技术领域
本发明涉及涂料制备领域,具体涉及一种防覆冰雪易脱冰雪常温固化光能涂料以及制备方法。
背景技术
电力运输的输电线路难免会经过海拔高湿气重的地方,冬季受极端恶劣天气的影响出现雨凇、雾凇、霜、雪现象遇低温使大面积电线被冰包裹,造成电力线路出现覆冰、覆雪现象。由于覆冰时杆(塔)两侧的张力不平衡造成的。在一些地形起伏较大的地区,两相邻的杆(塔)在高度和距离上存在很大的差距,在还未覆冰时两侧就形成了较大的不平衡张力,当线路上出现大密度的覆冰时,杆(塔)两侧的不平衡张力加剧,当张力不断加大,直至到达杆(塔)、导线所能承受的极限时,就出现了导线断落或杆(塔)倒塌的现象,严重影响电网的正常运行,甚至会出现大面积停电,造成不可估量的经济损失。很多线路地处偏远地区,地质环境恶劣,加之冰雪覆盖下的崎岖小路交通极其不方便,这给检修带来巨大困难甚至威胁检修人员的人身安全。除电力线路覆冰以外,绝缘子冰闪是污闪的一种特殊形式,较大范围的降雪导致的融冰雪、雾凇、雨凇和区域性的持续大雾,是一种特殊形式的污秽,易形成大范围的绝缘子冰闪故障。绝缘子串结冰后形成贯穿整串的冰柱,严重覆冰的情况下,绝缘子伞形出现冰凌桥接,使绝缘强度降低,泄露距离缩短。融冰过程中,冰体或者冰晶体的表面水膜很快溶解污秽中的电解质,并提高融冰水或者冰面水膜的电导率,引起绝缘子串电压分布及单片绝缘子表面电压分布的畸变,从而降低覆冰绝缘子串的闪络电压,发生冰闪事故,同样能严重影响电力系统的正常运行。电力是所有产业的基础,高压线以及超高压线越来越多,保证电力系统正常运行,改善输电线上覆冰、覆雪问题势在必行。
现在电力行业采取的去除冰雪方法主要分为四类:(1)热力融冰法;(2)机械破冰法;(3)自然被动法;(4)其他法。但是这些处理覆冰的方式有着很大的劣势,比如处理覆冰的速度很慢,而且动用大量人力,尤其是很多高压输电线所在位置比较恶劣,因此不能及时有效解决覆冰问题,无法保证电力系统正常运行。
对于目前存在的关于超疏水的专利,存在很多明显问题,比如生产工艺比较苛刻,无法达到量化生产,比如施工比较麻烦,需要高温烘烤,而且涂层只是简单地达到超疏水效果,延迟液滴在介质表面的停留,无法真正达到易融雪融冰及脱冰的效果。
发明内容
为了解决电力方面(线路、绝缘子等)的防覆冰雪,以及在极寒天气下,达到快速脱冰的目的,本发明提供一种防覆冰雪易脱冰雪常温固化光能涂料以及制备方法,施工操作简单;本技术专门用于电力系统、铁路及轨道交通、公共建筑、新能源发电等领域上,涂覆到设备表面,采用单纯的涂刷,喷涂、浸泡、辊涂均可;脱离温度的严苛要求,涂层附着力好,耐磨性能好,耐老化,使用寿命长,兼顾超疏水涂料的对水的接触角达到≥150°,滚动角≤10°的效果达到防覆冰、雪的状态,同时其特殊的吸光材料能高效吸收太阳光能,提高介质温度,加速融雪融冰及脱冰状况,保证电力在极寒天气下的正常运行,消除安全隐患。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
涂料由两部分构成,底漆和面漆,底漆分为(A组分、B组分)。在使用时,现将A组分和B组分按照比例进行混合,陈化30min后进行喷涂,等待表干后15min,在喷涂面漆,使用简单,不需要其他辅助工具,以及操作步骤。
(一)组成
面漆组成:
由低表面能的氟硅树脂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚二甲基硅氧烷(端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷或羟基氟聚二甲基硅氧烷)中的一种、偶联剂(正硅酸乙酯、硅酸乙酯)的一种、交联剂(二月桂酸二丁基锡、三乙醇胺、多功能碳化二亚胺交联剂)、全氟有机化合物(十三氟烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十三氟烷基三乙氧基硅烷、十二氟烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十二氟烷基三乙氧基硅烷、六氟烷基三甲氧基硅烷和六氟烷基三乙氧基硅烷)一种或者两种、抗氧剂((2,4-二叔丁基苯)酯、3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯、四[β-(3.5-二叔丁基,4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四酯醇、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯一种、酸性化合物(冰醋酸,35%盐酸混合物、30%氢氟酸)一种、纳米级二氧化硅、微米级光能材料(微米四氧化三铁、微米级石墨、微米级氧化钴、微米级氧化锌)两种或者多种、溶剂(无水乙醇、丙二醇、丁醇、异丙醇)一种或者多种。
