The invention aims to provide a sealing element gumming fixing mechanism and a gumming system, which solve the problems that for some light-weight annular strip-shaped sealing elements, the sealing elements are easy to float on the surface of glue and difficult to be completely gummed due to low density, and meanwhile, a plurality of sealing elements are easy to be adhered together in the gumming process, so that the sealing elements cannot be completely gummed.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a sealing element gumming fixing mechanism, which includes a base and a plurality of positioning column assemblies disposed on the base; the positioning column assembly comprises a plurality of positioning columns which are sequentially spliced from top to bottom; a clamping groove is formed in the surface of the positioning column, and a supporting plate is hinged in the clamping groove and can rotate into the clamping groove;
the positioning column penetrates through the hole of the sealing piece, so that the sealing piece is located between two adjacent supporting plates.
Preferably, one end of each positioning column is provided with a butt-joint column, the other end of each positioning column is provided with a butt-joint groove, and two adjacent positioning columns are clamped with the butt-joint grooves through the butt-joint columns.
Preferably, an external thread structure is formed on the positioning column, and an internal thread structure matched with the external thread structure is formed in the butt joint groove.
Preferably, a hole groove is formed in the middle of the base, an annular frame is formed on the inner wall of the hole groove, and the positioning column assembly is arranged on the annular frame.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, one end of each positioning column 63 is provided with a docking post 68, and the other end is provided with a docking groove, and two adjacent positioning columns 63 are engaged with each other through the docking posts 68 and the docking grooves. The number of the positioning columns can be determined according to the number of the sealing elements to be impregnated actually, and the plurality of positioning columns can be clamped with the butt joint grooves through the butt joint columns.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the positioning columns to be tightly connected and to facilitate installation and disassembly, the positioning columns 63 are formed with external thread structures, and the docking grooves are formed with internal thread structures matched with the external thread structures.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to reduce resistance to vertical displacement of the base 61 in the glue, a hole groove is formed in the middle of the base 61, an annular frame 64 is formed on an inner wall of the hole groove, and the stud assembly is disposed on the annular frame 64.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to set the position and number of positioning units according to the position of the hole in a specific seal, a plurality of positioning holes 65 are formed in the annular frame 64, positioning rods 69 are formed at the bottoms of the positioning posts 63 positioned at the lowermost position in the positioning units, and the positioning rods 69 are engaged in the positioning holes 65.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to effectively lock the positioning post assembly on the base 61 and prevent the positioning post assembly from shaking and falling off during the gum dipping process, a threaded structure is formed on the positioning rod 69, and the positioning rod 69 at least partially penetrates through the positioning hole 65 and is twisted with a locking nut 610.
The invention also provides a dipping system, which comprises the sealing element dipping fixing mechanism 6; the sealing element gum dipping fixing mechanism 6 can be arranged in the gum box 1 in a vertically-movable manner.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an air cylinder 3 is disposed outside the glue box 1, a U-shaped rod 4 is disposed on a piston rod of the air cylinder 3, one end of the U-shaped rod 4 is connected to the piston rod, and the other end extends into the glue box 1 and is connected to the base 61. The cylinder 3 is arranged outside the glue box 1 to avoid the influence of glue on the cylinder, the U-shaped rod 4 is connected with the base 61 inside the glue box 1, and the base 61 can be driven to move up and down inside the glue box 1 through the U-shaped rod 4, so that the glue dipping and the mounting and the dismounting of the sealing piece are facilitated.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the base 61 to move smoothly in the vertical direction in the glue cartridge 1 and limit the movement, sliding blocks are formed at two ends of the base 61, a sliding rail 5 is provided on the inner wall of the glue cartridge 1, and the sliding blocks are at least partially slidably engaged in the sliding rail 5.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the replacement of the glue in the glue box 1, a glue discharging tube 2 communicated with the side wall of the glue box 1 is formed.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

The sealing element gum dipping and fixing mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the positioning column (63) is provided with a butt-joint column (68), the other end is provided with a butt-joint groove, and two adjacent positioning columns (63) are clamped with the butt-joint groove through the butt-joint column (68).
3. The sealing element gum dipping and fixing mechanism as claimed in claim 2, wherein an external thread structure is formed on the positioning column (63), and an internal thread structure matched with the external thread structure is formed in the butt joint groove.
