Background
The production process of the diaper is that the materials of all layers are conveyed into a composite connection in an up-down relation in the market, for example, the diaper generally comprises a waterproof outer layer, an inner layer and an absorption cotton core inner layer or an absorption core body made of other materials, wherein the absorption cotton core inner layer is composited between the waterproof outer layer and the inner layer, the edges of the waterproof outer layer and the inner layer are connected together by glue in a composite way, then the two sides of the inner layer are composited by glue to form a three-dimensional side leakage prevention edge strip, so that the side leakage prevention effect is achieved, the arrangement of the three-dimensional side leakage prevention edge strip with the inner waterproof outer layer and the two sides of the composite connection is realized, but the urine can leak from the composite place when the urine is in a large urine amount and exceeds the absorption capacity of the absorption cotton core inner layer and is pressed, and the problem that the glue cannot be uniformly coated in the production process is solved, so that the problem of stable urine leakage can be caused by the fact that the glue cannot be uniformly coated in the production process. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an integrated composite diaper which has a novel structure, can improve the leakage-proof effect and saves materials.
Another object of the invention is to provide a process for producing the integrated composite diaper.
In order to achieve the aim, the integrated composite diaper comprises a waterproof outer layer and an absorption cotton core inner layer which is in composite connection with the side face of the waterproof outer layer, wherein water-collecting cloth is respectively in composite connection with the two side edges of the waterproof outer layer and the absorption cotton core inner layer along the side edge lengths of the waterproof outer layer and the absorption cotton core inner layer, rubber ribs are arranged on the water-collecting cloth, the water-collecting cloth is integrated into a whole, the integrated diaper is sequentially divided into an outer side section, a first folding section, a second folding section, a third folding section, a fourth folding section and an inner side section along the width direction of the integrated diaper, the outer side section is in overlapped composite connection with the outer surface edge of the waterproof outer layer on the corresponding side, the overlapped composite connection of the inner side section is on the edge between the waterproof outer layer on the corresponding side and the absorption cotton core inner layer or on the outer surface edge of the absorption cotton core inner layer on the corresponding side, the inner side faces of the first folding section and the fourth folding section are in relative overlapping, the inner side faces of the second folding section and the inner side of the third folding section are in corresponding overlapping, the outer side faces of the fourth folding section and the corresponding folding section and the second folding section is in the corresponding to the corresponding side of the second folding section or the second folding section is in the corresponding to the corresponding side of the inner side of the corresponding folding section.
The inner side faces of the first folding section and the fourth folding section are in composite connection, the inner side faces of the second folding section and the third folding section are in composite connection, and/or the fourth folding section is in composite connection with the outer side face of the inner side section or the outer surface edge of the inner layer of the absorption cotton core at the corresponding side.
The rubber strips are in compound connection between the inner side surfaces of the first folding section and the fourth folding section and/or between the inner side surfaces of the second folding section and the third folding section.
The integrated composite diaper production process is produced by diaper production equipment, and the production process method in the layer conveying composite procedure of the production comprises the steps of,
1) The two pieces of diaper water collecting cloth separated at intervals are conveyed into the two pieces of diaper water collecting cloth through the conveying mechanism, the two pieces of diaper water collecting cloth are sequentially divided into an outer side section, a first folding section, a second folding section, a third folding section, a fourth folding section and an inner side section along the width direction of the two pieces of diaper water collecting cloth, and glue is sprayed on the upper surfaces of the outer side sections of the two pieces of diaper water collecting cloth through the glue spraying device;
2) The waterproof outer layers which are not wet by urine are conveyed above the two pieces of water-collecting cloth through the conveying mechanism, the edges of the two sides of the waterproof outer layers are respectively overlapped with the outer side sections of the water-collecting cloth on the corresponding sides up and down, and the lower surfaces of the edges of the two sides of the waterproof outer layers are respectively in compound connection with the upper surfaces of the outer side sections of the water-collecting cloth on the corresponding sides through the rolling mechanism;
3) The rubber strips are conveyed into the upper parts of the first folding section and/or the second folding section of the two pieces of water-collecting cloth through a conveying mechanism, the rubber strips are sprayed on the rubber strips through a glue spraying device, the rubber strips are compositely connected to the upper surfaces of the first folding section and/or the second folding section of the water-collecting cloth on the corresponding side through a rolling mechanism, and the glue is sprayed on the upper surfaces of the third folding section, the fourth folding section and the inner side section of the two pieces of water-collecting cloth respectively;