底漆A组分组成:
羟基丙烯酸树脂、氟碳树脂、纳米级填充剂(纳米级硫酸钡、纳米级碳酸钙、纳米级氢氧化铝、纳米氧化钛、纳米氧化锌一种或者两种、微米级填充剂(滑石粉、云母粉、硅灰粉、石英粉、钛白粉)一种或者两种、纳米级光能材料(碳化硅、碳纳米管、炭黑、纳米级四氧化三铁、钴黑、铁铬黑、铜铬黑)两种或者多种、偶联剂(γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷)一种、渗透剂(C12-14醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、乙氧基化辛醇、乙氧基化C12-14醇)其中一种、消泡剂(聚氧丙烯甘油醚、C16-18醇聚醚酯化合物其中一种、分散剂(三乙基己基磷酸、纤维素衍生物、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、乙撑基双硬脂酰胺、三硬脂酸甘油酯)、溶剂(甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸甲酯)一种或者多种。
底漆B组分组成:
固化剂(六亚甲基二异氰酸、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯及二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯)、偶联剂(γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、 γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷)一种、溶剂(丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸甲酯)一种或二种。
(二)具体组分以及生产步骤
对于面漆的具体质量组分:
由低表面能的氟硅树脂2-3份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5-6份、偶联剂0.5-3份、交联剂1-2份、全氟有机化合物0.5-3份、抗氧剂4-7份、酸性化合物0.1-2份(保证面漆整体pH5-6)、纳米级二氧化硅1-2份、微米级光能材料3-4份、聚二甲基硅氧烷4.5-7、溶剂64-78.4份。
面漆生产步骤:
对于面漆的生产:1.在真空离心分散装置中加入溶剂,然后加入酸性化合物调节pH5-6,加入纳米二氧化硅、全氟化合物、聚二甲基硅氧烷、偶联剂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,抽真空,离心分散高速搅拌6000-8000r/min,温度在60℃-80℃,搅拌30min,使其混合均匀;
2.向步骤1中加入微米级光能材料,抽真空,高速搅拌1000-1200r/min,温度在60℃-80℃,搅拌30min;
3.加入氟硅树脂、交联剂、抗氧剂,高速搅拌1000-1200r/min,温度在60℃-80℃,搅拌2h;
4.待生产装置冷却至室温,将其灌装至密封包装桶。
底漆底漆A组分的具体质量组分:
羟基丙烯酸树脂10-18份、氟碳树脂8-10份、纳米级填充剂2-4份、微米级填充剂5-6份、纳米级光能材料6-10份、偶联剂0.5-2份、渗透剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.5-1份、分散剂0.5-1份、溶剂46-67.5份。
底漆A组分生产步骤:
1.将羟基丙烯酸树脂、纳米级填充剂、微米级填充剂、纳米级光能材料、溶剂放入真空管中,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1000-1200r/min,温度在70℃-80℃,搅拌30min;
2.加入氟碳树脂、偶联剂,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1000-1200r/min,温度在70℃-80℃,搅拌1h;
3.加入消泡剂、渗透剂、分散剂,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1000-1200r/min,温度在70℃-80℃,搅拌1h;
4.待生产设备冷却至室温,一直通氮气,保持真空状态,陈化1d,转至密封包装桶中。
底漆底漆B组分的具体组分:
固化剂8-15份、偶联剂0.5-3份、溶剂82-92份。
底漆B组分生产步骤:
1.将固化剂、偶联剂、溶剂加入抽真空的搅拌罐中,高速搅拌1000-1200r/min,温度在60℃-80℃,搅拌1h;
2.待生产装置冷却至室温,将其灌装至密封包装桶。
