Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of steel structure buildings, and particularly relates to a complex box-shaped and cross-shaped combined structure and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The structural column is a necessary steel structural component in the building construction process, most of the existing components are in regular and conventional shapes, however, in the construction process, due to the requirement of building special-shaped construction, a plurality of adapters are needed to realize the requirement of building special-shaped construction, so that the construction difficulty is increased, and most of the components are site construction, so that the construction period is seriously influenced;
And because part of the plates are thicker, the thickest plate can reach 100mm, the components are more complex, the manufacturing difficulty is higher, and a plurality of difficulties are brought to the manufacturing, the existing structural column still needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects, and aims to provide a complex box-shaped and cross-shaped column combined structure which is simple in structure, reasonable in design, easy to produce, high in automation degree, capable of reducing the amount of manual labor, high in working efficiency, large in storage amount and flexible in application.
The invention provides a complex box-shaped and cross-shaped column combined structure for achieving the purposes, which comprises an irregular box body and a cross-shaped column body, wherein the irregular box body comprises a box body, a bracket component and a lifting lug component, the bracket component is arranged on one side of the box body, the lifting lug component is arranged at one end, far away from the bracket component, of the box body, and the cross-shaped column body is arranged above the irregular box body.
The box body comprises a bottom plate, a first side plate, a top plate, a second side plate and a group of inner partition plate assemblies, wherein the lifting lug assemblies are arranged at one end of the bottom plate, the first side plate is perpendicular to the bottom plate, the top plate is arranged on one side of the first side plate and is leveled with the upper surface of the lifting lug assemblies, the second side plate is perpendicular to the top plate and is opposite to the first side plate, and the inner partition plate assemblies are arranged between the bottom plate and the top plate and between the first side plate and the second side plate.
Further, the first side plate is L-shaped, one end of the first side plate, which is close to the lifting lug assembly, is provided with a notch, and the notch is clamped above the lifting lug assembly.
Further, the lug subassembly includes lug bottom plate, lug roof, a set of horizontal baffle, a set of vertical baffle and lug side seal board, relative setting from top to bottom lug bottom plate and lug roof, horizontal baffle is located between lug bottom plate and the lug roof, vertical baffle is located between horizontal baffle and the lug side seal board, and is equipped with the baffle ring between lug bottom plate and the lug roof.
Further, the inner partition plate assembly comprises a first inner partition plate assembly and a second inner partition plate assembly, the first inner partition plate assembly is arranged between the bottom plate and the top plate, and the second inner partition plate assembly is arranged between the first side plate and the second side plate.

Further, the second inner partition plate assembly comprises a group of vertical partition plates, a thirty-first partition plate and a group of inner partition plate, wherein the vertical partition plates are vertically arranged on the top plate and between the first side plate and the second side plate, sealing plates are arranged at the tops of the two vertical partition plates, the thirty-first partition plate is arranged between the two inner partition plate and between the first side plate and the second side plate, and T-shaped partition plates are arranged on the outer sides of the inner partition plate.
Further, the cross column body comprises a group of cross columns and a group of top plates, the top plates are arranged on the outer sides of the cross columns, and reinforcing plates are arranged at the joints of the top plates and the irregular box body.
Further, the cross column comprises a group of webs, the webs are arranged in a crossed mode, one ends of the webs are inclined, and a stiffening plate is arranged between the two webs.