4) The third turnover section, the fourth turnover section and the inner side section are turned upwards through the turnover device until the second turnover section and the third turnover section are overlapped relatively, the first turnover section and the fourth turnover section are overlapped relatively and the inner side section and the upper surface edge of the waterproof outer layer on the corresponding side are overlapped relatively, and the second turnover section and the third turnover section are connected in a compound manner through the rolling mechanism, the first turnover section and the fourth turnover section are connected in a compound manner, and the inner side section and the upper surface edge of the waterproof outer layer on the corresponding side are connected in a compound manner;
5) The second folding section and the third folding section which are formed by overlapping the two pieces of water-collecting cloth are respectively folded downwards through the folding device until the second folding section is overlapped relatively below the first folding section;
6) Spraying glue on the upper surface of the waterproof outer layer or the upper surface of the waterproof outer layer and the outer surfaces of the inner side sections of the two pieces of water-gathering cloth through a glue spraying device;
7) The inner layer of the absorbent cotton core which is not wet by urine is conveyed by the conveying mechanism, the lower surface of the inner layer of the absorbent cotton core is compositely connected with the upper surface of the waterproof outer layer or the upper surface of the waterproof outer layer by the rolling mechanism, and the two side edges of the lower surface of the inner layer are compositely connected with the outer surface of the inner side section of the water collecting cloth at the corresponding side respectively;
8) Glue is sprayed on the edges of the outer surfaces of the fourth folding section and the inner side section of the two pieces of water-collecting cloth or the outer surface of the fourth folding section and the upper surface of the inner layer of the absorption core body through a glue spraying device respectively;
9) The first folding section, the second folding section, the third folding section and the fourth folding section which are overlapped relatively are folded upwards to be overlapped relatively above the edge of the upper surface of the inner layer 2 of the absorption core body on the inner side section or the corresponding side of the fourth folding section through the folding mechanism, and the fourth folding section is connected with the edge of the upper surface of the inner layer of the absorption core body on the inner side section or the corresponding side in a combined manner through the rolling mechanism.
Before the step 1) is conveyed into two separated diaper water collecting cloths through a conveying mechanism, the two water collecting cloths are combined into a whole, the two water collecting cloths are split into two through a splitting device, the two split water collecting cloths are separated according to a set distance through a braiding corrector, and then the step 1) is carried out.
The interval distance between the two pieces of diaper water collecting cloth separated in the step 1) is 80-100 mm, and the range of glue spraying on the upper surfaces of the outer side sections of the two pieces of diaper water collecting cloth is 7-9 mm on the edges of the outer side sections.
The total width of the first folding section and the second folding section is 30-50 mm, the total width of the third folding section, the fourth folding section and the inner side section is 60-80 mm, and the second folding section and the third folding section are 5-20 mm respectively.
The total width of the first folding section and the second folding section is 40 mm, the total width of the third folding section, the fourth folding section and the inner side section is 70 mm, and the second folding section and the third folding section are 10 mm respectively.
By adopting the technical scheme, the two-side leakage-proof structure of the diaper is different from the two-side leakage-proof structure of the traditional diaper product, is structurally arranged through the folding and combining connection of the water collecting cloth on the two sides to form the structure arrangement of the integral sheet coating edge, is a novel structure arrangement, can prevent urine from directly leaking at the connecting part in a reciprocating way, is not easy to permeate, can be blocked by the integrally folded water collecting cloth, can achieve the purpose of improving the leakage-proof effect, is stable in structural combined connection, is in combined connection with the first folding section when the second folding section and the third folding section are used in the diaper, and can form a three-dimensional side leakage-proof barrier edge strip structure under the elastic shrinkage action of rubber strips when the diaper is worn.
In addition, the production process of the integrated composite diaper is a production process method designed for producing the integrated composite diaper, and has the steps of folding, glue preparation, rolling and compounding, and the like, but the steps are reasonably and orderly carried out, mechanical action conflicts are avoided between the steps, the integrated composite diaper is easy to realize, the mechanical structure is not complex and difficult to realize, and the operation is difficult.
In addition, compared with the material application of the conventional diaper structure, the diaper structure can save material application, reduce consumable materials and reduce production cost.

Detailed Description
In order to further explain the technical scheme of the invention, the invention is explained in detail by specific examples.
