Abstract
本发明给出了一种用于治疗牙痛病的中药牙痛宁。它选用杭菊、大黄、干姜、良姜、细辛、冰片、荜拨、白芷、铜绿、蔓荆子为原料，将上述各选料分别经去尘、烘干、粉碎、过筛或碾成粉末，按各选料的重量比例为杭菊∶大黄∶干姜∶良姜∶细辛∶冰片∶荜拨∶白芷∶铜绿∶蔓荆子＝9-15∶1.5-12∶3-9∶3-9∶1.5-8∶0.1-3∶0-5∶0-10∶1.5-9∶0-9混匀而获得。它对于治疗风火牙痛、虫蛀牙痛和牙龈肿痛能产生积极疗效。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗牙痛病的中药牙痛宁。
现有的一种治疗牙痛病的中药《牙痛一闻灵》是陕西成阳中药研究所研制出品的，它的主要成份由细辛、冰片等配成，它有着芳香通窍、清热解毒、消肿止痛的功能，用于治疗和预防风火牙痛、牙龈肿痛、虫蛀牙痛和神经性牙痛。但它的主要成分构成过于单纯，对于治疗牙痛达不到理想的清热、止痛、消肿、杀虫的预期效果。没有治疗的连续性，而且在用药治疗上只是闻一下。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能对风火牙痛、虫蛀牙痛和牙龈肿痛产生积极疗效的中药牙病宁。
本发明选用具有发散风寒、清热开窍、祛风止痛的杭菊、干姜、良姜、细辛、冰片、蔓荆子、荜拨，选用具有活血化瘀、消肿止痛的大黄、白芷，选用具有杀虫、驱虫的铜绿共10种中药材为原料，先将杭菊、大黄、干姜、良姜、细辛、荜拨、白芷和蔓荆子经去尘、烘干后分别粉碎，然后过筛，再将冰片、铜绿分别碾碎成粉，将所有选料混合均匀分包而成，其各选料的重量比是杭菊∶大黄∶干姜∶良姜∶细辛∶冰片∶荜拨∶白芷∶铜绿∶蔓荆子＝9-15∶1.5-12∶3-9∶3-9∶1.5-8∶0.1-3∶0-5∶0-10∶1.5-9∶0-9。
本发明的优点在于由该方法获得的牙痛宁中药具有发散风寒、清热开窍、祛风止痛、活血化瘀、消肿止痛、杀虫驱虫的功能，使用时包成棉球包置放在人的鼻孔或耳孔内，保持了连续用药的优点，对于治疗风火牙痛、虫蛀牙痛和牙龈肿痛能产生积极疗效，据临床观察，它的有效率可达90％，显效率达85％，治愈率达80％。
下面以实施例对本发明进一步说明：
实施例1：选用杭菊、大黄、干姜、良姜、细辛、蔓荆子、白芷、铜绿、冰片为原料，先将杭菊、大黄、干姜、良姜、细辛、蔓荆子、白芷经去尘，在60℃-80℃的温度下烘干后，分别粉碎，用120目的筛过筛备用，再将铜绿、冰片分别碾碎成粉，将所有选料混合均匀分包而成，其各选料的重量比例为杭菊∶大黄∶干姜∶良姜∶细辛∶蔓荆子∶白芷∶铜绿∶冰片＝12∶6∶8∶8∶5∶5∶5∶7∶2。它对于治疗风火牙痛、虫蛀牙痛、牙龈肿痛能产生积极疗效。
实施例2：选用杭菊、大黄、干姜、良姜、细辛、蔓荆子、铜绿、冰片、荜拨为原料，按实施例1的方法制成，其各选料的重量比例是杭菊∶大黄∶干姜∶良姜∶细辛∶蔓荆子∶铜绿∶冰片∶荜拨＝15∶11∶3∶3∶8∶9∶1.5∶3∶3。它适宜于治疗风火牙痛和牙龈肿痛。
实施例3：选用杭菊、大黄、良姜、于姜、细辛、白芷、铜绿、冰片、荜拨为原料，按实施例1的方法制成，其各选料的重量比例是杭菊∶大黄∶良姜∶干姜∶细辛∶白芷∶铜绿∶冰片∶荜拨＝9∶1.5∶9∶9∶1.5∶3∶8∶3∶3。它适宜于治疗虫蛀牙痛和牙龈肿痛。

- 一种用于治疗牙痛病的中药牙痛宁，其特征在于它是选用杭菊、大黄、干姜、良姜、细辛、冰片、荜拨、白芷、铜绿、蔓荆子为原料，先将杭菊、大黄、干姜、良姜、细辛、荜拨、白芷和蔓荆子经去尘、烘干后分别粉碎，过筛后备用，再将冰片、铜绿分别碾碎成粉，将所有选料混合均匀分包而获得，其各选料的重量比例是杭菊∶大黄∶干姜∶良姜∶细辛∶冰片∶荜拨∶白芷∶铜绿∶蔓荆子＝9-15∶1.5-1 2∶3-9∶3-9∶1.5-8∶0.1-3∶0-5∶0-10∶1.5-9∶0-9。
