Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil way control, in particular to an oil way distributor control valve and an oil way on-off control method.
Background
When the grease distributor of the lubricating system works, the control valve needs to respond fast with relatively high frequency, the grease pressure is relatively high, and the condition of grease leakage is easy to occur in the fit clearance between the connecting pieces such as the valve rod of the conventional valve and the valve body or the distributor; the inventor tries to control the valve ball by adopting an external magnetic field to realize the on-off of the oil path so as to avoid the matching gap between the moving mechanism and the distributor, but the control of the valve ball is difficult to realize due to the influence of factors such as back pressure and the like.

The oil way distributor control valve is further designed in that a magnetic cavity is arranged in the distributor and located on one side, far away from the piston, of the balloon, and the strong magnet is rotatably arranged in the magnetic cavity.
The oil way distributor control valve is further designed in that a shielding cover is arranged on the side edge of the strong magnet.
The oil way distributor control valve is further designed in a way that the piston is connected with a driving oil cylinder positioned outside the distributor.
An oil path on-off control method adopts the oil path distributor control valve, and the method comprises the following specific processes: in the initial state, the magnetic field of the strong magnet does not act on the saccule, the saccule is in a contraction state, and the intersection of the oil path and the control channel is communicated with the oil inlet end and the oil outlet end of the oil path; when an oil way is to be closed, the piston pumps magnetorheological fluid into the balloon, the balloon expands to fill the intersection of the oil way and the control channel, at the moment, the strong magnet rotates to load a strong magnetic field on the balloon, the viscosity of the magnetorheological fluid is instantly enhanced, the fluidity is deteriorated, the balloon is instantly in a solid state, and the balloon completely cuts off the oil way; when the oil way is to be opened, the strong magnet is rotated to enable the magnetic field to withdraw from the saccule, the fluidity of the magnetorheological fluid is recovered, the magnetorheological fluid is pumped out of the saccule by the piston, and the saccule contracts to open the oil way.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following figures and examples in conjunction with the description:
the control valve of the oil way distributor is arranged in a distributor 1 and comprises a ball bag 2, a piston 3 and a strong magnet 4, wherein an oil way 11 and a control channel 12 intersected with the oil way are arranged in the distributor, the ball bag is fixedly arranged at the intersection of the oil way and the control channel, magnetorheological fluid is contained in the control channel, and the ball bag is provided with a through hole communicated with the control channel; the piston is arranged in the control channel in a sliding mode, and magnetorheological fluid is pumped into or pumped out of the balloon; the strong magnet is rotatably arranged on one side of the saccule, so that the strong magnetic field can be loaded on the saccule or removed from the saccule. Wherein, the whole distributor or the local material needing the magnetic field penetration adopts aluminum alloy 7075.
The method for controlling the on-off of the oil path by using the control valve of the oil path distributor of the embodiment comprises the following specific processes: in the initial state, the magnetic field of the strong magnet does not act on the saccule, the saccule is in a contraction state, and the intersection of the oil path and the control channel is communicated with the oil inlet end and the oil outlet end of the oil path; when an oil way is to be closed, the piston pumps magnetorheological fluid into the balloon, the balloon expands to fill the intersection of the oil way and the control channel, at the moment, the strong magnet rotates to load a strong magnetic field on the balloon, the viscosity of the magnetorheological fluid is instantly enhanced, the fluidity is deteriorated, the balloon is instantly in a solid state, and the balloon completely cuts off the oil way; when the oil way is to be opened, the strong magnet is rotated, so that the magnetic field is withdrawn from the balloon, the fluidity of the magnetorheological fluid is recovered, the piston draws the magnetorheological fluid out of the balloon, and the balloon is contracted so as to open the oil way.
Balloon seat plates 21 positioned at two sides of the interaction part of the control channel and the oil way are arranged in the control channel, and the balloons are fixedly connected between the balloon seat plates; the balloon seat plate at one side close to the piston is provided with a through hole communicated with the balloon. The edge of the balloon seat plate close to one side of the piston is completely sealed, attached and fixedly connected with the inner wall of the control channel, and grease in the oil way can only contact the inner side surface of the balloon seat plate and the outer wall of the balloon and cannot be leaked outwards completely.
A pipeline 22 positioned in the saccule is connected between the two saccule seat plates, and one end of the pipeline 22 is butted with a through hole on the saccule seat plate at one side close to the piston; the tube has a plurality of exit holes 221 located inside the balloon. The liquid outlet hole faces one side of the oil outlet end of the oil way, and the liquid outlet hole faces one side of the low pressure when the oil way is cut off. The plurality of exit holes 221 are smaller in diameter, and the possibility of exiting from the exit holes 221 is completely lost when the viscosity of the magnetorheological fluid increases. The balloon has stable pressure resistance.
A magnetic cavity 13 is arranged in the distributor and positioned on one side of the far piston of the saccule, and the strong magnet is rotatably arranged in the magnetic cavity. The side of the strong magnet is provided with a shield 41. The strong magnet in the figure rotates 90 degrees to load the magnetic field on the balloon or cancel the magnetic field, and when the magnetic field is cancelled, the magnetic force lines are completely restrained in the shielding cover, so that the magnetorheological fluid is ensured not to be acted by the magnetic field at the moment. In fact the ferromagnetic body 4 achieves its manoeuvrability through a control rod 42 extending outside the dispenser.
The piston 3 is connected to a drive cylinder 5 located outside the dispenser, although other linear drive mechanisms are possible.
