As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a sewage draining device with a reamer function of the present invention comprises a sewage draining pump and a control device; the control device is integrated with the sewage pump or electrically connected with the sewage pump;
the sewage pump comprises a sewage inlet 21, a cleaning inlet 22 and a sewage outlet 11, wherein the sewage outlet 11 is positioned at the bottom of the sewage inlet 21 and the cleaning inlet 22.
The sewage pump further comprises a reamer assembly, and the sewage inlet 21 is located at the upper part of the reamer assembly.
The inside of dredge pump still installs the detector, and the detector is used for under reamer subassembly quiescent condition, detects the inside solid pollutant of the pump body, when solid pollutant's height was higher than the threshold value, opens the propulsion of clean import in order to form solid pollutant. It can be understood that the invention prevents solid contaminants from accumulating on the reamer assembly by periodically cleaning the reamer assembly, and prevents toilet contaminants from adhering to the reamer assembly and corroding the reamer assembly.
Specifically, the sewage pump comprises a pump body and a base; the pump body is sealed with the base by a seal 12 after installation. Preferably, the seal 12 is a gasket.
The sewage pump comprises a pump body and a base 10; the sewage inlet 21 is located on the pump body and the sewage outlet 11 is located on the base 10. I.e. the pump body is located above the base 10 and the sewage inlet 21 is located above the sewage outlet 11.
The sewage pump comprises a pump body and a base 10; the sewage inlet 21 and the sewage outlet 11 are located on the pump body, and the sewage outlet 11 is located at the lower part of the reamer assembly. So that the contaminants after the reamer assembly is crushed are discharged from the sewage outlet 11.
The cleaning inlet 22 is located at the upper portion of the reamer assembly, the cleaning inlet 22 being in communication with an external cleaning gas and/or cleaning liquid. The cleaning gas and/or cleaning liquid introduced through the cleaning inlet 22 is used to clean the reamer assembly to prevent contaminants from adhering to the reamer assembly.
Preferably, the cleaning gas comprises at least ozone. The ozone can be used for carrying out certain sterilization and deodorization on the reamer component. The catalyst can also comprise an ozone catalyst, and the ozone catalyst is beneficial to ozone to form more hydroxyl radicals on the surface of the catalyst, and can play a more effective role in degrading some colored pollutants with stable structures.
In the preparation of the ozone catalyst, urea is selected as a precipitator, the urea is hydrolyzed to generate NH3, and NH3 is dissolved in water to generate OH—The iron, cobalt and manganese react with hydroxide radical to produce corresponding hydroxide, and the hydroxide is finally calcined to produce corresponding metal oxide to obtain corresponding ozone catalyst. The dissimilarity potential of Fe-Mn, Fe-Co and the like is formed in the catalyst, which is more beneficial for ozone to form more hydroxyl radicals on the surface of the catalyst. Specifically, the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing a certain amount of cobalt salt, ferric salt and manganese salt, and dissolving in pure water, wherein the mass ratio of the cobalt salt to the ferric salt to the manganese salt is 1: 3-5: 3-5. The concentration of cobalt ions in the cobalt salt dissolved in water is 2-5 mol/L; stirring for 2-4h at 80-100 ℃, and then adding sodium citrate, urea and N, N, N-1-trimethyl adamantane ammonium hydroxide; wherein, the amount of the sodium citrate is 10 to 30 percent of the mass of the cobalt salt; the dosage of the urea 3 is 10-30% of the mass of the cobalt salt; the dosage of the N, N, N-1-trimethyl adamantane ammonium hydroxide is 2-3 times of the mass of the cobalt salt. Adding the mixture, stirring the mixture evenly, reacting the mixture for 12 to 24 hours at the temperature of between 150 and 250 ℃, drying the mixture after the reaction is finished, and calcining the mixture for 5 to 8 hours at the temperature of between 300 and 450 ℃ to obtain the catalyst for ozone decoloration. Experiments show that the catalyst for ozone decoloration catalyzes ozone to decompose, generates an active structure capable of degrading colored substances, and achieves the purpose of degrading the colored substances.
The cleaning liquid included a modified UDS desulfurization solvent to dissolve methyl mercaptan in toilet wastewater. Methyl mercaptan has foul smell and certain harm to human health, and can be removed by using the modified UDS desulfurization solvent.
The cleaning liquid also comprises limonene for removing the odor of the excrement.
The cleaning liquid may also include a February water-ether extract for killing living roundworms.
In addition, the reamer assembly comprises a reamer shaft 31 and reamer blades 32, the reamer shaft 31 is connected to the driving end of a driving motor, the driving motor is located in the pump body, and the reamer blades 32 are fixedly connected to the reamer shaft 31. Preferably, in the present invention, the pump body comprises a first portion 201 and a second portion 202, the width of the first portion being greater than the width of the second portion 202, the reamer assembly being located partly within the first portion 201 and partly within the second portion 202, the first portion 201 being integrally formed with the second portion 202. The sewage with solid pollutants enters the pump body from the sewage inlet 21, firstly enters the first part 201 and then enters the second part 202, the sewage outlet 11 is positioned below the second part 202, and the width of the second part 202 is larger than that of the first part 201, so that the solid pollutants can be effectively prevented from being accumulated on the reamer assembly and influencing the reaming efficiency of the reamer assembly.
The sewage draining device with the reamer function provided by the invention not only can be used as a sewage draining pump, but also has the reamer function, the sewage inlet and the sewage outlet are respectively arranged above and below the reamer assembly, so that the solid pollutants in a toilet can be discharged more smoothly, and the sewage draining pump is also provided with a cleaning inlet which is automatically opened and cleaned according to the state of the solid pollutants, so that the solid pollutants are prevented from being adhered to the reamer assembly; and the cleaning liquid can be introduced into the cleaning inlet according to the needs of the user to remove methyl mercaptan harmful to human bodies in the toilet sewage; clean gas can be introduced according to the requirements of users, and a pushing force for downward movement of solid pollutants is formed while removing peculiar smell, so that the pollutants are more effectively prevented from being adhered.
