Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of recycling of waste printing materials, in particular to a neutral deinking agent for office printing waste paper, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Over the past 30 years, waste paper recycling technologies have been greatly developed due to environmental pressures and economic benefits of waste paper utilization. According to the related report, if the waste paper can be effectively utilized as the secondary fiber paper, the energy source can be saved by 60% -70%, the investment can be saved by 2/3, and the atmospheric pollution in the environment can be reduced by 60% -70%. Meanwhile, the method can also protect forest resources in China, reduce the papermaking cost and improve the international competitiveness of the papermaking industry in China.
Along with standardization and science and technology of office equipment, office waste paper is mostly concentrated into office printing paper with high whiteness at present, if the deinking technology is continuously innovated, considerable amounts of reconstituted high-quality office printing paper can be obtained each year, and environmental protection benefit and resource recycling benefit are further improved. With the development of printing technology, in the present office printing waste paper, novel ink such as ultraviolet light curing ink, laser printing and electrostatic copying ink, water-based ink and the like account for a considerable proportion, and the removal effect of the ink by a common deinking agent is not ideal. Moreover, deinking waste paper is a complex process in which surfactants, due to their own properties, distribute different roles, mainly as deinking agents, capturing agents, dispersants, etc., to separate ink from fibers.
At present, most of waste paper deinking industry in China adopts an alkaline deinking method, namely an alkaline deinking agent. The method comprises the steps of curing, deinking, dispersing, disintegrating and the like of waste paper pulp at a certain temperature, separating ink particles from fibers under the action of a surfactant, and then carrying out the procedures of dilution, flotation, washing or flotation and washing on the deinked pulp to finally obtain the deinked pulp. The alkaline deinking process is mature and has high deinking efficiency, but the alkaline deinking process has a plurality of defects. For example, the deinking method is carried out in a strong alkaline environment, and the BOD and COD of the strong alkaline deinking waste water formed after deinking are high, so that the waste water treatment difficulty is increased, and if the waste water is directly discharged into the nature without treatment, huge pollution is caused to the ecological environment, and the scientific development concepts of energy conservation and emission reduction, green environmental protection and the like are seriously violated; meanwhile, the strong alkalinity easily causes the problem of 'alkaline blackening' of the paper pulp in the deinking process, and affects the whiteness of the paper pulp. Therefore, there is a need for further development of new deinking agents to better achieve deinking effects of printed waste paper and maximum utilization of resources.

The invention has the technical advantages that:
firstly, the myristic acid polyoxyethylene ether adopted by the invention is obtained by ethoxylation of myristic acid, is safe and nontoxic, and has the characteristics of strong surface activity and low surface tension. The p-tert-octyl phenyl polyoxyethylene ether and the myristyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether are nonionic surfactants, so that the water solubility and the stability are good, the surface tension is low, the wettability is good, the emulsifying property is good, the deinking effect of waste paper is improved, meanwhile, the removed ink can be rapidly dispersed in water, and the removed ink can be conveniently removed during subsequent mechanical disintegration, floatation and cleaning. The sodium dodecyl sulfonate belongs to an anionic surfactant, is easy to dissolve in water, is compounded with anionic and nonionic surfactants, fully exerts good emulsifying, foaming, penetrating, decontaminating and dispersing performances, can quickly penetrate into a bonding interface between the ink and the fiber, weakens the bonding force between the ink and the fiber, and ensures that the ink particles are helpful to be peeled from the paper fiber. The combination of the phenol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether and the ethanol can reduce the freezing point of the deinking agent, so that the product becomes a liquid deinking agent with high solid content, and the application range is wider. Experiments show that the deinking agent can be used for easily stripping novel ink such as ultraviolet light curing ink, laser printing, electrostatic copying ink, water-based ink and the like from office printing waste paper fibers.
Secondly, in the use process of the deinking agent, the problems of strong alkalinity, high corrosiveness, high environmental pollution and the like of deinking wastewater caused by using strong alkaline components such as NaOH and the like in the conventional alkaline deinking process are avoided. On the other hand, the treatment difficulty of deinking wastewater is reduced, and the method has very important practical significance in the fields of energy conservation, emission reduction, environmental protection and the like. In addition, chelating compounds such as EDTA or DTPA and the like do not need to be added in the pulping process, so that the deinking cost is reduced.

table 1 comparison of deinking Effect of deinking agent of the present invention and existing alkaline deinking agent
Note that: the existing alkaline deinking agent is purchased from a company known in Zhejiang.
As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the existing alkaline deinking agent, the neutral deinking agent for office printing waste paper has the advantages that the deinking particle removal rate, whiteness increase rate and waste paper pulp yield are far higher than those of the conventional alkaline deinking agent in the deinking treatment of office printing waste paper, and the COD value of waste water is reduced by about 50% compared with that of the conventional alkaline deinking agent. Meanwhile, the product of the invention has no corrosiveness.
Comparative examples 1 to 5
To illustrate the irreplaceability of the polyoxyethylene myristate in the present formulation, comparative examples 1-5 were provided with deinking effect data, for ease of comparison, and comparative examples 1-5 were distinguished from example 4 in that except for the replacement of polyoxyethylene myristate with other conventional formulations, the other experimental conditions and formulation components were the same, see in particular table 2:
table 2 comparison of deinking effects of example 4 and comparative examples 1 to 5
As shown in Table 2, the key formula using the myristic acid polyoxyethylene ether as the neutral deinking agent has larger advantages than other conventional formulas in whiteness and waste paper pulp yield, and the COD value of the waste water is lower than other formulas, thereby meeting the requirements of safety and environmental protection. The myristic acid polyoxyethylene ether is not replaceable in the formula.
Comparative examples 6 to 8
To illustrate the irreplaceability of sodium dodecyl sulfate in the present formulation, comparative examples 6-8 were provided with deinking effect data for comparison purposes, and comparative examples 6-8 were compared to example 4 with the neutral deinking agent prepared in example 4, except that sodium dodecyl sulfate was replaced with a similar anionic surfactant formulation, and other experimental conditions and formulation components were the same, as shown in Table 3:
table 3 comparison of deinking effect for example 4 and comparative examples 6 to 8
As can be seen from table 3, the use of sodium dodecyl sulfate as the neutral deinking agent anion formulation has a very significant advantage over other anion formulations in ink particle removal rate, indicating that sodium dodecyl sulfate is not an alternative in the present formulation.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