备注:使用时底漆A组分和底漆B组分质量之比是5-8:2-4。
有益效果:
1.本专利借鉴“荷叶效应”仿生技术,用简单的施工方法在介质表面构建多重纳米-微米的结构,涂层在常温下固化,紧密的附着在介质表面,使介质表面达到超疏水、超自洁效果,即使是冷雨在介质表面也形成球状快速滚落,如果有附着在表面的水珠,在冷风作用下,快速的滑落,薄膜表面与水的静态接触角可达150°,滚动角低至4.8°,显示出非常好的超疏水功能。
2.涂层采用的低表面能的氟硅树脂使其对水的附着力大大降低。即使冷雨雪在导线、绝缘子上覆盖,其接触层附着力存在相斥状态,不会完全附着,覆着的冰雪与介质表面粘结力大大降低,从而达到很容易脱冰效果。
3.涂层采用层层叠加的技术,使其涂料整体不仅仅具备疏水效果,本申请中通过各种成分的协同作用,生成的面漆不仅具有较好的疏水效果,而且能够与底漆紧密结合;底漆中加入的羟基丙烯酸树脂与固化剂固化后,与其他成分协同作用,提高了涂层与基体的结合力;同时增加了涂层的耐腐蚀性、耐摩擦性以及踩踏性,能很好地面对大自然的恶劣天气,以及增强其使用寿命。
4.涂料添加的特殊吸光材料,不仅是涂料的填充剂,还是涂料纳米-微米结构的构成部分,同时还能吸光储存光能,提高涂层表面温度,促进冰雪融化,加之冰雪与介质表面只有微弱的附着力,因此极易脱冰雪。该吸光材料还能同时提高涂料的骨架的性能稳定性,增加其机械性能以及物理特性。
5.本产品与陶瓷、塑料、橡胶、金属制品等有优异的附着力,而且施工通过简单的喷涂、辊涂、浸泡工艺即可得到耐腐蚀、耐老化、超疏水、高自洁、防覆冰易脱冰的涂层,因此应用范围比较广阔。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
面漆具体生产实施方式:
1.在真空离心分散装置中加入乙醇76.1份,然后加入盐酸溶液1.2份,调节pH6,加入纳米二氧化硅1.2份、十三氟烷基三甲氧基硅烷2份、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷4.5份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛4份、正硅酸乙酯0.5份,抽真空,离心分散高速搅拌6000r/min,温度在80℃,搅拌30min,使其混合均匀;
2.向步骤1中加入微米四氧化三铁3份,抽真空,高速搅拌1000r/min,温度在80℃,搅拌30min;
3.向步骤2中加入氟硅树脂2.5份、二月桂酸二丁基锡1份、(2,4-二叔丁基苯)酯4份,高速搅拌1000r/min,温度在80℃,搅拌2h;
4.待生产装置冷却至室温,将其灌装至密封包装桶。
底漆A组分具体生产实施方式:
1.将羟基丙烯酸树脂12份、纳米级硫酸钡3份、微米级滑石粉5份、碳纳米管7份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯11份、乙酸丁酯30份、乙酸甲酯20份放入真空管中,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1000r/min,温度在70℃,搅拌30min;碳纳米管选用通过盐酸和过氧化氢处理后烘干得到。
2.加入氟碳树脂9份、γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份,抽真空入氮气,高速搅拌1000r/min,温度在70℃,搅拌1h;
3.加入聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.5份、C12-14醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚1份、三乙基己基磷酸1份,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1000r/min,温度在70℃,搅拌1h;
4.待生产设备冷却至室温,一直通氮气,保持真空状态,陈化1d,转至密封包装桶中。
底漆B组分具体生产实施方式:
1.将六亚甲基二异氰酸9份、γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅0.5份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯40.5份、乙酸乙酯50份加入抽真空的搅拌罐中,高速搅拌1000r/min,温度在60℃,搅拌1h;
2.待生产装置冷却至室温,将其灌装至密封包装桶。
现场使用时:现将底漆A组分和底漆B组分按质量之比4:1混合搅拌均匀后,陈化15min,喷涂于介质表面,等待表干后,将面漆喷涂于底漆表面,实干后介质表面涂层具有超疏水、超自洁、防覆冰易脱冰性能。
