The preparation process is simplified, the safety of the production process is improved, the running cost is reduced, the content of active ingredients is improved, the dispersibility is good, the disintegration is easy, the stability is high, the suspension rate is high, and the preparation process without solvent or dust ensures the safety and harmlessness of operators and environment.

A preparation method of emamectin benzoate B2 water dispersible granules comprises the following steps:
1) sequentially adding the emamectin benzoate technical material, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the disintegrating agent and the filler into a mixing kettle, stirring for about 30 minutes, and uniformly mixing;
2) sucking the mixed material into a jet mill for jet milling at the rotating speed of 45HZ, the airtight sealing pressure of a grading wheel of 0.12-0.15MPa and the air inlet pressure of a negative pressure material suction of 0.25-0.4MPa, and milling to obtain D90 with the grain diameter of less than 10 microns;
3) pouring the crushed materials into a vacuum mixer, starting stirring, and adding a certain amount of water to change dry materials into wet materials; stirring for 20-30 min;
4) starting a granulator, uniformly adding the wet materials into the granulator for extrusion granulation, wherein the extrusion pores are 8-16 mm;
5) drying the extruded particles in a fluidized bed at 70-110 ℃.

Example 3
The emamectin benzoate B2 water dispersible granule comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30% of emamectin benzoate technical, 10% of dispersing agent, 6% of wetting agent, 5% of disintegrating agent and 49% of filling material.
Further, the dispersant is lignosulfonate; the wetting agent is sodium dodecyl sulfate; the disintegrant is sodium chloride; the filler is kaolin and corn starch.
The preparation method is the same as that of example 1.
The abamectin B2 water dispersible granules prepared in the above examples 1-3 were subjected to quality inspection, and the results are shown in Table 1.

4. The emamectin benzoate B2 water dispersible granule according to claim 1, wherein the disintegrating agent comprises one or more of sodium chloride, ammonium sulfate, croscarmellose sodium, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose and polycarboxylate.
5. The emamectin benzoate B2 water dispersible granule according to claim 1, wherein the filler comprises one or more of light calcium carbonate, talcum powder, white carbon black, kaolin, corn starch and montmorillonite.
6. A preparation method of emamectin benzoate B2 water dispersible granules is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) sequentially adding the emamectin benzoate technical material, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the disintegrating agent and the filler into a mixing kettle, stirring for about 30 minutes, and uniformly mixing;
2) sucking the mixed material into a jet mill for jet milling at the rotating speed of 45HZ, the airtight sealing pressure of a grading wheel of 0.12-0.15MPa and the air inlet pressure of a negative pressure material suction of 0.25-0.4MPa, and milling to obtain D90 with the grain diameter of less than 10 microns;
3) pouring the crushed materials into a vacuum mixer, starting stirring, and adding a certain amount of water to change dry materials into wet materials; stirring for 20-30 min;
4) starting a granulator, uniformly adding the wet materials into the granulator for extrusion granulation, wherein the extrusion pores are 8-16 mm;
5) drying the extruded particles in a fluidized bed at 70-110 ℃.
