the mounting seat can be mounted on the vehicle body, and a first rotating seat and a second rotating seat are arranged on the mounting seat;
one end of the first rotating part is rotatably connected with the first rotating seat to form a first rotating axis for adjusting the height of the vehicle door;
one end of the second rotating part is rotatably connected with the second rotating seat to form a second rotating axis for adjusting the opening degree of the vehicle door;
the driving device is arranged on the mounting seat or the vehicle body, and the output end of the driving device is connected with one end of the first rotating part or one end of the second rotating part;
the swing seat can be connected with the vehicle door, a first rotating end which is rotatably connected with the other end of the first rotating part and a second rotating end which is rotatably connected with the other end of the second rotating part are arranged on the swing seat to respectively form a third rotating axis and a fourth rotating axis, and the first rotating axis, the second rotating axis, the third rotating axis and the fourth rotating axis are intersected at one point.
Furthermore, pin structures are adopted to be rotatably connected between one end of the first rotating portion and the first rotating seat, between one end of the second rotating portion and the second rotating seat, between the first rotating end and the other end of the first rotating portion and between the second rotating end and the other end of the second rotating portion.
Further, the drive means is provided as a motor.
Furthermore, the swing seat comprises a first swing arm and a second swing arm connected with the first swing arm, the first rotating end is arranged on the first swing arm, the second rotating end is arranged on the second swing arm, and the vehicle door is connected with the first swing arm.
Furthermore, the second swing arm is connected with the first swing arm through a plurality of connecting points.
Further, the first swing arm extends along the height of the vehicle door, and the connecting points are at least two and are arranged along the length direction of the first swing arm.
Furthermore, a door opening structure still includes the scalable strutting arrangement of both ends respectively with automobile body and swing seat rotation connection.
Further, the telescopic supporting device is arranged as a gas spring.
A vehicle comprises the vehicle door opening structure.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: a vehicle door opening structure and a vehicle comprise a mounting seat, wherein the mounting seat can be mounted on a vehicle body and is provided with a first rotating seat and a second rotating seat; one end of the first rotating part is rotatably connected with the first rotating seat to form a first rotating axis for adjusting the height of the vehicle door; one end of the second rotating part is rotatably connected with the second rotating seat to form a second rotating axis for adjusting the opening degree of the vehicle door; the driving device is arranged on the mounting seat or the vehicle body, and the output end of the driving device is connected with one end of the first rotating part or one end of the second rotating part; the swing seat can be connected with the vehicle door, a first rotating end which is rotatably connected with the other end of the first rotating part and a second rotating end which is rotatably connected with the other end of the second rotating part are arranged on the swing seat to respectively form a third rotating axis and a fourth rotating axis, and the first rotating axis, the second rotating axis, the third rotating axis and the fourth rotating axis are intersected at one point; through the structure, the vehicle door can move in height and opening degree at the same time, and the vehicle door can have better opening smoothness under various use environments.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a door opening structure includes:
the mounting seat 10 can be mounted on a vehicle body and is provided with a first rotating seat 11 and a second rotating seat 12;
a first rotating part 20 having one end rotatably connected to the first rotating base 11 to form a first rotating axis 61 for adjusting the height of the door;
a second rotating part 30 having one end rotatably connected to the second rotating base 12 to form a second rotating axis 62 for adjusting the door opening;
a driving device 40 disposed on the mounting base 10 or the vehicle body, wherein an output end of the driving device 40 is connected to one end of the first rotating portion 20 or one end of the second rotating portion 30;
and a swing seat 50 which can be connected with the vehicle door, wherein the swing seat 50 is provided with a first rotating end 51 which is rotatably connected with the other end of the first rotating part 20 and a second rotating end 52 which is rotatably connected with the other end of the second rotating part 30 so as to form a third rotating axis 63 and a fourth rotating axis 64 respectively, and the first rotating axis 61, the second rotating axis 62, the third rotating axis 63 and the fourth rotating axis 64 are intersected at one point.
In the invention, the vehicle door opening structure is arranged on the vehicle body and connected with the vehicle door, and the working process is as follows: when the driving device 40 receives a door opening instruction, it will drive one end of the first rotating part 20 or one end of the second rotating part 30 to rotate, and since the one end of the first rotating part 20 and the first rotating seat 11, one end of the second rotating part 30 and the second rotating seat 12, the first rotating end 51 and the other end of the first rotating part 20, and the second rotating end 52 and the other end of the second rotating part 30 are all rotationally connected by pin structures, during rotation, the first rotating axis 61 and the second rotating axis 62 will not swing, but the third rotating axis 63 and the fourth rotating axis 64 will swing, and the first rotating part 20 and the second rotating part 30 are respectively used to control the height and the opening degree of the door, therefore, the door is opened outwards and upwards by the above components in coordination, and becomes a "scissor door"; the invention has the advantages that: the door can move in height and opening degree at the same time, and the door can have better opening smoothness under various use environments.
The drive means 40 is provided as a motor; the opening amplitude of the vehicle door is controlled by controlling the starting and closing time of the motor, and the vehicle door can hover at any position by being matched with the telescopic supporting device, so that better use experience is achieved.
The swing seat 50 includes a first swing arm 71 and a second swing arm 72 connected to the first swing arm 71, the first rotating end 51 is disposed on the first swing arm 71, the second rotating end 52 is disposed on the second swing arm 72, and the door is connected to the first swing arm 71.
The second swing arm 72 is connected with the first swing arm 71 through a plurality of connection points 80; preferably, the output end of the driving device 40 is connected to one end of the first rotating portion 20, which can have a better pulling effect on the door, and the power requirement on the driving device 40 is low, but in consideration of the space limitation of the vehicle body, the output end of the driving device 40 may be connected to one end of the second rotating portion 30, which requires a driving device 40 having a larger power; by providing a plurality of connection points 80 between the first swing arm 71 and the second swing arm 72, the force applied to the second swing arm 72 by the driving device 40 can be more uniformly transmitted to the first swing arm 71 when the second rotating portion 20 is driven to rotate, and the door can be better opened.
The first swing arm 71 extends along the height of the vehicle door, and the connection points 80 are provided at least two and arranged along the length direction of the first swing arm 71.
The vehicle door opening structure further comprises a telescopic supporting device, two ends of the telescopic supporting device are respectively and rotatably connected with the vehicle body and the swinging seat 50; the telescopic supporting device is arranged as an air spring; the telescopic supporting device is matched with the driving device 40, so that the vehicle door can hover at any position, and better use experience is brought.
A vehicle comprises the vehicle door opening structure.