实施例2
面漆具体生产实施方式:
1.在真空离心分散装置中加入无水乙醇36份、丙二醇34.2份,然后加入冰醋酸1.6份,调节pH6,加入纳米二氧化硅1.2份、十三氟烷基三甲氧基硅烷2份、十二氟烷基三甲氧基硅烷1份、含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷5份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛6份、正硅酸乙酯1份,抽真空,离心分散高速搅拌8000r/min,温度在70℃,搅拌30min,使其混合均匀;
2.向步骤1中加入微米四氧化三铁3份、微米级石墨1份,抽真空,高速搅拌1200r/min,温度在70℃,搅拌30min;
3.向步骤2中加入氟硅树脂3份、三乙醇胺1份、3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯4份,高速搅拌1200r/min,温度在70℃,搅拌2h;
4.待生产装置冷却至室温,将其灌装至密封包装桶。
底漆A组分具体生产实施方式:
1.将羟基丙烯酸树脂15份、纳米级硫酸钡3份、纳米级碳酸钙1份、微米级滑石粉2份、微米级云母粉3份、纳米级炭黑6份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯15.5份、乙酸丁酯20份、乙酸甲酯24份放入真空管中,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1100r/min,温度在70℃,搅拌30min;
2.加入氟碳树脂8份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1份,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1100r/min,温度在70℃,搅拌1h;
3.加入C16-18醇聚醚酯化合物1份、乙氧基化辛醇0.5份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1份,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1100r/min,温度在70℃,搅拌1h;
4.待生产设备冷却至室温,一直通氮气,保持真空状态,陈化1d,转至密封包装桶中。
底漆B组分具体生产实施方式:
1.将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯31份、乙酸甲酯58份加入抽真空的搅拌罐中,高速搅拌1200r/min,温度在70℃,搅拌1h;
2.待生产装置冷却至室温,将其灌装至密封包装桶。
现场使用时:现将底漆A组分和底漆B组分按质量之比5:2混合搅拌均匀后,陈化15min,喷涂于介质表面,等待表干后,将面漆喷涂于底漆表面,实干后介质表面涂层具有超疏水、超自洁、防覆冰易脱冰性能。
实施例3
面漆具体生产:
1.在真空离心分散装置中加入异丙醇40份、丙二醇30.3份,然后加入冰醋酸2份,调节pH5,加入纳米二氧化硅1.2份、十二氟烷基三甲氧基硅烷3份、羟基氟聚二甲基硅氧烷5.5份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5份、正硅酸乙酯1份,抽真空,离心分散高速搅拌6500r/min,温度在75℃,搅拌30min,使其混合均匀;
2.向步骤1中加入微米四氧化三铁2份、微米级氧化钴2份,抽真空,高速搅拌1200r/min,温度在75℃,搅拌30min;
3.向步骤2中加入氟硅树脂3份、多功能碳化二亚胺1份、四[β-(3.5-二叔丁基,4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四酯醇4份,高速搅拌1200r/min,温度在75℃,搅拌2h;
4.待生产装置冷却至室温,将其灌装至密封包装桶。
底漆A组分具体生产实施方式:
1.将羟基丙烯酸树脂16份、纳米级硫酸钡2份、纳米级氢氧化铝2份、微米级滑石粉2份、微米级石英粉1份、纳米级炭黑3份、纳米级四氧化三铁3份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯10份、乙酸丁酯30份、乙酸甲酯20份放入真空管中,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1200r/min,温度在80℃,搅拌30min;
2.加入氟碳树脂8份、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1份,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1200r/min,温度在80℃,搅拌1h;