Firstly, folding a lifting lug assembly, mounting a group of transverse partition plates on a lifting lug bottom plate, adopting root cleaning welding for upper and lower corner joints of the transverse partition plates, arranging longitudinal partition plates on the two transverse partition plates, adopting backing plate welding for one circle of the longitudinal partition plates, and then mounting and welding a lifting lug top plate above the transverse partition plates;

7) The inner baffle plate assembly is assembled and welded, namely, the first inner baffle plate assembly is assembled and welded on the bottom plate, the joint of the top plate, the bottom plate and the first side plate of the T-shaped baffle plate is subjected to root cleaning welding, the joint of the T-shaped baffle plate and the first cross baffle plate is subjected to backing plate welding, and one circle of web plate is subjected to backing plate welding;
the first diaphragm plate and the second diaphragm plate are welded by adopting backing plate welding;

9) The L-shaped vertical partition plates are welded, the joint of the L-shaped vertical partition plates, the second diaphragm plates and the bottom plate is welded by adopting a backing plate, and the joint of the L-shaped vertical partition plates and the second diaphragm plates is not subjected to flaw detection treatment;

20 Butt-welding the upper section body and the lower section body, namely, butt-welding the irregular box body and the cross-shaped column body, wherein the joint of the irregular box body and the cross-shaped column body is welded by back chipping welding during butt joint.
The technical scheme can be seen that the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. According to the irregular box-shaped and cross-shaped combined structure, the irregular box body and the cross-shaped column body are combined in a special-shaped mode, connection between parts is facilitated, the steps of site construction are simplified, the construction period is shortened, the stability and safety of part connection are greatly improved, and the construction requirement can be met better.
2. The box body comprises a bottom plate, a first side plate, a top plate, a second side plate and a group of inner partition plate assemblies, and the arrangement of the inner partition plate assemblies greatly improves the structural strength and the structural stability of the box body.
3. According to the invention, the lifting lug assembly is matched with the box body, so that the lifting lug assembly can provide a lifting point and a lifting point while ensuring stable structure, and the special-shaped requirement in building construction can be met.
4. The cross column comprises a group of cross columns and a group of top plates, and reinforcing plates are arranged at the joints of the top plates and the irregular box body. The setting of reinforcing plate has great improvement the stability and the joint strength that cross cylinder and irregular box connect.
5. The cross column comprises a group of webs, and a stiffening plate is arranged between the two webs. The setting of the stiffening plate greatly improves the stability of the self structure of the cross column and improves the supporting strength of the cross column.
6. The manufacturing method of the complex box-shaped and cross-shaped column combined structure adopts a scientific mode to reasonably manufacture the whole structure, adopts different welding modes to weld and fix according to the structural characteristics and performance requirements of each plate of each part, adopts different manufacturing processes to manufacture, greatly improves the manufacturing quality, improves the firmness and stability of the combined structure, and the later support strength and the use safety of the combined structure, can effectively prevent the deformation of the components in the manufacturing process, simultaneously well solves the problems of field construction and thicker manufacture of part plates, ensures the complexity of the structure, ensures that the manufacturing process is gradually disassembled and welded, and ensures the precision requirements of the final integral components by better controlling the deformation of the components in each manufacturing process.

