Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a composition for preventing and treating citrus moss.
Background
Citrus is planted in 140 countries and regions around the world as a globally important bulk fruit, and the global citrus planting area is further increased to 681.7 million hectares in 2019. China is one of the original producing areas of citrus, the planting area and the yield are continuously increased in recent years, the number of the planted citrus is increased to 247.3 million hectares in 2019, the citrus is an important characteristic crop for promoting the income increase of farmers in rural areas and mountain areas in south China, and the citrus is the most important industry for assisting the vogue of rural areas. . In general, the growth of citrus is facilitated in high-temperature rainy and warm humid climates, but the growth of citrus is also particularly easy to cause disease damage, in rainy seasons, particularly in citrus orchards with poor ventilation, a layer of green clothes is often covered on trunks, branches and leaves, even the ground, which is called green moss disease, and the pathogen is pseudopluvialis (Apatococcus lobatus) of pseudoplutella of the family Phaeodaceae of the phylum Chlorophyta, and colletotrichum gloeosporioides can infect citrus together with algae to cause the green moss disease. The citrus leaves and branches and fruits are easy to get ill under the high-temperature and high-humidity environment. The planting area of Guangxi is more than 800 ten thousand mu, and the annual occurrence area is about 8 ten thousand mu. When the citrus leaves are infected, yellow-green small points appear at the midvein, the apex and the edge of the front face of the citrus leaves, and then gradually expand towards the periphery to form irregular plaques which are mutually healed to cover the whole leaves, and the back faces of the leaves are almost asymptomatic; when the branches are infected with diseases, yellow-green small spots appear on the surfaces of the branches first, and then green patches are gradually formed by expanding to cover the whole trunk and the surfaces of the branches; when the fruits are affected by diseases, the fruits are infected with the diseases and the disease spots appear from the color change, often appear from the fruit base and gradually spread to other parts, and when the fruits are seriously affected, the whole fruit surface is covered with green stains, so that the coloring and the quality of the fruits are influenced.
Berberine is also called berberine, is a phenylpropanoid quaternary alkaloid with molecular formula C 20 H 18 NO 4 It is a yellow needle crystal, with melting point of 145 deg.C, and is soluble in water and insoluble in benzene, ether and chloroform. It is contained in many plants of berberidaceae and the like. Due to the broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, the bacterial cell has higher control effect on citrus lichen disease through destroying the integrity of cell walls, cytoplasmic membranes and mitochondrial membranes and destroying DNA to cause fungal cell death. However, if berberine is singly applied for a long time to prevent and treat the citrus lichen diseases, the berberine is easy to causePathogenic bacteria generate drug resistance, so that the control effect of the berberine is reduced.
Sorbic acid common name: sorbus commixta acid and Leptospermum scoparium acid with chemical name of 2, 4-hexadienoic acid or 2-propenyl acrylic acid and molecular formula of C 6 H 8 O 2 The sorbic acid has a molecular weight of 112, is a high-efficiency and safe preservative recommended by the international food and agriculture organization and the health organization, and is widely applied to the industries of food, beverage, tobacco, pesticide, cosmetics and the like. Sorbic acid is colorless needle crystal or white crystalline powder, has melting point of 130-135 deg.C and boiling point of 228 deg.C, has no odor or slight pungent odor, and is stable to light and heat; slightly soluble in water, easily soluble in methanol, ethanol, glacial acetic acid, and acetone, soluble in acetone, benzene, and carbon tetrachloride, sour, and nontoxic. Sorbic acid and its salts can bind to sulfhydryl groups in microbial enzymes, destroy the action of the enzymes and cause retardation of reproduction.
The compounding of different chemical pesticides is a common method for research and development of new pesticides, and research of the inventor finds that the control effect of the citrus greening disease can be remarkably improved when berberine and sorbate are compounded according to a certain mass ratio, and related reports are not found at present.
The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention

The field drug effect1:Berberine and potassium sorbate compounded aqueous solution has effect of preventing and treating citrus lichen disease
The test method refers to the pesticide field efficacy test criterion (II) GB/T17980.98-2004: bactericide for preventing and treating mango anthracnose
In a Nanfeng mandarin orange orchard of Daliantown of Weian county, shanghai, guangxi Liuzhou city, citrus trees with consistent growth vigor and plant depression and common occurrence of citrus greening disease are selected, and the pathogen is algae of Phaeococcus of Chlorophyta after identification.
