convenient for a user to carry.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

The properties of the components of the invention are as follows:
vitamin B1, formula C12H16N4OS (& HCl), a white crystal, is easily oxidized in the presence of an oxidizing agent to produce a dehydrothiamine which exhibits blue fluorescence when irradiated with ultraviolet light.
Vitamin B2, formula: c17H20N4O6Riboflavin, also known as slightly soluble in water, CAS No.: 83-88-5; is a component of the prosthetic group of internal yellow enzymes, and when lacking, the biological oxidation of the organism is affected, so that the metabolism is obstructed.
Vitamin C of the formulaC6H8O6Also called L-ascorbic acid, is an acidic hexose derivative, is a dilute alcoholic hexonic acid lactone, and is an essential nutrient for higher primates and other minor organisms.
Sodium lauryl sulfate, white or pale yellow powder, dissolved in water, not sensitive to alkali and hard water, CAS No.: 83-88-5, used as emulsifier, fire-extinguishing agent, foaming agent and textile auxiliary in daily chemical industry, and mainly used as foaming agent for toothpaste, paste, powder and shampoo.
Glycerol, commonly known as glycerol, is a colorless, sweet, clear, viscous liquid, odorless, warm and sweet, CAS no: 56-81-5, can be used as a softener, a lubricant or a plasticizer in the daily chemical industry. Can be mutually dissolved with water in any proportion, and the low-concentration glycerol solution can be used as lubricating oil for moistening the skin.
Sodium carboxymethylcellulose, also known as sodium carboxymethylcellulose salt, is a white fibrous or granular powder. No odor, no taste, no odor, and hygroscopicity, and is insoluble in organic solvent. CAS number: 9004-32-4, and is used as adhesive and anti-redeposition agent in daily chemical industry.
Lanolin, a secreted oil attached to wool, in the form of a yellowish or brownish yellow ointment; sticky and greasy; the smell is weak and specific. CAS number: 8006-54-0, lanolin is readily soluble in chloroform or diethyl ether, soluble in hot ethanol, and very slightly soluble in ethanol. The daily chemical industry manufactures anti-cracking cream, cold cream and high-grade toilet soap, and has special efficacy for protecting skin and preventing cracks.
Sodium stearate, also known as sodium stearate, is a white fine powder or a lumpy solid, CAS No.: 822-16-2, has greasy feeling, fatty taste, and water absorption in air. Slightly soluble in cold water, soluble in hot water or alcohol solutions, and the aqueous solution is alkaline due to hydrolysis. In the household chemical industry, for controlling suds during rinsing.
The soap base is used as a main raw material of the hand sanitizer and is prepared by mixing and reacting grease, alkali, ethanol and water, and the hand sanitizer is high in cleaning capability; the fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate is an anionic surfactant, is easy to dissolve in water, has excellent decontamination, emulsification and foaming performances, has mild washing property, and does not damage the skin; the dodecyl dimethyl betaine is anionic in an alkaline medium, belongs to an anionic surfactant, has excellent foaming performance and no irritation, and also has a bactericidal effect including killing various bacteria including tubercle bacillus; coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide belongs to a nonionic surfactant, is easy to dissolve in water, and has good functions of foaming, foam stabilization, penetration decontamination, hard water resistance and the like. The hand sanitizer provided by the invention contains a soap base, an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, has good compatibility, contains more than or equal to 9.5% of total active matters, and has good decontamination effect.
The chlorhexidine disinfectant is a cationic substance, and the anionic surfactant can obviously reduce the sterilization effect of the chlorhexidine disinfectant, so that the four nonionic surfactants are selected to be compatible with the chlorhexidine disinfectant.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the hand sanitizer is prepared from components which do not stimulate or have extremely low stimulation to human bodies, does not stimulate sensitive skin, and can be safely used for a long time.
2. The hand washing towel is convenient to carry outdoors due to the hand washing liquid, and can be used for cleaning the skin of a user at any time and any place.
