Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of magnetostrictive sensors, in particular to a magnetostrictive sensor with an anti-corrosion function.
Background
The magnetostrictive liquid level sensor is a high-precision and ultra-long stroke absolute position measuring sensor manufactured by adopting a magnetostrictive principle, consists of a pulse circuit, a waveguide wire, an echo signal unit, a structural part, a protective sleeve and the like, has the characteristics of high precision, reliable stability, long service life, convenient installation, various optional output modes and the like, can measure the linear displacement of a moving object, and can provide displacement and speed analog signals of the moving object. Due to the adoption of a non-contact measurement mode, the sensor has stable performance and long service life, and various output modes are selected. Therefore, the method is widely applied to equipment in industries such as petrochemical industry, food, water treatment, environmental protection, pesticides, papermaking, reservoirs, dyes, oil pressure machinery and the like. The working principle is as follows: when measuring, the pulse generator generates waveguide pulse, which is converted into current pulse, i.e. initial pulse, propagated along the waveguide line after being processed by the electronic part, the generated magnetic field is superposed with the magnetic field formed by the magnetic ring to generate instantaneous torsion, so that the waveguide line is twisted and generates tension pulse, the pulse is transmitted back along the waveguide line at a fixed speed, induced current pulse, i.e. termination pulse, is generated at two ends of the coil, and the liquid level or displacement can be accurately measured by measuring the time difference between the initial pulse and the termination pulse.
However, the traditional magnetostrictive sensor has poor corrosion resistance, mostly only carries out corrosion resistance treatment on the measuring rod, works in a long-term corrosion state, and the casing of the magnetostrictive sensor is very easy to be corroded by corrosive liquid, so that the service life of the magnetostrictive sensor is seriously shortened.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a magnetostrictive sensor having an anti-corrosion function to solve the problems of the background art described above.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the anti-corrosion box is arranged on the outer wall of the sensor body through the transmission mechanism, so that the sealing property of the sensor body is greatly increased, the anti-corrosion performance of the sensor body is greatly improved, the third clamp can be driven to be clamped outside the sensor body through the transmission mechanism, an alarm mechanism can be arranged, a multiple sealing effect can be achieved, an alarm effect can be achieved when water seeps carelessly in the anti-corrosion box, the safety of the sensor body is greatly increased, the service life of the sensor body is greatly prolonged, the clamping mechanism is driven to move through the pressing plate, the sensor body can be conveniently taken out of the anti-corrosion box, and the convenience for mounting the sensor body is greatly increased.
2. According to the invention, the buffer plate drives the buffer mechanism to work, so that the buffer performance of the sensor body and the measuring ring on the measuring rod is greatly improved, certain deviation caused by accidental collision of the measuring ring and the sensor body is avoided, the sensor or the anti-corrosion box or the measuring ring can be prevented from being damaged under serious conditions, and the anti-corrosion box and the buffer box can clamp and fix sensor bodies with different specifications through the arrangement of the first clamping plate, the second clamping plate, the first clamping plate and the clamping column.
