Abstract
The invention discloses a crack plugging and repairing method, relates to the field of explosives and powders, and aims to solve the problem of potential safety hazard caused by photo-thermal welding repair. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: firstly, cleaning the surface of a substrate with cracks, and polishing the surface to be smooth; then, coating a fluid adhesive at the crack of the base material; and finally, coating the crack of the base material with paint, compacting and leveling, wherein the paint is prepared by proportionally mixing atomic ash, a curing agent and a diluent. After the paint is dried, a separation layer can be coated on the outer surface of the paint, for example, an adhesive is coated on the outer surface of the paint, and the paint is naturally dried. And after the crack plugging and repairing are finished, carrying out leakage detection on the crack of the base material, if the crack is detected to be qualified, finishing the repairing, otherwise, repairing again. The method is suitable for plugging and repairing cracks on metal and nonmetal pipelines and equipment, avoids potential safety hazards caused by photo-thermal welding and repairing, and also avoids the deformation problem caused by welding and repairing.

Background
The products in the explosive industry are inflammable, explosive, easy to poison, high in temperature and pressure, corrosive and the like, and a large amount of metal equipment and pipelines are required in the production process. In the production process, because dangerous chemical raw materials such as acid-base to the corruption of equipment, the stirring vibration of the chemical reaction in the equipment to and reasons such as changes in the cold and hot temperature difference equipment damage is great, the crack appears easily, needs often overhaul the equipment to maintain.

The crack plugging and repairing method eliminates the cracks of the base material, the adhesive filled in the cracks is firm and does not crack or fall off, and the crack plugging and repairing method has the characteristics of safe and reliable repair.
The crack plugging and repairing method is suitable for plugging and repairing metal and nonmetal pipelines and cracks on equipment, can be used for overhauling and plugging the existing equipment and pipelines, and can finish overhauling without time-consuming and labor-consuming safety treatment; the method can also be used for plugging gaps in the manufacturing process of new equipment, for example, the gaps on the outer surface of some special equipment structures are more, if all the equipment is welded, the equipment is deformed, but the gaps must be eliminated, so that potential safety hazards caused by medicine entering can be prevented, normal-temperature repair can be realized according to the method, and the deformation problem caused by welding repair can be avoided.

The adhesive can eliminate small cracks which can not be penetrated by the coating and can firmly adhere the coating. The adhesive is the existing general adhesive or the existing special adhesive corresponding to the material of the base material.
