Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present disclosure better understood by those of ordinary skill in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s101, searching the terminal entering the coverage area of the self-service terminal.
The self-service terminal is a sender of push information, and optionally, the self-service terminal can establish connection with the client terminal through wireless communication modes such as bluetooth, WiFi, NFC and the like. The self-service terminal may be a self-service shopping device in a store or supermarket.
In order to enable the signal of the self-service terminal to cover all corners of the off-line shop and facilitate the communication connection between the customer and the off-line shop, optionally, the self-service terminal is located at the center of the shop, and the signal coverage area of the self-service terminal can just comprise the whole shop through adjustment.
When the signal coverage area comprises the whole shop and does not exceed the shop range too much, the terminal entering the coverage area is considered as a client entering the shop, and real-time search is carried out on each terminal entering the coverage area of the self-service terminal. Alternatively, the terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet, a smart watch, or the like.
And S102, responding to the searched target terminal which is not accessed to the self-service terminal, and acquiring the access frequency of the target terminal in the self-service terminal.
When a target terminal which is not accessed to the self-service terminal is searched, the self-service terminal can inquire the historical access information of the target terminal in the background and acquire the access frequency of the target terminal in the self-service terminal.
The self-service terminal background stores information of terminals which are accessed once, the information comprises the access frequency of each terminal, and the access frequency of the target terminal in the self-service terminal can be acquired by inquiring the target terminal in the information list.
S103, generating first push information of the target terminal according to the access frequency.
Optionally, the first push information may be marketing push information. According to the access frequency, first push information of the target terminal is generated, the viscosity of the terminal to the shop can be reflected by the access frequency, and different push strategies can be implemented according to different access frequencies.
The first push information comprises shop commodity information and preference information for commodity selling, the access frequency of each terminal is different, and the preference information in the corresponding first push information is also different. The offer information may include: discount strength of the goods, red envelope, shopping credits, coupons, etc.
The higher the access frequency, the greater the viscosity of the terminal to the store is demonstrated. In some implementations, the higher the terminal viscosity, the smaller the preferential strength in the preferential information, which can attract the terminal with low viscosity to consume for many times, and improve the viscosity of the shop.
In other implementations, the increased preference of the intermediate-viscosity terminal may facilitate a transition from the intermediate-viscosity terminal to a high-viscosity terminal. The low viscosity of the terminal proves that the interest of the terminal user in the shop commodities is low, and the universal preferential strength can be used.
And S104, generating a connection request sent to the target terminal based on the first push information and the wireless access identifier, and sending the connection request to the target terminal.
And generating a connection request sent to the target terminal based on the first push information, wherein the connection request also comprises a wireless access identifier of the shop, and a sender of the connection request can be identified according to the wireless access identifier. And sending the connection request to a target terminal through wireless communication modes such as Bluetooth, WiFi and NFC.
Correspondingly, the target terminal receives an access request sent by the self-service terminal, wherein the connection request comprises first push information of the target terminal device and a wireless access identifier of the self-service terminal, and the first push information is push information generated based on the access frequency of the target terminal on the self-service terminal. And popping up a connection request on a display interface of the target terminal, wherein the connection request carries first push information, so that the first push information such as the discount strength of the shop commodity can be displayed, and whether communication connection can be established or not can be inquired to acquire more commodity information.
And after receiving the access request, the target terminal sends an access response message to the self-service terminal, wherein the access response message is used for indicating whether the target terminal allows the access to the self-service terminal.
Correspondingly, after the self-service terminal sends the connection request, receiving an access response message sent by the target terminal, wherein the access response message is used for indicating whether the target terminal allows to access the self-service terminal. And after the response message indicates that the access is allowed, the self-service terminal establishes wireless connection with the target terminal equipment.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a terminal entering a coverage area of a self-service terminal is searched, a target terminal which is not accessed to the self-service terminal is searched, the access frequency of the target terminal at the self-service terminal is obtained, first push information of the target terminal is generated according to the access frequency, a connection request sent to the target terminal is generated based on the first push information and a wireless access identifier, and the connection request is sent to the target terminal. The embodiment of the disclosure realizes active pushing of marketing information to customers in an offline scene, so that the customers can conveniently and quickly know the information of the shop, and can formulate different pushing information aiming at different customers, thereby improving the propaganda effect of the pushing information.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of an information pushing method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, with further reference to fig. 2, a process of generating first push information of a target terminal according to an access frequency is explained, including the following steps:
s201, determining the target resource amount correspondingly allocated to the target terminal according to the access frequency.
The resource amount is preferential information sold by the commodities in the first push information, and the resource amount represents the preferential strength in the preferential information. And allocating different resource quantities to different terminals according to the access frequency.
In some implementations, a range of access frequencies is set, where the access frequencies in different ranges correspond to different resource amounts, and optionally, the higher the access frequency included in the frequency range is, the smaller the corresponding resource amount is.
In other implementations, a mapping relationship exists between the access frequency and the resource amount, and optionally, the mapping relationship may be a negative correlation, where the higher the access frequency is, the smaller the corresponding resource amount is.
S202, first push information of the target terminal is generated according to the target resource amount.
