The two ends of the end part of the top plate 4 are respectively provided with a rotatable fixing lug 48, and one side of the fixing lug 48 is provided with a rectangular notch 481; a rubber column 49 which is clamped with the rectangular notch 481 is arranged on the top plate 4 positioned at one side of the fixed lug 48; when the rectangular clamping rod 24 is required to be stored as shown in fig. 2, the rectangular clamping rod 24 is controlled to move along the sliding groove 20 to compress the elastic piece 23 until the rectangular clamping rod 24 is completely immersed into the sliding groove 20, then the fixed lugs 48 are rotated to be vertical along the rotating positions, and then the rectangular clamping rod 24 is controlled to move to the two sides to be inserted into the rectangular notch 481; when the top plate 4 is turned downwards, the fixing lug 48 is controlled to be turned to the rectangular notch 481 to be matched and clamped with the rubber column 49.

Claims (4)
1. Medical kit is used in internal medicine nursing, its characterized in that: the device comprises a rectangular base (1), wherein a side plate (2) is hinged to four edge sides of the base (1), and a top plate (4) is hinged to the top of one side plate (2);
the top plate (4) comprises a rectangular plate-shaped top plate body (40), a pair of mounting holes (47) for mounting a U-shaped handle are formed in one surface of the top plate body (40), a supporting plate (42) is hinged to two edge sides of the other surface through hinges (41) in a reversible mode, a pair of T-shaped sliding rails (43) are arranged on the surface of the top plate body (40) between the two supporting plates (42), and the length direction of the T-shaped sliding rails (43) is identical to the length direction of the supporting plates (42);
a pair of opening plates (44) are arranged on the T-shaped sliding rail (43) in a matched sliding manner, and stop protruding structures (431) are arranged at two ends of the T-shaped sliding rail (43);
a pair of protruding blocks (45) are arranged on the surface of the top plate body (40) between the two expansion plates (44), and an elastic telescopic sleeve rod B (46) is connected between the protruding blocks (45) and the expansion plates (44); when the support plates (42) are overturned, the two ends of the opening plates (44) respectively lean against the opposite inner side walls of the two support plates (42);
when the four side plates (2) are turned downwards, fixing pieces (5) are connected between the side plates (2) and the top plate (4);
the fixing piece (5) comprises a rectangular column (50), a rectangular inserting column (51) is arranged at the end of the rectangular column (50), a pair of rectangular grooves (53) are formed in one side face of the rectangular column (50), and a through rectangular through hole (54) is formed in the bottom side face of the rectangular groove (53);
the bottom side surface of the rectangular groove (53) is connected with a rectangular insertion cylinder (52) through a spring B (55), a rectangular handle bar (56) is arranged in the rectangular through hole (54) in a penetrating way, a locking bolt for limiting the rectangular handle bar (56) to slide along the rectangular through hole (54) is arranged on the other side surface of the rectangular column (50), and a screw hole (57) matched with the locking bolt is formed in the rectangular column (50);
the outer dimensions of the rectangular column (50) and the rectangular insertion cylinder (52) are the same; the side plates (2) are provided with rectangular jacks A (22) matched with the rectangular columns (50) and the rectangular inserting cylinders (52), and the top plate (4) is provided with rectangular jacks B matched with the rectangular inserting cylinders (52);
the length of the side plate (2) is L, and the thickness is N; the width of the base (1) is L, and the length is L+2N; the width of the top plate (4) is L, and the length is L+2N;
the base (1) comprises a base body (10) and a protruding part (11) which is formed at the center of the base body (10) and protrudes upwards; the piston type hydraulic pump is characterized in that a piston cavity (13) is formed in the upper surface of the base body (10) located on the periphery of the protruding portion (11), a piston column (14) is arranged in the piston cavity (13) in a matched mode, a spherical structure is arranged at the top of the piston column (14), and a spring A (142) is connected between the bottom side face of the piston column (14) and the bottom side face of the piston cavity (13);
the base is characterized in that a cavity (15) is formed in the base body (10), a pair of piston plates (151) are symmetrically and slidably arranged in the cavity (15), at least two elastic telescopic sleeve rods A (152) are connected between the piston plates (151) and one inner side wall of the cavity (15), threaded holes (16) are formed in one side wall of the cavity (15) between the two piston plates (151) in a penetrating mode, an operating rod (17) is mounted on the threaded holes (16) in a matched mode, and the end portions of the operating rod (17) are connected with the piston plates (151) through traction ropes (153) and drive the piston plates (151) to move along the cavity (15);
a group of baffles (154) which are symmetrically arranged and used for limiting the maximum sliding distance of the piston plates (151) are arranged on the cavity (15) between the two piston plates (151); the cavity (15) is communicated with an air flow passage (143) arranged in the base body (10);
the bottom end of the side plate (2) is provided with jacks (21) for inserting the piston columns (14) and being matched with the piston columns (14) one by one;
the operating rod (17) comprises an operating part (170), a first thread section (172) is arranged on the operating part (170), a polished rod section (171) is arranged at the end part of the first thread section (172), and a second thread section (173) is arranged at the end part of the polished rod section (171);
the first thread section (172) and the second thread section (173) are in threaded connection with the threaded hole (16), and the diameter of the operating rod (17) is smaller than the aperture of the threaded hole (16);
a convex column (174) is arranged at the end part of the second thread section (173), a through hole (175) is arranged on the convex column (174), and a mounting head connected with the hauling rope (153) is arranged in the through hole (175);
when the operation part (170) is abutted against the outer side wall of the base body (10) at the threaded hole (16), the two traction ropes (153) are in a straight shape, and the piston column (14) protrudes out of the piston cavity (13); when the control lever (17) is moved outwards to the point that the second threaded section (173) is connected with the threaded hole (16), both piston plates (151) are abutted against the baffle plate (154) at the moment, and the piston column (14) is completely immersed into the piston cavity (13).
2. Medical kit for medical care according to claim 1, characterized in that guide posts (12) are arranged at four corners of the upper surface of the protruding part (11), and at least two supporting boxes (3) are arranged on the four guide posts (12) in a matching way; the support box (3) comprises a rectangular box body (30), flanges (31) are arranged at two ends of the box body (30), guide holes (32) matched with the guide posts (12) are arranged at two ends of the flanges (31), and guide sleeves (33) matched with the guide posts (12) are arranged on the bottom side surfaces of the flanges (31) positioned at the guide holes (32); the top of guide post (12) telescopic is provided with movable rod (121), the top of movable rod (121) sets up limiting plate (122).