3.加入C16-18醇聚醚酯化合物0.5份、乙氧基化C12-14醇0.5份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1份,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1200r/min,温度在80℃,搅拌1h;
4.待生产设备冷却至室温,一直通氮气,保持真空状态,陈化1d,转至密封包装桶中。
底漆底漆B组分的具体生产实施方式:
1.将二苯甲烷多异氰酸酯13份、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷2份、乙酸丁脂35份、乙酸甲酯50份加入抽真空的搅拌罐中,高速搅拌1100r/min,温度在80℃,搅拌1h;
2.待生产装置冷却至室温,将其灌装至密封包装桶。
现场使用时:现将底漆A组分和底漆B组分按质量之比5:3混合搅拌均匀后,陈化15min,喷涂于介质表面,等待表干后,将面漆喷涂于底漆表面,实干后介质表面涂层具有超疏水、超自洁、防覆冰易脱冰性能。
对比例1
与实施例1不同的是:不加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,面漆的制备时采用的搅拌速度是1000-1200 r/min。
对比例2
与实施例1不同的是:不加入微米四氧化三铁。
对比例3
与实施例1不同的是:不加入碳纳米管。
对比例4
实施例1不同的是:不加入盐酸。
对实施例1-3和对比例1-4的涂层涂于相同的钢板表面进行表面接触角和附着力测定,涂层厚度为40μm,结果如下(其中GB/T9286-1998《色漆和清漆漆膜的划格试验》来测定)。
对实施例1-3和对比例1-4的涂层按照T∕CEC 184-2018 绝缘子用防覆冰涂层的测试进行测试,可以得出,实施例1-3的涂层与对比例1-4相比覆冰的垂直粘着强度降低了32-55%,本申请的涂层防覆冰能力明显提高。
应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (7)
1.一种防覆冰雪易脱冰雪常温固化光能涂料,其特征在于,由面漆和底漆组成:
其中面漆由以下质量份的成分组成:
氟硅树脂2-3份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5-6份、偶联剂0.5-3份、交联剂1-2份、全氟有机化合物0.5-3份、抗氧剂4-7份、酸性化合物0.1-2份、纳米级二氧化硅1-2份、微米级光能材料3-4份、聚二甲基硅氧烷4.5-7份、溶剂64-78.4份;所述的微米级光能材料选自微米四氧化三铁、微米级石墨、微米级氧化钴、微米级氧化锌中的两种或者多种;
底漆由A组分和B组分组成:
底漆A组分包括以下质量份的成分:
羟基丙烯酸树脂10-18份、氟碳树脂8-10份、纳米级填充剂2-4份、微米级填充剂5-6份、纳米级光能材料6-10份、偶联剂0.5-2份、渗透剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.5-1份、分散剂0.5-1份、溶剂46-67.5份;所述的纳米级光能材料选自碳化硅、碳纳米管、炭黑、纳米级四氧化三铁、钴黑、铁铬黑、铜铬黑中的一种或者多种;
底漆B组分包括以下质量份的成分:
固化剂8-15份、偶联剂0.5-3份、溶剂82-92份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防覆冰雪易脱冰雪常温固化光能涂料,其特征在于,面漆中的成分中:
所述的聚二甲基硅氧烷选自端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、含氢聚二甲基硅氧烷或羟基氟聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或几种;
所述的偶联剂选自正硅酸乙酯;
所述的交联剂选自三乙醇胺、多功能碳化二亚胺交联剂中一种;
所述的全氟有机化合物选自十三氟烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十三氟烷基三乙氧基硅烷、十二氟烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十二氟烷基三乙氧基硅烷、六氟烷基三甲氧基硅烷和六氟烷基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或者两种;
