The pipe is the material used for making the pipe fittings, different pipe fittings need to use different pipe fittings, the quality of the pipe fittings is directly determined by the quality of the pipe fittings, the pipe fittings are multipurpose pipe fittings for building engineering, power plants, chemical plants and the like, the pipe fittings are the necessary material for building engineering, the common pipe fittings comprise a water supply pipe, a drain pipe, a gas pipe, a heating pipe, an electric wire conduit, a rain pipe and the like, along with the development of science and technology, the pipe fittings used for home decoration also experience the development process of common cast iron pipes, cement pipes, reinforced concrete pipes, asbestos cement pipes, nodular cast iron pipes, galvanized steel pipes, plastic pipes and aluminum-plastic composite pipes, the drain pipe fitting is one of a plurality of pipe fittings, the manufacture needs to be carried out through a mould, the mould is various moulds and tools for obtaining the required products by injection moulding, blow moulding, extrusion, die casting or forging and pressing moulding, smelting, stamping and the like in industrial production, in short, the mould is used for making the tool of the shaping article, this kind of tool is formed by various parts, different moulds are formed by different parts, it mainly realizes the processing of the appearance of the article through the change of the physical state of the shaping material, it is the name of "industrial mother", in order to guarantee the quality of the tubular product, need to control the temperature to the tubular product mould through the multipoint temperature control system of the mould when producing the drainage tubular product.
When carrying out temperature control to the tubular product mould, current mould temperature control system is not convenient for control by temperature change to the part of mould for the temperature control effect is relatively poor, influences the quality of tubular product, and it is relatively poor to lead to the practicality, and the fixed structure, is not convenient for be suitable for not unidimensional tubular product mould, is not convenient for use widely.
SUMMARY OF THE PATENT FOR INVENTION
The invention aims to provide a mould multipoint temperature control system for a drainage pipe extrusion process, which solves the problems that the existing mould temperature control system is inconvenient to control the temperature of the local part of a mould when controlling the temperature of a pipe mould, so that the temperature control effect is poor, the quality of a pipe is influenced, the practicability is poor, the structure is fixed, the mould is inconvenient to adapt to pipe moulds with different sizes, and the popularization and the use are inconvenient.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a multi-point temperature control system of a die for a drainage pipe extrusion process comprises a protective box, wherein a convex block is fixedly connected to the top of the protective box, a connecting plate is arranged at the bottom of the protective box and fixed to the protective box through bolts, grooves are formed in two sides of the connecting plate, an air cylinder is fixedly connected to the bottom of the connecting plate, a base plate is arranged at the bottom end of the air cylinder and fixedly connected to the air cylinder, a side plate is fixedly connected to the front of the protective box, rotary wheels are arranged at two ends of the side plate and movably clamped to the side plate, an electric push rod is arranged on the inner side of the side plate and fixedly connected to the side plate, a heating plate is arranged at the tail end of the electric push rod and fixedly connected to the electric push rod, ventilation openings are formed in two sides of the protective box, and sealing rings are arranged on two sides of the ventilation openings, and be threaded connection between sealing ring and the protective housing, be equipped with coupling hose in the centre of sealing ring, and be threaded connection between coupling hose and the protective housing, coupling hose's inside is equipped with the head of blowing, and is fixed connection between head of blowing and the coupling hose, the outside of curb plate is equipped with control panel.
Preferably, the back of protective housing is equipped with flexible post, be fixed connection between flexible post and the protective housing, the tip of flexible post is equipped with the mounting disc, the back of mounting disc is equipped with the rubberizing, and is the bonding between rubberizing and the mounting disc.
Preferably, the mounting disc is equipped with the screw hole that is cyclic annular evenly distributed, the axis of mounting disc coincides with the axis of flexible post, one side of rubberizing is laminated with one side of mounting disc mutually.
Preferably, the outer side size of the bump is matched with the inner side size of the groove, the vertical center line of the bump is overlapped with the vertical center line of the groove, and the bump and the groove are symmetrical about the vertical center line of the protective box.
Preferably, the connecting plate is embedded in the bottom of the protective box, and the central axis of the cylinder coincides with the vertical central line of the connecting plate.

Preferably, the top surface of plastic pad is laminated with the top surface of backing plate mutually, constitute revolution mechanic between disc and the motor, electronic slide rail is cyclic annular evenly distributed about the axis of disc, constitute sliding structure between fixture block and the electronic slide rail.
Preferably, the side plates are symmetrical about a vertical central line of the protective box, the electric push rods are uniformly distributed about the vertical central line of the side plates, and the positions of the heating plates correspond to the positions of the electric push rods one to one.
Preferably, the protection box is internally provided with an air heater, the blowing head is communicated with the inside of the protection box through a connecting hose, and the inner side of the sealing ring is attached to the outer side of the connecting hose.
Preferably, the rotating wheels are symmetrical about a vertical center line of the protective box, and an axial rotating structure is formed between the rotating wheels and the side plates.

1. according to the invention, the threaded holes in the mounting disc are used in cooperation with external bolts, the mounting disc and an external wall surface can be fixed, the wall-mounted mounting of the device is completed, the floor area of the device is reduced, the device is convenient to store, pipe molds can be prevented through the disc, the pipe molds with different sizes can be fixed by using the cooperation of the electric sliding rails and the clamping blocks, the distance between the protective box and the backing plate can be adjusted by setting the cylinder, the bolts between the connecting plate and the protective box can be loosened, the connecting plate can be detached, and the multiple devices can be spliced by using the cooperation of the convex blocks and the grooves, so that the device is suitable for pipe molds with different lengths, and the applicability of the device is improved.
2. According to the invention, the heating plates can be moved to the pipe mold by using the electric push rod, the device is provided with the plurality of heating plates, the positions with different heights on the pipe mold can be subjected to temperature control, the motor is started, the disc can be rotated, local temperature control can be conveniently performed on different positions of the pipe mold, the temperature control effect of the device is enhanced, the quality of a pipe is improved, the blowing head can blow air by matching with the ventilation opening and the connecting hose through the hot air blower in the protection box, the heating and temperature control can be conveniently performed on the inner side of the pipe mold, the sealing ring can play a role in sealing, and the stability of connection between the connecting hose and the protection box is improved.

the top of the protective box 1 is fixedly connected with a convex block 2, the bottom of the protective box 1 is provided with a connecting plate 3, the connecting plate 3 and the protective box 1 are fixed through bolts, two sides of the connecting plate 3 are both provided with grooves 4, the bottom of the connecting plate 3 is fixedly connected with an air cylinder 5, the bottom end of the air cylinder 5 is provided with a backing plate 6, the backing plate 6 is fixedly connected with the air cylinder 5, the front of the protective box 1 is fixedly connected with a side plate 7, two ends of the side plate 7 are both provided with rotating wheels 8, the rotating wheels 8 are movably clamped with the side plate 7, the inner side of the side plate 7 is provided with an electric push rod 9, the side plate 7 is fixedly connected with the electric push rod 9, the tail end of the electric push rod 9 is provided with a heating plate 10, the heating plate 10 is fixedly connected with the electric push rod 9, two sides of the protective box 1 are both provided with ventilation openings 11, two sides of the ventilation openings 11 are both provided with sealing rings 12, and the sealing rings 12 are in threaded connection with the protective box 1, the middle of the sealing ring 12 is provided with a connecting hose 13, the connecting hose 13 is in threaded connection with the protective box 1, a blowing head 14 is arranged inside the connecting hose 13, the blowing head 14 is fixedly connected with the connecting hose 13, and a control panel 15 is arranged on the outer side of the side plate 7.
