Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种植入物注射器,其用于将具有长效活性物质的链状固体材料植入物分配到患者体内。长效制剂通常放置在患者的腹壁中,用于固体材料植入物的接收通道借助于插管预先穿刺到该腹壁中。
背景技术
根据权利要求1的前序部分,本发明从一种植入物注射器开始,该植入物注射器包括以下特征:插管、用于接收固体材料植入物的存储元件、具有径向突出的前抓握部分的外套筒、以及内套筒,利用外套筒,插管可与存储元件和外套筒一起轴向移动,外套筒位于内套筒上并且插管可与存储元件一起在内套筒中滑动,由此内套筒提供轴向狭缝,外套筒上的径向腹板通过该狭缝接合,由此植入物注射器进一步包括杆状活塞,该杆状活塞紧固到后抓握部分并且被后套筒部分地包围,后套筒可以滑动地接合在内套筒中,由此杆状活塞可以通过存储元件滑动到插管中,以致在插管的尖端和活塞的头端之间仍然存在间隙,该间隙大约等于待分配的固体材料植入物的长度,由此当插管暴露时,外套筒被内套筒上的锁定(blocking)装置可释放地锁定在推进的起始位置,并且当后套筒推进到其端部位置时,锁定装置移动到释放位置,由此外套筒可借助于前抓握部分在内套筒上缩回,使得插管完全进入内套筒。
在DE 18000649A1中公开了这种植入物注射器。在该植入物注射器中,外套筒通过径向腹板一体地连接到针保持器,接收固体材料植入物的存储元件通过粘合剂固定在针保持器的后侧。在组装内套筒和外套筒(下文中称为施药器)后,插管通过粘合剂固定在针保持器的前开口中。固体材料植入物通过内套筒的敞开的后侧插入存储元件中,并在存储元件中由杆状活塞推进到轻微夹紧的起始位置。当使用植入物注射器将固体材料植入物分配到患者体内时,后抓握部分由此随着活塞推进,直到固体材料植入物被推进插管的尖端,然后在该位置暴露的外套筒与插管和存储元件缩回,同时将固体材料植入物留在患者体内。
在已知的植入物注射器中,在施药器完全组装的情况下,利用粘合剂将插管固定在位于内套筒内部的针保持器中。这个过程很复杂,如果操作不当,整个施药器必须被丢弃。此外,通过针保持器将固体材料植入物插入保持在内套筒内的存储元件的后侧是一个复杂的过程。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种植入物注射器,其中植入物注射器的组装和填充被简化。
根据本发明,该目的通过权利要求1的特征来解决。
本发明的有利实施方式在从属权利要求中体现。
本发明提供了插管与存储元件刚性连接以形成单独(即与植入物注射器的其余部分分开)的插管单元,由此将固体材料植入物插入到存储元件中被极大地简化。本发明进一步提供了外套筒上的腹板在其径向内端处附接到位于内套筒内的环形接收构件,并且带有插入到存储元件中的固体材料植入物的插管单元可插入到接收构件中并且可锁定在接收构件中。
在植入物注射器的其余部分的外侧,插管因此刚性地连接到存储元件,使得如果该过程出现问题,则只需丢弃插管和存储元件。此外,插管单元的形成独立于植入物注射器的其余构件的制造及其组装而进行,使得大大减少了整个植入物注射器的制造时间和相关成本。
特别有利地提出,插管与存储元件包覆(overmould)成型。应当理解,存储元件和具有腹板(web)的外套筒以及环形接收构件和内套筒通过注塑工艺由塑料材料制成。
然而,插管可以通过粘合剂固定在存储元件中也在本发明的范围内。
进一步有利地提出,环形接收构件沿存储元件的插入方向锥形渐缩,使得存储元件在插入时被轻柔地夹紧。存储元件到接收构件中的插入优选地由环形突出部限制,该突出部从存储元件伸出。
进一步有利地提出,在插入后,存储元件在其终端位置通过至少一个钩状突出部不可释放地固定在接收构件中,这是因为所使用的塑料材料的弹性,钩状突出部最初使环形接收构件变宽,然后卡在接收构件的后缘的后方。
在将存储元件插入接收构件期间,植入物注射器的插管被保护帽覆盖。就此而言,本发明提出,保护帽可位于存储元件的端部部分并且可与存储元件一起插入到内套筒中,直至外套筒的径向腹板。保护帽优选地利用内环形突出部可释放地锁定到存储元件的外围槽中。

具体实施方式
图1以多个视图示出了插管1,插管1与存储元件2包覆成型(overmoulded)。存储元件2包括中心通道3,中心通道3与插管1中的通道4对准。插管的后缘5被在存储元件2上的模制覆盖,使得插入存储元件2的通道3中的固体材料植入物6可以顺利地滑入插管1的通道4中。
突出到通道3中的是弹簧臂7,弹簧臂7从存储元件2的周壁破开并且在卸载状态下使通道3变窄,使得容纳在通道3中的固体材料植入物可以被弹簧臂7阻塞在通道3中。弹簧臂7具有延伸到通道3中的平缓凸起形状并且与存储元件2的其余部分构造成一体。当固体材料植入物6被活塞推进时,其将固体材料植入物平滑地挤压通过狭窄部分,因此使弹簧臂受力而略微向外。固体材料植入物6的阻塞直径可以由弹簧臂7上的突出鼻8的高度来调节。
图2示出了保护帽9的不同视图,保护帽9在存储元件2被插入到施药器10中之前被放置在存储元件2上。保护帽9具有加强筋11,加强筋11沿纵向延伸并且其中一筋12被平坦化以在自动组装时用于定位取向。封闭的前壁13另外包括在自动组装时用于定位取向的凹部14。
图3以不同视图示出了位于存储元件2上时的保护帽9。在图5的放大图中可以看到保护帽9利用径向向内的丘状突出部15锁定到存储元件2中的环形槽16中,因此可以容易地释放该锁定连接。
在图1和图3中可以看到钩状突出部17,利用钩状突出部17可以将存储元件2不可释放地锁定在施药器10中。图5以较大的放大图示出了施药器10的外套筒18具有径向向内突出的腹板19,腹板19一体地连接到环形接收构件20。环形接收构件20沿插入方向(箭头21)逐渐变细。腹板19穿过沿箭头21的方向延伸的狭槽接合在内套筒22中,外套筒18可滑动地位于内套筒22上。
由插管1和存储元件2组成的插管单元滑入锥形接收构件20中,由此存储元件2上的钩状突出部17弹性加宽环形接收构件20并卡在接收构件20的后端缘后方。该插入由存储元件20上的环形突出部23限制,环形突出部23与保护帽9的后边缘一起与径向腹板19接合。
图4示出了有一个后活塞24突出到存储元件2的通道3中,固体材料植入物6通过后活塞24可以被推到插管1的尖端。当外套筒17通过钩形突出部25被释放时,其与插管单元一起缩回,直到插管1位于内套筒22内,由此固体材料植入物6保留在患者体内。
Claims (9)

6.根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的植入物注射器,其特征在于,所述存储元件(2)被至少一个钩形突出部(17)不可释放地固定在所述存储元件(2)插入的端部位置。
7.根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的植入物注射器,其特征在于,覆盖所述插管(1)的保护帽(9)能位于所述存储元件(2)的端部部分,所述插管(1)能与所述存储元件(2)滑入所述内套筒(22),直至所述外套筒(18)上的径向腹板(19)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的植入物注射器,其特征在于,所述保护帽(9)可释放地锁定到所述存储元件(2)中。
9.根据权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的植入物注射器,其特征在于,所述存储元件(2)由透明塑料材料构成。