所述的抗氧剂选自(2,4-二叔丁基苯)酯、3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯、四[β-(3.5-二叔丁基,4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四酯醇中的一种;
所述的酸性化合物选自冰醋酸、35%盐酸混合物中的一种;
所述的溶剂选自无水乙醇、丙二醇、丁醇、异丙醇中一种或者多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防覆冰雪易脱冰雪常温固化光能涂料,其特征在于,底漆组分中:
所述的纳米级填充剂选自纳米级硫酸钡、纳米级碳酸钙、纳米级氢氧化铝、纳米氧化钛、纳米氧化锌一种或者两种;
所述的微米级填充剂选自滑石粉、云母粉、硅灰粉、石英粉、钛白粉中的一种或者两种;
所述的偶联剂选自γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种;
所述的渗透剂选自C12-14醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、乙氧基化辛醇、乙氧基化C12-14醇中的一种;
所述的消泡剂选自聚氧丙烯甘油醚、C16-18醇聚醚酯化合物中的一种或者多种;
所述的分散剂选自三乙基己基磷酸、纤维素衍生物、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、乙撑基双硬脂酰胺、三硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种或者多种;
所述的溶剂选自丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸甲酯中的一种或者多种;
固化剂选自六亚甲基二异氰酸、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯及二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防覆冰雪易脱冰雪常温固化光能涂料,其特征在于,面漆的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在真空离心分散装置中加入溶剂,然后加入酸性化合物调节pH5-6,加入纳米级二氧化硅、全氟有机化合物、聚二甲基硅氧烷、偶联剂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,抽真空,离心分散高速搅拌6000-8000r/min,温度在60℃-80℃,充分搅拌30min,使其混合均匀;
(2)向步骤1中加入微米级光能材料,抽真空,高速搅拌1000-1200r/min,温度在60℃-80℃,搅拌30min;
(3)加入氟硅树脂、交联剂、抗氧剂,高速搅拌1000-1200r/min,温度在60℃-80℃,搅拌2h;
(4)待生产装置冷却至室温,将其灌装至密封包装桶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防覆冰雪易脱冰雪常温固化光能涂料,其特征在于,底漆A的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将羟基丙烯酸树脂、纳米级填充剂、微米级填充剂、纳米级光能材料、溶剂放入真空管中,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1000-1200r/min,温度在70℃-80℃,搅拌30min;
(2)加入氟碳树脂、偶联剂,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1000-1200r/min,温度在70℃-80℃,搅拌1h;
(3)加入消泡剂、渗透剂、分散剂,抽真空,充入氮气,高速搅拌1000-1200r/min,温度在70℃-80℃,搅拌1h;
(4)待生产设备冷却至室温,一直通氮气,保持真空状态,陈化1d,转至密封包装桶中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防覆冰雪易脱冰雪常温固化光能涂料,其特征在于,底漆B的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将固化剂、偶联剂、溶剂加入抽真空的搅拌罐中,高速搅拌1000-1200r/min,温度在60℃-80℃,搅拌1h;
(2)待生产装置冷却至室温,将其灌装至密封包装桶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防覆冰雪易脱冰雪常温固化光能涂料,其特征在于,使用时,底漆A组分和底漆B组分质量之比是5-8:2-4。