The medical kit for medical care according to claim 2, wherein the two ends of the bottom side surface of the turnup (31) are respectively provided with a hinged support (34), the hinged support (34) is hinged with a supporting rod (35) in a reversible manner, and when the length direction of the supporting rod (35) is the same as the length direction of the guide sleeve (33), the bottom end of the supporting rod (35) protrudes out of the bottom side surface of the guide sleeve (33); the end part of the supporting rod (35) is provided with an anti-slip rubber cushion layer;
the guide column (12) is a pipe body, a base (1201) is welded at the bottom end of the pipe body, and a threaded through hole (120) protruding inwards is formed in the top of the pipe body; the movable rod (121) is an outer stud in threaded connection with the threaded through hole (120), a connecting rod (123) is arranged at the end part of the outer stud, and a movable column (124) sliding along the inner wall of the pipe body is connected at the end part of the connecting rod (123); and the inner diameter of the threaded through hole (120) is larger than the outer diameter of the movable rod (121); the size of the limiting plate (122) is larger than the size of the guide hole (32).

A medical care kit according to claim 3, wherein both ends of the end of the top plate (4) are respectively provided with a rotatable fixing lug (48), and a rectangular notch (481) is formed on one side of the fixing lug (48); a rubber column (49) clamped with the rectangular notch (481) is arranged on the top plate (4) positioned at one side of the fixed lug (48);
the outer side surface of one side plate (2) is provided with a pair of sliding grooves (20), and a rectangular clamping rod (24) matched with the rectangular notch (481) is connected in each sliding groove (20) through an elastic piece (23).