The embodiment discloses an integrated composite diaper, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprising a waterproof outer layer 1, an absorbent cotton core inner layer 2 compositely connected to the inner side surface of the waterproof outer layer 1 (the inner side surface refers to the side facing the skin of a human body when the diaper is used), water collecting cloth 3 compositely arranged along the two sides of the length of the waterproof outer layer 1 and the absorbent cotton core inner layer 2, and rubber strips 4 arranged on the water collecting cloth 3, wherein the structural position connection relation of the product is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in the figure, the water collecting cloth 3 is formed into a structure by three times of folding in the production and manufacture, the water collecting cloth 3 is sequentially divided into an outer side section 31, a first folding section 32, a second folding section 33, a third folding section 34, a fourth folding section 35 and an inner side section 36 along the width direction according to the state of folding and forming, the outer side section 31 is overlapped and compositely connected to the edge of the outer surface of the waterproof outer layer 1 on the corresponding side, the inner side section 36 is overlapped and compositely connected to the edge between the waterproof outer layer 1 on the corresponding side and the absorbent cotton core inner layer 2 or the edge of the outer surface of the absorbent cotton core inner layer 2 on the corresponding side, the structure is shown in the figure, and the structure is set up so that urine cannot leak at the direct reciprocal connection position, is not easy to permeate, and the effect that urine can be blocked by the integral water collecting cloth is achieved. In order to keep the structure formed by folding the water collecting cloth 3 in a state, the inner side surfaces of the first folding section 32 and the fourth folding section 35 can be in glue compound connection, the inner side surfaces of the second folding section 33 and the third folding section 34 can be in glue compound connection, and the outer surface edge of the absorbent cotton core inner layer 2 on the outer side surface or the corresponding side of the fourth folding section 35 and the inner side section 36 can also be in glue compound connection.
The inner side surfaces of the first folding section 32 and the fourth folding section 35 are overlapped relatively, the inner side surfaces of the second folding section 33 and the third folding section 34 are overlapped relatively, the outer side surface of the fourth folding section 35 is overlapped relatively with the outer surface edge of the absorbent cotton core inner layer 2 on the corresponding side or the outer side surfaces of the fourth folding section 35 and the inner side section 36 are overlapped relatively, the first folding section 32 and the outer side surface of the second folding section 33 are overlapped relatively and are not connected in a composite way, and the two are not connected in a composite way, so that the second folding section 33 and the third folding section 34 which are overlapped relatively can be turned up, namely under the elastic shrinkage action of the rubber strips, a three-dimensional side leakage prevention barrier edge strip structure can be formed when the diaper is not wet and worn.
The rubber band 4 is arranged at the corresponding first folding section 32 and/or second folding section 33, in the figure, the edges of the first folding section 32 and the second folding section 33 are provided with the elastic shrinkage when the diaper is used, so that the waterproof cloth 3 can be in three-dimensional fit with the human body structure, a better leakage-proof blocking effect is realized, the rubber band 4 is better covered, the rubber band 4 is prevented from being degummed and separated in use, and the elastic effect cannot be achieved.
As shown in the structure of the figure, the outer section 31 of the water-collecting cloth 3 is overlapped and compositely connected to the outer side of the edge of the waterproof outer layer 1, the inner section 36 is overlapped and compositely connected to the inner side of the edge of the waterproof layer 1, and the inner layer 2 of the absorbent cotton core is overlapped and compositely connected above the inner section 36, so that even if the overlapped and compositely connected position has a position where the composite is likely to leak, the leaked water can enter the turning and turning position of the water-collecting cloth 3, the water-collecting cloth is watertight and can not permeate, and the composite connecting seam is not formed at the position of the barrier side strip structure forming the three-dimensional side leakage prevention, thus the leakage is avoided, and the double-layer structure has high strength and is not easy to be pulled and broken.
The following discloses a production process of the integrated composite diaper with the structure, which is produced and manufactured by diaper production equipment, the steps of the production process method in the layer conveying composite procedure of the production and manufacture are as follows,
1) The two pieces of diaper water collecting cloth 3 separated at intervals are conveyed by the conveying mechanism, in this embodiment, for convenience in conveying and simplification of mechanical structure, one piece of the two pieces of diaper water collecting cloth 3 which is integrated before being conveyed into the space is split into two pieces by the splitting device, then the two pieces of split diaper water collecting cloth 3 are conveyed into the space by the braiding machine according to a set distance, and the distance between the two pieces of diaper water collecting cloth is preferably 80-100 mm according to the specification of common diaper water collecting.
