step six: laying a side wall and a top plate isolation structure, laying an extruded sheet as a waterproof isolation layer (7) of the side wall on the outermost layer of the side wall, laying fine aggregate concrete as a waterproof protection layer (3) of the top plate on the outermost layer of the top plate, and maintaining the whole structure of the side wall, the top plate and the bottom plate.
