The avoidance groove 34 is formed in one side, close to the floating support 60, of the floating shell 30, and when the floating shell 30 deflects relative to the floating support 60, the avoidance groove 34 can avoid the floating support 60, so that the influence of the floating support 60 on the deflection angle caused by the supporting of the floating shell 30 is prevented, the maximum deflection angle of the floating shell 30 around the first direction is improved, the cutter head assembly 100 is guaranteed to have a good floating effect, and the shaving and trimming of beards or temples are facilitated.
In the present embodiment, the shape of the escape groove 34 is formed in a semicircular shape, and serves to escape the second rotating shaft 64; it will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the relief groove 34 may also be configured to relief other portions of the floating mount 60 and may be configured in other shapes, depending on the operating conditions.
One end of the floating shaft 70 is disposed on the lower head cover 20 and can float along the vertical direction, and the other end is clamped with the blade 50, so that the floating shaft 70 can drive the blade 50 to rotate for shaving, and can provide floating force for the floating shell 30 along the vertical direction through the blade 50, thereby ensuring that the cutter head assembly 100 has a better floating effect.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11 together, fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of the tool bit assembly shown in fig. 1 from another perspective; fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view of the tool tip assembly of fig. 10 taken along line A-A. In this embodiment, the first direction passes through the center of the floating support 60, the second direction deviates from the center of the floating support 60, and in the unused state, the floating shaft 70 abuts against the blade 50 along the vertical direction and drives the floating shell 30 to deflect around the second direction, so that an included angle α is formed between the surface of the floating shell 30 facing away from one side of the floating support 60 and the horizontal plane, and further, a force arm exists in the floating shell 30 in the second direction, and the force arm causes the floating shell 30 to deflect with only a small force, thereby facilitating the fitting of the cutter head assembly 100 on the face, and further facilitating the improvement of the shaving effect.
Referring to fig. 12, 13 and 14, fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of a cutter head assembly according to another embodiment; FIG. 13 is a schematic illustration of a structure of the bit assembly of FIG. 12 with portions omitted; fig. 14 is a cross-sectional view of the tool bit assembly of fig. 12 taken along line B-B. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the first direction may pass through the center of the floating support 60, the second direction may also pass through the center of the floating support 60, and the second elastic member 80 is disposed between the floating shell 30 and the upper cover 10, when the floating shell 30 is subjected to a vertical floating force in an unused state, the floating shell 30 protrudes straight and outwards due to the second direction passing through the center of the floating support 60, and further, under the driving of the floating support 60, the second elastic member 80 can abut against the floating shell 30 to deflect relative to the upper cover 10 around the second direction, and also can make an included angle α between a surface of a side of the floating shell 30 facing away from the floating support 60 and a horizontal plane, thereby achieving the above purpose.
Referring to fig. 13 again, in other embodiments, the floating support 60 is connected to the upper cover 10 at two positions in the second direction, that is, the floating support 60 is rotatably connected to the upper cover 10 through two second rotating shafts 64, and the second elastic members 80 are located at intermediate positions with respect to the two second rotating shafts 64, so that when the face contacts the floating shell 30 and deflects the floating shell 30, the second elastic members 80 can uniformly apply a supporting force to the floating shell 30, so that the force of the floating shell 30 acting on the face is more uniform, the pain caused by overlarge local stress on the face is avoided, and the comfort level of the user is improved.
Of course, in other embodiments, to maintain the position of the second elastic member 80, any one of the floating shell 30 and the upper head cover 10 may be provided with a corresponding positioning portion, so as to prevent the second elastic member 80 from being deflected and failing, and improve the reliability of the tool bit assembly 100.
Referring to fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic structural view of the tool bit assembly shown in fig. 1 from another perspective. When the included angle alpha between the surface of the floating shell 30, which is away from one side of the floating support 60, and the horizontal plane ranges from 2 degrees to 15 degrees, and when the included angle is smaller than 2 degrees or larger than 15 degrees, most beards or temples cannot extend into the cutter mesh due to the fact that the included angle between the floating shell 30 and the horizontal plane is too small or too large, so that the shaving is not convenient in time, and the facial contours of most users can be adapted to the initial state of the cutter head assembly 100 by setting the included angle to 2 degrees to 15 degrees, so that most beards or temples of the users can be captured quickly by the cutter head assembly 100, and the shaving efficiency is improved; it will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the range of the included angle α between the surface of the floating shell 30 facing away from the side of the floating bracket 60 and the horizontal plane may be other angles, as long as the corresponding operating requirements can be satisfied.
In the present embodiment, the number of the accommodating openings 12 formed in the upper head cover 10 is three, and the number of the floating shells 30, the cutter mesh 40, the blades 50 and the floating brackets 60 is also three and are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the accommodating openings 12, so that a three-head independent floating cutter head assembly 100 is formed, the shaving area is effectively increased, and the use is facilitated; it will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the tool bit assembly 100 may be configured in a single-head, double-head, four-head, five-head, or the like, according to different working conditions, as long as the requirements of the corresponding working conditions can be met.
According to the cutter head assembly, one part of the floating support is rotationally connected with the floating shell, the floating shell can deflect around the first direction relative to the floating support, the other part of the floating support is rotationally connected with the upper head cover, the floating support can drive the floating shell to deflect around the second direction relative to the upper head cover, and as the floating shell and the upper head cover are arranged in a clearance mode, the floating shell can deflect at an angle in the first direction and the second direction which are mutually angled, and can drive the cutter mesh and the cutter head to jointly deflect, so that the shaving angle can be adjusted, the shaving efficiency and the shaving effect can be improved, the deflection of the floating support in the first direction and the second direction can be simultaneously carried out, the angle deflection of the floating support in the first direction and the second direction can be overlapped, the floating effect of the cutter head assembly can be further improved, the cutter head assembly can be better attached to the face of a user, the better shaving effect can be achieved, and the cutter head assembly is beneficial to use; and the structure is simple, and the production is convenient.
The invention also provides a shaver, which comprises a battery assembly, a driving assembly, a transmission assembly and the cutter head assembly 100, wherein the driving assembly is connected with the battery assembly and the transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly is connected with the cutter head assembly 100; the battery assembly can provide electrical support for the drive assembly, the drive assembly can provide a power source for rotation of the blade 50, the transmission assembly can transmit power provided by the drive assembly to the floating shaft 70 in the cutter head assembly 100, and the cutter head assembly 100 can float against the face of a user and shave beard or hair temples.
According to the shaver provided by the invention, different facial forms can be attached by arranging the cutter head assembly, so that the shaving effect is improved.