The water-gathering cloth 3 is sequentially divided into an outer section 31, a first folding section 32, a second folding section 33, a third folding section 34, a fourth folding section 35 and an inner section 36 along the width direction of the water-gathering cloth 3, glue is sprayed on the upper surfaces of the outer sections 31 of the two water-gathering cloths 3 respectively through a glue spraying device, as shown in the figure, the outer sections 31 correspond to the opposite sides of the two water-gathering cloths 3, the glue spraying range of the upper surfaces of the outer sections 31 is 7-9 mm of the edges of the outer sections 31, and good composite connection surface stability and high structural strength can be achieved.
2) The waterproof outer layer 1 which is not wet by urine is conveyed above the two pieces of water collecting cloth 3 through a conveying mechanism, the edges of the two sides of the waterproof outer layer 1 are respectively overlapped with the outer side sections of the corresponding pieces of water collecting cloth 3 up and down, and the lower surfaces of the edges of the two sides of the waterproof outer layer 1 are respectively in compound connection with the upper surfaces of the outer side sections of the corresponding pieces of water collecting cloth 3 through a rolling mechanism;
3) The rubber strips 4 are conveyed into the upper parts of the first folding section 32 and/or the second folding section 33 of the two pieces of water-collecting cloth 3 respectively through a conveying mechanism, the rubber is sprayed on the rubber strips 4 through a glue spraying device, the rubber strips 4 are compositely connected to the upper surfaces of the first folding section 32 and/or the second folding section 33 of the water-collecting cloth 3 on the corresponding side through a rolling mechanism, and the rubber is sprayed on the upper surfaces of the third folding section 34, the fourth folding section 35 and the inner side section 36 of the two pieces of water-collecting cloth 3 respectively;
4) The third turnover section 34, the fourth turnover section 35 and the inner side section 36 are turned upwards by the turnover device until the second turnover section 33 and the third turnover section 34 are oppositely overlapped, the first turnover section 32 and the fourth turnover section 35 are oppositely overlapped and the inner side section 36 and the upper surface edge of the waterproof outer layer 1 on the corresponding side are oppositely overlapped, and the second turnover section 33 and the third turnover section 34 are in compound connection through the rolling mechanism, the first turnover section 32 and the fourth turnover section 35 are in compound connection, and the inner side section 36 and the upper surface edge of the waterproof outer layer 1 on the corresponding side are in compound connection;
5) The second folding section 33 and the third folding section 34 which are overlapped by the two pieces of water-collecting cloth 3 are respectively folded downwards by a folding device until the second folding section 33 is overlapped relatively below the first folding section 32;
6) Glue is sprayed on the upper surface of the waterproof outer layer 1 or the outer surfaces of the upper surface of the waterproof outer layer 1 and the inner side sections 36 of the two pieces of water-gathering cloth 3 through a glue spraying device;
7) The inner layer 2 of the absorbent cotton core which is not wet by urine is conveyed by a conveying mechanism, the lower surface of the inner layer 2 of the absorbent cotton core is compositely connected with the upper surface of the waterproof outer layer 1 or the upper surface of the waterproof outer layer 1 by a rolling mechanism, and the two side edges of the lower surface of the inner layer 2 of the absorbent cotton core are compositely connected with the outer surface of the inner side section 36 of the water collecting cloth 3 at the corresponding side respectively;
8) Glue is sprayed on the edges of the outer surfaces of the fourth folding section 35 and the inner side section 36 of the two pieces of water-collecting cloth 3 or the outer surfaces of the fourth folding section 35 and the upper surface of the inner layer 2 of the absorption core body respectively through a glue spraying device;
9) The first turnover section 32, the second turnover section 33, the third turnover section 34 and the fourth turnover section 35 which are overlapped relatively are turned upwards to be overlapped relatively above the edge of the upper surface of the inner side section 36 or the corresponding side of the inner layer 2 of the absorbent core by the turnover mechanism, and the fourth turnover section 35 is in compound connection with the edge of the upper surface of the inner side section 36 or the corresponding side of the inner layer 2 of the absorbent core by the rolling mechanism.
The total width of the first folding section and the second folding section is 30-50 mm, the total width of the third folding section, the fourth folding section and the inner side section is 60-80 mm, the second folding section and the third folding section are 5-20 mm respectively, according to the specification of common diaper, preferably, the total width of the first folding section and the second folding section is 40 mm, the total width of the third folding section, the fourth folding section and the inner side section is 70 mm, and the second folding section and the third folding section are 10 mm respectively.
The diaper produced by the structure and the production process has the advantages of saving materials, being high in structural strength, not easy to separate at layered connection parts and better in leakage prevention effect compared with the existing product.