Embodiment 1A complex box-shaped and cross-shaped column combined structure as shown in the figure comprises an irregular box body 1 and a cross-shaped column body 2, wherein the irregular box body 1 comprises a box body 11, a bracket component 12 and a lifting lug component 13, the bracket component 12 is arranged on one side of the box body 11, the lifting lug component 13 is arranged at one end, far away from the bracket component 12, of the box body 11, and the cross-shaped column body 2 is arranged above the irregular box body 1.
In this embodiment, the box body 11 includes a bottom plate 111, a first side plate 112, a top plate 113, a second side plate 114, and a set of inner partition plate assemblies 115, where the lifting lug assemblies 13 are disposed at one end of the bottom plate 111, the first side plate 112 is perpendicular to the bottom plate 111, the top plate 113 is disposed at one side of the first side plate 112 and is level with the upper surface of the lifting lug assemblies 13, the second side plate 114 is perpendicular to the top plate 113 and is opposite to the first side plate 112, and the inner partition plate assemblies 115 are disposed between the bottom plate 111 and the top plate 113 and between the first side plate 112 and the second side plate 114. The inner partition assembly 115 includes a first inner partition assembly disposed between the bottom plate 111 and the top plate 113 and a second inner partition assembly disposed between the first side plate 112 and the second side plate 114.
The first inner partition assembly comprises a T-shaped partition 1151, a first diaphragm 1152 and a second diaphragm 1153, the T-shaped partition 1151 is arranged on the bottom plate 111, the first diaphragm 1152 is arranged between the T-shaped partition 1151 and the first side plate 112, the second diaphragm 1153 is arranged on one side of the T-shaped partition 1151 away from the first diaphragm 1152, the upper side of the second diaphragm 1153 is provided with an L-shaped vertical partition 1154, the outer side of the T-shaped partition 1151 is provided with a first cross partition 1155, the outer side of the top of the second diaphragm 1153 and the outer side of the L-shaped vertical partition 1154 are provided with an H-shaped flange plate 1156, the outer side of the H-shaped flange 1156 is provided with an H-shaped web 1157, the outer side of the first cross partition 1155 is provided with a second vertical partition 1158, the outer side of the second vertical partition 1160 is provided with a second H-shaped web 1159, the outer side of the second vertical partition 1159 is provided with a fourth cross partition 1151 and a fourth diaphragm 1161, and the outer side of the fourth diaphragm 1163 is provided with a fourth cross partition 1161.
In this embodiment, the second inner partition plate assembly includes a group of vertical partition plates 1164, a thirty-first partition plate 1165 and a group of inner partition plate 1166, where the vertical partition plates 1164 are vertically disposed on the top plate 113 and disposed between the first side plate 112 and the second side plate 114, sealing plates are disposed at tops of the two vertical partition plates 1164, the thirty-first partition plate 1165 is disposed between the two inner partition plate 1166 and between the first side plate 112 and the second side plate 114, and T-shaped partition plates are disposed outside the inner partition plate 1166.
In this embodiment, the first side plate 112 is L-shaped, and a notch is disposed at one end of the first side plate near the lifting lug assembly 13, and the notch is clamped above the lifting lug assembly 13.
In this embodiment, the lifting lug assembly 13 includes a lifting lug bottom plate 131, a lifting lug top plate 132, a set of transverse partition plates 133, a set of longitudinal partition plates 134 and a lifting lug side sealing plate 135, the lifting lug bottom plate 131 and the lifting lug top plate 132 are arranged up and down oppositely, the transverse partition plates 133 are arranged between the lifting lug bottom plate 131 and the lifting lug top plate 132, the longitudinal partition plates 134 are arranged between the transverse partition plates 133 and the lifting lug side sealing plate 135, and a baffle ring 136 is arranged between the lifting lug bottom plate 131 and the lifting lug top plate 132.
In this embodiment, the cross column 2 includes a set of cross columns 21 and a set of top plates 22, the top plates 22 are disposed on the outer sides of the cross columns 21, and a reinforcing plate 23 is disposed at the connection between the top plates 22 and the irregular box 1.
In this embodiment, the cross column 21 includes a set of webs, the webs are disposed in a crossed manner, one end of each web is inclined, and a stiffening plate 24 is disposed between the two webs.
The bracket assembly 12 in this embodiment is formed by splicing a set of brackets.
Example 2
The complex box-shaped and cross-shaped column combination structure described in this embodiment is the same as that in embodiment 1.
Firstly, folding a lifting lug assembly 13, mounting a group of transverse partition plates 133 on a lifting lug bottom plate 131, adopting root cleaning welding for upper and lower corner joints of the transverse partition plates 133, arranging longitudinal partition plates 134 on two transverse partition plates 133, adopting backing plate welding for one circle of the longitudinal partition plates, and then installing and welding a lifting lug top plate 132 above the transverse partition plates 133;
2, assembling and welding the bottom plate 111, namely assembling and welding the bottom plate 111 to one side of the lifting lug bottom plate 131, wherein the joint of the bottom plate and the lifting lug bottom plate is provided with back chipping welding;
