when in use, the fan 8 filters low-temperature air extracted from the outside by using the filter 6 and cools the inside of the cabinet 1, the air enters the filter 6 through the vent seam 27 at the front side of the mounting box 26, the air duct formed by the first partition 28 and the second partition 29 in the mounting box 26 is continuously bent and advanced, and the distance and time for the activated carbon 30 to adsorb impurities in the air are extended, so that the air outputted from the vent slits 27 at the rear side of the mounting box 26 is kept pure, thereby ensuring that the air in the cabinet 1 is clean and free from impurities, avoiding the impurities from polluting electrical appliances, simultaneously ensuring that the air pressure in the cabinet 1 is higher than the outside, further preventing the impurities in the outside air from entering the cabinet 1, when the active carbon 30 reaches the service life, each mounting box 26 is taken out, the box cover is opened, and the active carbon 30 in the mounting box 26 is replaced, so that the air in the cabinet 1 is ensured to be pure and free of impurities.
In the using process of the invention, a user firstly rotates the positioning screw 14 through the rotary drum 15 so as to push the movable supporting splint 11 to the direction of the supporting column 5, then the fixed supporting splint 10 and the movable supporting splint 11 are respectively meshed with the supporting rack 9 so as to position the supporting rod 7, so that the instability of the supporting rod 7 is prevented, and meanwhile, the positions of the supporting rods 7 are adjusted through the meshing butting of the movable supporting splint 11 and the fixed supporting splint 10 with the supporting rack 9, so that a certain number of supporting rods 7 are arranged on the supporting column 5, and each electric appliance is firstly arranged through each supporting rod 7 close to one side of the supporting orifice plate 3;
the position of the wire arranging device 4 is determined according to the positions of all groups of wires, then the pressing block 19 is pressed on the positioning box 17, the transmission column 20 compresses the spring 23, so that the distance between the two positioning hooks 22 is kept consistent with the distance between the positioning holes 16, then the positioning hooks 22 penetrate through the positioning holes 16 and release the pressing block 19, under the elastic force action of the spring 23, the positioning hooks 22 hook the positioning holes 16, the wire arranging device 4 is fixed on the supporting hole plate 3, the wires of all electrical appliances are arranged through the wire arranging device 4 on the supporting hole plate 3, all the wires belonging to the same electrical appliance or electrical appliance module are clamped through the wire arranging clamp plate 18 and are wired through the supporting hole plate 3, and therefore users can conveniently adjust and repair all the electrical appliances, and observation and maintenance are convenient;
after each electrical appliance is arranged and connected, the cabinet door is closed, the fan 8 is used for ventilating and radiating heat, the filter 6 is used for filtering air, the fan 8 is used for filtering low-temperature air extracted from the outside by the filter 6 and cooling the interior of the cabinet 1 when in use, the air enters the filter 6 through the ventilation seam 27 on the front side of the mounting box 26, the air is continuously bent and moves forwards in the bent air duct formed by the first partition plate 28 and the second partition plate 29 in the mounting box 26, the distance and the time of adsorbing impurities in the air by the active carbon 30 are prolonged, the air output from the ventilation seam 27 on the rear side of the mounting box 26 is kept pure, the air in the cabinet 1 is ensured to be clean and free of impurities, the electrical appliances are prevented from being polluted by the impurities, the air pressure in the cabinet 1 is higher than the outside, the impurities in the outside air are further prevented from entering the cabinet 1, when the active carbon 30 reaches the service life, each mounting box 26 is taken out, the box cover is opened, and the active carbon 30 in the mounting box 26 is replaced, so that the air in the cabinet 1 is pure and free of impurities, and meanwhile, the bent air duct prevents rain and snow from entering the cabinet 1, so that the damage to the interior of the power control cabinet caused by extreme severe weather such as rain and snow weather, even storm and snow and the like is effectively prevented;
when the size and the weight of using electrical apparatus are great, with the bracing piece 7 adjustment of both sides on same horizontal plane, install a plurality of fixed orifice plate on a required pair of bracing piece 7 according to the size with electrical apparatus to through the installation of fixed orifice plate with electrical apparatus, after setting up and connecting each with electrical apparatus, close the cabinet door and ventilate the heat dissipation through fan 8, utilize filter 6 to filter the air simultaneously, and prevent rain and snow to get into in rack 1.