The push information has a corresponding template, and the template comprises commodity information and target resource amount information to be filled. And filling the generated target resource amount into a corresponding position in a push information template to generate first push information of the target terminal.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a target resource amount correspondingly allocated to a target terminal is determined according to an access frequency, and first push information of the target terminal is generated according to the target resource amount. The embodiment of the disclosure formulates the size of the preferential strength in the push information based on the number of times of the customer arriving at the store, improves the propaganda effect of the push information, and simultaneously enables the store to obtain the maximization of benefits.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of an information pushing method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, with further reference to fig. 3, a process of determining a target resource amount correspondingly allocated to a target terminal according to an access frequency is explained, including the following steps:
s301, acquiring a resource allocation coefficient according to the access frequency.
Setting a plurality of frequency ranges, so that each access frequency has a corresponding frequency range, each frequency range has a corresponding resource allocation coefficient, and the resource allocation coefficient reflects the size of the allocable resource amount, optionally, the higher the access frequency in the frequency range, the lower the resource allocation coefficient. When the access frequency is obtained, the frequency range where the access frequency is located can be found, and the corresponding resource allocation coefficient is obtained according to the frequency range.
S302, according to the resource allocation coefficient and the reference resource amount of the reference pushing information, determining the target resource amount which can be allocated to the target terminal.
The reference resource amount is a fixed value and is the uniform preference of the shop, and the target resource amount which can be distributed to the target terminal is determined by multiplying the resource distribution coefficient by the reference resource amount.
For example, when the access frequency of the target terminal is low and the resource allocation coefficient obtained according to the frequency range is 1.2, the resource allocation coefficient is multiplied by the reference resource amount, that is, the preferential strength of the uniform discount is increased to 1.2 times of the original preferential strength.
For example, when the access frequency of the target terminal is high and the resource allocation coefficient obtained according to the frequency range is 0.8, the resource allocation coefficient is multiplied by the reference resource amount, that is, the uniform preferential benefit is reduced to 0.8 times of the original preferential benefit.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a resource allocation coefficient is obtained according to the access frequency, and a target resource amount allocable to a target terminal is determined according to the resource allocation coefficient and a reference resource amount of reference push information. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a standard is established for determining the size of the target resource amount, and the higher the access frequency is, the smaller the target resource amount is, so that the push information is more in line with the requirements of each kind of customers, and the benefit maximization of merchants can be achieved.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart of an information pushing method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, further with reference to fig. 4, a process of generating first push information of a target terminal for a new client is explained, including the following steps:
s401, in response to the type indication that the target terminal is a new client which is not accessed to the automatic service terminal in history, determining the target resource amount correspondingly allocated by the target terminal.
And when the access frequency is 0, indicating that the target terminal is a new client which has not been accessed to the automatic service terminal. Optionally, a first target resource amount greater than or equal to the set resource amount is obtained as a target resource amount correspondingly allocated by the target terminal.
Optionally, a reference resource amount of the reference push information is obtained, the reference resource amount is increased, and a second target resource amount of the target terminal is generated as a target resource amount correspondingly allocated to the target terminal.
S402, generating first push information of the target terminal according to the target resource amount.
For specific implementation of step S402, reference may be made to related descriptions in embodiments of the present disclosure, and details are not described here.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in response to a new client of which the type indicates that the target terminal is not a history terminal that has not accessed the automatic service terminal, a target resource amount allocated by the target terminal is determined, and first push information of the target terminal is generated according to the target resource amount. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, different information push strategies are formulated for the new client, so that the maximum preferential strength is provided for the new client, and the new client is promoted to generate consumption in a shop.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes the following steps:
s501, according to the currently received access response message, determining the current access rejection times of the target terminal.
Optionally, when the access response message sent by the target terminal indicates to reject connection, the self-service terminal records the times of access rejection in the background, and when the same terminal rejects connection again, the times of access rejection are updated.
And when the target terminal leaves the coverage range, the access rejection times of the terminal are reset.
S502, in response to the fact that the access rejection times are larger than the first times and smaller than or equal to the second times, the resource amount carried by the push information is increased, a new access request is generated, and the new access request is sent to the target terminal again until the access rejection times reach the second times.
In order to increase the possibility of receiving the connection request by the client, when the access rejection times are greater than the first times and less than or equal to the second times, the resource amount carried by the push information is increased, a new access request is generated, and the new access request is retransmitted to the target terminal.
The first time number can be once or twice, and when the target terminal is determined not to reject connection due to error touch, the resource amount is increased to attract the client to accept connection. The second number of times can be confirmed according to actual conditions, and when the access refusing times is larger than the second number of times, the customer can be considered not to have the demand of consumption in the shop, and then the connection establishment with the target terminal is abandoned.
Correspondingly, when the target terminal refuses to access and the current access refusing times are larger than the first times and smaller than or equal to the second times, the target terminal receives a new access request sent by the self-service terminal again until the access refusing times reach the second times.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the current access rejection times of the target terminal are determined according to the currently received access response message, and in response to the access rejection times being greater than the first times and less than or equal to the second times, the resource amount carried by the push information is increased, a new access request is generated, and the new access request is retransmitted to the target terminal until the access rejection times reach the second times. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the resource amount carried by the push information is changed according to the access rejection times, so that the possibility of receiving the connection request by the client is increased, and more clients can receive the push information.
