The roundness range of the compound pharmaceutic adjuvant adopted by the invention is 0.92-0.97, while the roundness of the starch and the lactose which are adopted independently in the test is 0.80-0.83 and 0.82-0.85 respectively, so that the starch and the lactose are difficult to round and are mostly in the shape of short bars, therefore, the starch, the lactose and the chitosan-benzoic acid-polyaspartic acid cross-linked polymer are selected according to the mass ratio of 1-3: 1-4: 1 to obtain the compound pharmaceutic adjuvant.

The angle of repose is also an important index of the properties of the granular fluid, and it is generally considered that the fluidity of the granules is relatively good when the angle of repose is 30 ° or less.
The results of tests on the friability, the bulk density and the angle of repose of the plain pills prepared by water show that the friability, the bulk density and the angle of repose of the plain pills obtained by adopting the proportion of the raw materials and the pharmaceutical excipients and the preparation process are below 0.60, the bulk density is 0.60-0.65 g/ml, the angle of repose is 26-28 degrees, and the roundness range is 0.91-0.95, so that the plain pills have good roundness, proper friability and bulk density and good particle flowability, and can be subjected to the next coating operation.

The heightening traditional Chinese medicine micro-pills in the above embodiments are 1 g/pill, and the taking method is to take the heightening traditional Chinese medicine micro-pills with warm boiled water twice a day, and 6-10 pills once. Three months is a treatment course, and 2-4 treatment courses are generally needed.
The heightening traditional Chinese medicine pellets obtained in examples 5-8 are tested for the body-growth promoting effect, animals are selected to be SD rats, the animal raising environment temperature is 20-24 ℃, the humidity is 50-70%, 12 light and shade alternate, and the illumination is 7: 00-12: 00 and noise less than 50 dB.
The experimental process comprises the following steps: 25 SD rats in the same period are selected, the original body length is not statistically poor and is randomly divided into 5 groups, namely the experimental group of examples 5-8 and the blank group, the SD rats in the experimental group of examples 5-8 are respectively gavaged with the heightened traditional Chinese medicine pellets obtained in the examples 5-8 according to the weight of 0.35mg/g, the blank group is gavaged with purified water, the rest feeding conditions are consistent, animals are respectively anesthetized on the 25 th day of gavage, the body length of the rats (the joint between the topmost head and the tail of the hip) is measured by using a ruler and is accurate to 1mm, the average value of each group is calculated, statistical treatment is carried out by using statistical software, data is analyzed by variance of completely randomly designed data, the difference has statistical significance when P is less than 0.05, and the result has significant statistical significance when P is less than 0.01, as shown in Table 1.
