Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sheath cutting, and particularly relates to a sheath cutter for a towed line array.
Background
Besides a supporting framework, a lead, a strong rope and electronic components, the interior of the towing line array (hereinafter referred to as towing line array) is filled with a large amount of light paraffin oil, silicone oil or solid glue in order to ensure the zero buoyancy requirement. The devices are mainly packaged through the PU sheath, and the sheath and the connector are tightly pressed through the pressing ring at the connector, so that the watertight effect of the whole towed linear array is realized.
Before the sheath is penetrated, the sheath is generally intercepted according to the length of the array and a certain margin, so that the fault tolerance rate is improved. Therefore, after the operation of the compression ring is finished, the sheath tends to be more than one piece. In order to ensure the normal use of the trailing line array, the extra sheaths need to be cut off.
When operating, an operator often cuts off the sheath along the edge of the pressure ring by using an art designing knife, but the operation process has the following defects: 1. The sheath can not be cut neatly, which affects the assembly of the subsequent matching ring; 2. the clamping ring and the connector shell can be damaged when the sheath is cut by the art designing knife; 3. the hand of an operator is easily cut in the cutting process of the sheath, and potential safety hazards exist.

The invention provides a sheath cutter for a towed line array, which aims to overcome the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a sheath cutter for a towed linear array comprises a shell and a cutting assembly arranged on the shell; the cutting assembly comprises a cutter holder arranged on the shell, an extrusion groove arranged at the bottom of the cutter holder, and a cutter component matched with the cutter holder.

Specifically, the tool apron 10 is further provided with a limiting member for limiting the position of the cutting member; the cutting piece is provided with a limiting hole 20 matched with the limiting piece; the limiting piece is a limiting screw 4 in threaded connection and matching with the tool apron 10; the limiting screw 4 penetrates through the limiting hole 20, the blade 2 is limited in the cutter holder, the blade 2 is favorably stored when the blade is not cut, and the blade is prevented from being lost in the taking process.