The trial set up 9 treatments, 3 replicates each, with 2 fruit trees each. Each treatment is diluted by berberine and potassium sorbate compound solutions with different mass ratios, so that the mass concentration of effective components in each treatment mixed diluent is 25mg/L, and clear water is used as a blank reference. Spraying the whole plant of each treated citrus tree by adopting a spraying method in the occurrence period of the moss disease until the front and back surfaces of branches and leaves of citrus are uniformly sprayed without dripping liquid medicine.
The test was performed 7 months in 2020, with a total of 3 disease surveys: the 1 st survey is the first pre-application survey (carried out on day 8/7), and the common morbidity of the plants in the residential area is surveyed; the 2 nd survey was 7d after the first application (conducted on day 7/month and 14); the 3 rd study was 14d after the first administration (7 months and 21 days). Each tree is investigated for 5 directions in the south, the east and the north, 10 leaves are investigated for each direction, the total leaf number and the number of all levels of diseased leaves are recorded and investigated, and the disease index and the prevention and treatment effect of each treatment are calculated, and the results are shown in the following table 1.
The grading criteria of leaf disease are as follows:
stage 0: no disease spots on the leaves;
level 1: the area of the scab on the leaf is below 10%;
and 3, level: the area of the scab on the leaf is 11-25%;
stage 5: the lesion area on the leaves accounts for 26-50%;
and 7, stage: the lesion area on the leaves accounts for 51-75%;
and 9, stage: the lesion area on the leaves accounts for more than 75 percent.
The calculation formula of the disease index and the prevention and treatment effect is as follows:
in the formula: CK (CK) 0 -pre-drug disease index in placebo zone; PT 0 -pre-dose disease index in the agent treatment area; CK (CK) 1 -the disease index after administration of the placebo zone; PT 1 -post-dose disease index in the agent treatment area.
TABLE 1 prevention and treatment of Citrus Chaga disease by berberine and potassium sorbate treatment at different ratios
Note: different upper and lower case letters indicate significance levels of difference of up to 0.01 and 0.05, respectively.
As can be seen from the table 1, after the application of the drug for 7 days, the berberine and the potassium sorbate with different proportions gradually show a certain control effect on the citrus lichen diseases, and the control effect after the application of the drug for 14 days is better than that after the application of the drug for 7 days.
When the medicine is applied for 14d, the control effects of the single berberine and the single potassium sorbate are lower than 56.85 percent, and after the compound treatment is adopted, the control effects after the compound proportion of the berberine and the potassium sorbate is lower than 9 are higher than 57.16 percent and higher than the control effects of the single berberine and the single potassium sorbate; the compounding ratio of the berberine and the potassium sorbate is lower than 3, and the control effect is obviously higher than that of single agent treatment. Particularly, when the mass ratio of the berberine to the potassium sorbate is 1.
The field drug effect2:Berberine and potassium sorbate compound preparation with different concentrations and dosage forms has effect of preventing and treating citrus lichen disease
The test method refers to the field efficacy 1, the test is carried out in 2021 and 9 months, and 3 disease surveys are carried out: the 1 st survey is the first pre-application survey (carried out on 8 days 9 months), and the common morbidity of the plants in the residential area is surveyed; the 2 nd survey was 14d after the first application (conducted on day 21/9); the 3 rd study was 21d after the first application (carried out on day 28/9), and the results of the test are shown in Table 2 below.
TABLE 2 Berberine and Potassium sorbate combination preparations with different concentrations and dosage forms have effects of preventing and treating Citrus Chaga disease
Note: different upper and lower case letters indicate significance levels of difference of up to 0.01 and 0.05, respectively.
As can be seen from table 2, under the condition of using the same content of the active ingredients (namely the same mass concentration of 100 mg/L), the control effect of different compound preparations on the citrus greening disease is 75.49-75.78% of the control effect of the application agent 14d, and the control effect of the application agent 21d is 78.03-79.24%. Meanwhile, the control effect on the citrus greening disease is gradually increased along with the increase of the content of the effective components (50-200 mg/L).
Under the condition of the same mass concentration of the pesticide application of 14d and 21d, the control effect of the compound agent on the citrus greening disease is obviously higher than that of a 0.5 percent berberine aqueous solution, and the control effect shows obvious synergistic effect and better continuous control effect.
In conclusion, the composition for preventing and treating the citrus moss shows a remarkable synergistic effect on the citrus moss, can improve the prevention and treatment effect on the citrus moss, and has a lasting pesticide effect.
