女性在怀孕期间身体较弱,需营养更加均衡的食用油。但目前市场上面对此类人群的专用调和油产品较少,市场有空缺。DHA是人体必需的多不饱和脂肪酸,对人体有重要的生理调节供能,是大脑、神经、视觉细胞中重要的脂肪酸成份,在怀孕期间能促进婴幼儿的脑部和视力的机能发育,提高婴幼儿视觉的敏锐度,有利于智力、学习和记忆能力的提高。孕妇所需要的不仅仅是油酸、亚油酸和α-亚麻酸,也需要添加长链多不饱和脂肪酸,主要为DHA。因此,如何经过合理科学的配比调制成一款适合孕妇食用的、营养更加全面的调和油是很有必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油及其制备方法,本发明制备得到的调和油营养丰富,能改善孕妇体质,提升免疫力机能,增强孕妇的新陈代谢。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油,其由包含如下质量百分比的原料制备得到:
28~34%油茶籽、15~18%红花籽、17~26%核桃仁、6~9%玉米粒、18~28%DHA藻油;8.0~12.0mg/100g维生素C。
优选的,所述一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油,其由包含如下质量百分比的原料制备得到:
29~33%油茶籽籽,16~17%红花籽,23~24%核桃仁,6~9%玉米粒和18~28%DHA藻油;10.0mg/100g维生素C。
上述一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先,取规定质量的油茶籽、红花籽、核桃仁和玉米粒,分别粉碎后混合得到混合物,然后将混合物压榨得到初次调和油;
(2)将步骤(1)所述压榨后的料渣加入到正己烷中,料液比为1:4~5;然后进行超声萃取后真空旋蒸,制备得到萃取油;将萃取油加入到步骤(1)所述的初次调和油中得到二次调和油;最后,将二次调和油和DHA藻油混合后,过滤除杂后再真空下蒸馏2~3次,制得三次调和油;
(3)将三次调和油和维生素C进行搅拌混合,即制备得到所述适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油。
优选的,步骤(1)所述压榨所用压榨机的工作温度为50~60℃,出料温度为40~45℃。
优选的,步骤(2)所述超声萃取的时间为25~40min、温度为40~45℃,超声波功率为300~370w。
优选的,步骤(2)所述真空旋蒸的温度为40~45℃、时间为40~60min。
优选的,步骤(2)所述真空的真空度为25~40Kpa。
优选的,步骤(2)所述蒸馏的温度为60~70℃。
优选的,步骤(3)所述搅拌混合的温度为30~40℃,搅拌混合的时间为40~60min。
优选的,步骤(3)所述搅拌混合的速率为1000~1200r/min。
红花籽油中因其亚油酸含量很高,约67.5%-86%,而亚麻酸含量低,在法国、美国、澳大利亚等许多国家里被用作食用油,具有食用、保健、美容功能,具有降低血脂、降低胆固醇、软化血管、扩张动脉、预防各种心脑血管疾病,是一种营养价值极高的绿色食品。核桃油是在常见的植物油中,n-3(α-亚麻酸)含量最高。亚麻酸对于生长和发育至关重要,亚麻酸具有明目降脂功能,对调节注意力和认知过程也有重要作用。亚麻酸对胎儿的脑部、视网膜、皮肤和肾功能的健全十分重要,长期缺乏亚麻酸会影响注意力和认知发育。母体是胎儿和婴儿营养的主要提供者,所以孕期和哺乳期的妈妈要特别注意亚麻酸的摄入。玉米油中不饱和脂肪酸高于80%,其中油酸约29.67%,亚油酸约51.7%,γ-亚麻酸1.02%;大豆油的饱和脂肪酸含量约16%,主要由13.76%棕榈酸和2.21%硬脂酸组成,其营养丰富,不含胆固醇,对于血液中积累的胆固醇具有溶解作用。
油茶籽油是一种富含不饱和脂肪酸,包括72.5-83.6%的油酸和5.4-9.8%的亚油酸,除了不饱和脂肪酸外,油茶籽油还含有丰富的甾醇、角鲨烯、生育酚和酚类化合物,以及大量具有各种有益生物活性的天然抗氧化剂,可提高孕妇的酶的活性,改善体质,提升免疫力机能,增强孕妇的新陈代谢预防便秘等。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果包括:
本发明通过调节调和油中各组分的含量,调配的调和油各项理化指标符合国家相关标准。且n-6与n-3脂肪酸的比例在4-6:1,是最适合的脂肪酸组成比例,且调和油中甾醇和角鲨烯含量较高,甾醇具有高的营养价值、生理活性强,能促进胎儿生长发育。角鲨烯可以提高人体免疫功能和后天应激能力,对婴幼儿非常有利。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例所述维生素C采用生育酚。对比例所述油茶籽油购买于西安维特生物科技有限责任公司;核桃油购买于江西恒城天然香料油有限公司。实施例和对比例所述DHA藻油购买于西安展迅生物科技有限公司。
实施例1
一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:其由如下质量百分比的原料制备得到:
29%油茶籽、17%红花籽、24%核桃仁、7%玉米粒、23%DHA藻油;10.0mg/100g维生素C。
其制备方法如下:
(1)将油茶籽、红花籽、核桃仁、玉米粒清理后,用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后按上述比例混合得到混合料。将得到的混合料用冷榨机直接压榨,控制冷榨机的工作温度为50℃,出料温度为45℃,得到初次调和油。将混合料剩余的压榨后的料渣加入正己烷溶剂,料液比为1:4,进行超声萃取,所述的超声时间为25min,超声温度为50℃,超声波强度为300W。超声萃取后将混合液真空旋转蒸发,旋蒸温度为45℃,时间为40min,得到的萃取油加入初次调和油中,得到二次调和油;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的二次调和油和DHA藻油混合后,过滤除去杂质,再将混合油置于真空度为25KPa、温度为60℃的条件下蒸馏3次,制得三次调和油。
(3)将步骤(2)制备的三次调和油和生育酚放入预混机中,搅拌温度为30℃,搅拌时间为35min,预混机的搅拌速度为1200r/min,在此条件下使各调和油充分混合均匀,制得适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油成品。并充氮包装,在避光、常温下保存。
实施例2
一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:其由如下质量百分比的原料制备得到:
33%油茶籽、16%红花籽、23%核桃仁、8%玉米粒、20%DHA藻油;10.0mg/100g维生素C。
其制备方法如下:
(1)将油茶籽、红花籽、核桃仁、玉米粒清理后,用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后按上述比例混合得到混合料。将得到的混合料用冷榨机直接压榨,控制冷榨机的工作温度为60℃,出料温度为45℃,得到初次调和油。将混合料剩余的压榨后的料渣加入正己烷溶剂,料液比为1:5,进行超声萃取,所述的超声时间为25min,超声温度为50℃,超声波强度为370W。超声萃取后将混合液真空旋转蒸发,旋蒸温度为42℃,时间为45min,得到的萃取油加入初次调和油中,得到二次调和油;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的二次调和油和DHA藻油混合后,过滤除去杂质,再将混合油置于真空度为40KPa、温度为60℃的条件下蒸馏3次,制得三次调和油。
(3)将步骤(2)制备的三次调和油和生育酚放入预混机中,搅拌温度为40℃,搅拌时间为30min,预混机的搅拌速度为1200r/min,在此条件下使各调和油充分混合均匀,制得适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油成品。并充氮包装,在避光、常温下保存。
实施例3
一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:其由如下质量百分比的原料制备得到:
32%油茶籽、17%红花籽、23%核桃仁、7%玉米粒、21%DHA藻油;10.0mg/100g维生素C。
其制备方法如下:
(1)将油茶籽、红花籽、核桃仁、玉米粒清理后,用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后按上述比例混合得到混合料。将得到的混合料用冷榨机直接压榨,控制冷榨机的工作温度为56℃,出料温度为42℃,得到初次调和油。将混合料剩余的压榨后的料渣加入正己烷溶剂,料液比为1:5,进行超声萃取,所述的超声时间为35min,超声温度为50℃,超声波强度为370W。超声萃取后将混合液真空旋转蒸发,旋蒸温度为40℃,时间为50min,得到的萃取油加入初次调和油中,得到二次调和油;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的二次调和油和DHA藻油混合后,过滤除去杂质,再将混合油置于真空度为40KPa、温度为60℃的条件下蒸馏3次,制得三次调和油。
(3)将步骤(2)制备的三次调和油和生育酚放入预混机中,搅拌温度为30℃,搅拌时间为35min,预混机的搅拌速度为1200r/min,在此条件下使各调和油充分混合均匀,制得适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油成品。并充氮包装,在避光、常温下保存。

由表1可知:由本发明提供的调和油的各项理化指标符合国家相关标准。根据我国膳食指南推荐,由表2知:n-6与n-3脂肪酸的比例在4-6:1是最适合的脂肪酸组成比例,实施例的脂肪酸组成在推荐范围内,组成比例更为合理。甾醇具有高的营养价值、生理活性强,能促进胎儿生长发育。角鲨烯可以提高人体免疫功能和后天应激能力,对婴幼儿非常有利。由表3可知,本发明制得的调和油产品的生育酚总量为226.94~232.14mg/kg,甾醇含量为1582.98~1600.45mg/kg,角鲨烯含量为119.76~126.03mg/kg,本发明制得的调和油的营养成分均高于单品油,证明调和油具有更好的营养生理功能。本发明制得调和油脂肪酸组成合理,营养丰富,具有更好的生理功能。

Claims (10)
1.一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油,其特征在于,其由包含如下质量百分比的原料制备得到:
28~34%油茶籽、15~18%红花籽、17~26%核桃仁、6~9%玉米粒、18~28%DHA藻油;8.0~12.0mg/100g维生素C。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油,其特征在于,其由包含如下质量百分比的原料制备得到:
29~33%油茶籽籽,16~17%红花籽,23~24%核桃仁,6~9%玉米粒和18~28%DHA藻油;10.0mg/100g维生素C。
3.权利要求1~2任一项所述一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先,取规定配比的油茶籽、红花籽、核桃仁和玉米粒,分别粉碎后混合得到混合物,然后将混合物压榨得到初次调和油;
(2)将步骤(1)所述压榨后的料渣加入到正己烷中,料液比为1:4~5;然后进行超声萃取后真空旋蒸,制备得到萃取油;将萃取油加入到步骤(1)所述的初次调和油中得到二次调和油;最后,将二次调和油和DHA藻油混合后,过滤除杂后在真空下蒸馏2~3次,制得三次调和油;
(3)将三次调和油和维生素C进行搅拌混合,即制备得到所述适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述压榨所用压榨机的工作温度为50~60℃,出料温度为40~45℃。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述超声萃取的时间为25~40min、温度为40~45℃,超声波功率为300~370w。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述真空旋蒸的温度为40~45℃、时间为40~60min。
7.根据权利要求3所述一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述真空的真空度为25~40Kpa。
8.根据权利要求3或4所述一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述蒸馏的温度为60~70℃。
9.根据权利要求3或4所述一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述搅拌混合的温度为30~40℃,搅拌混合的时间为40~60min。
10.根据权利要求3或4所述一种适用于孕妇的油茶籽调和油的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述搅拌混合的速率为1000~1200r/min。
