Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medicine preparation, and in particular relates to a preparation process and application of five-vitamin glucose.
Background
The phenomenon of sub-health of modern people is very common, and most of the phenomena are closely related to vitamin deficiency. Vitamins are a general term for a series of organic compounds that regulate the metabolism of organisms. Vitamin deficiency can cause serious health problems, and proper intake of vitamins can keep the body strong and healthy. Glucose is the main source of energy required by the human body, and is oxidized in the body to carbon dioxide and water, and simultaneously supplies heat, or is stored in the form of glycogen.
The five-vitamin glucose is a compound preparation, belongs to vitamin medicines, and is mainly used for various diseases caused by vitamin deficiency. Vitamin B1 (C) is contained in five-dimensional glucose per 1g, according to the record of drug standards (national standards for local increase of chemical drugs) (WS-10001- (HD-0405) -2002)12H17CIN4OS & HCl) should be 96-156 μ g; vitamin B2 (C)17H20N4O6) 64-104 μ g; contains vitamin C (C)6H8O6) 1.7-2.3 mg; containing nicotinic acid (C)6H5NO2) 0.85-1.15 mg.
The five-vitamin glucose on the market has different preparation methods due to different manufacturers, and the content of each component in the five-vitamin glucose is different. This application adopts doubly to release the mixing method and can fully mix five kinds of vitamins and glucose misce bene, mixes totally in premixing again, can be once more with each material misce bene. This application adopts above-mentioned mode can ensure to contact fully between each material in order to ensure the misce bene, improves the homogeneity that the material mixes. According to the general process route and the close matching among the steps, the aims of improving the uniformity of material mixing and ensuring the quality stability of the vitamins can be fulfilled.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
The following provides a specific description of a preparation process and an application of pentavitamin glucose provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
The invention discloses a preparation process of five-dimensional glucose, which comprises the following steps: A. pretreatment: respectively taking 150 parts by weight of glucose, 0.012 part by weight of vitamin B2, 0.3 part by weight of vitamin C, 0.0003 part by weight of vitamin D2 and 0.15 part by weight of nicotinic acid, crushing and sieving to obtain pretreated glucose, pretreated vitamin C, pretreated nicotinic acid, pretreated vitamin D2 and pretreated vitamin B2; 0.018 portion of vitamin B1 is taken.
Thus the glucose is deposited in the air for a long time and easily absorbs moisture and influences the drug effect of final product, in this embodiment, glucose is dried in advance and is weighed again after moisture is less than 5%. In this example, in order to achieve a better mixing effect, glucose, vitamin C, niacin, vitamin D2, and vitamin B2 were all ground and passed through a 100-mesh sieve, and the drug effect was not sufficiently exhibited when the particle size was too large, and fly powder was easily caused when the particle size was too small.
B. Double release mixing: firstly, mixing 3 parts of pretreated glucose with 0.3 part of pretreated vitamin C, and then adding 6 parts of pretreated glucose for mixing to obtain a first time release material; mixing 1.5 parts of pretreated glucose with 0.15 part of pretreated nicotinic acid, then adding 3 parts of pretreated glucose for mixing, then adding 6 parts of pretreated glucose for mixing to obtain a second release material; ③ mixing 0.18 part of pretreated glucose with 0.018 part of vitamin B1, adding 0.36 part of pretreated glucose, mixing, adding 0.72 part of pretreated glucose, mixing, adding 1.5 parts of pretreated glucose, mixing, adding 3 parts of pretreated glucose, mixing, adding 6 parts of pretreated glucose, and mixing to obtain a third release material; mixing 0.12 part of pretreated glucose with 0.012 part of pretreated vitamin B2, then adding 0.24 part of pretreated glucose, mixing, then adding 0.48 part of pretreated glucose, mixing, then adding 1 part of pretreated glucose, mixing, then adding 2 parts of pretreated glucose, mixing, then adding 4 parts of pretreated glucose, mixing, then adding 8 parts of pretreated glucose, mixing to obtain a fourth release material; fifthly, 0.003 parts of pretreated glucose is mixed with 0.0003 parts of pretreated vitamin D2, then 0.006 parts of pretreated glucose is added and mixed, then 0.012 parts of pretreated glucose is added and mixed, then 0.024 parts of pretreated glucose is added and mixed, then 0.048 parts of pretreated glucose is added and mixed, then 0.1 parts of pretreated glucose is added and mixed, then 0.200 parts of pretreated glucose is added and mixed, then 0.4 parts of pretreated glucose is added and mixed, then 0.8 parts of pretreated glucose is added and mixed, then 1.5 parts of pretreated glucose is added and mixed, then 3 parts of pretreated glucose is added and mixed, then 6 parts of pretreated glucose is added and mixed, and a fifth-time release material is obtained. In this example, the double release mixing was performed in a stainless steel basin.
C. Premixing: mixing 50 parts of pretreated glucose, a first time release material, a second time release material, a third time release material, a fourth time release material and a fifth time release material to obtain a mixed material. In this example, the premixing was carried out by feeding the above materials into a trough mixer to make the mixing more uniform. In this example, the conditions of each release-doubling material were combined and mixed with 50 parts of pretreated glucose for 10 min.
D. Total mixing: and (3) putting the mixed material and the residual pretreated glucose into a two-dimensional motion mixer for mixing, and discharging to obtain the five-dimensional glucose. In this example, the materials were mixed in a two-dimensional motion mixer for a period of 60 min.
According to the preparation process of the embodiment, after the materials are crushed and sieved, the glucose is fully contacted with the vitamins by adopting the double-release mixing, then the pre-mixing is carried out between the double-release materials and the quantitative glucose, and then the mixed materials and the rest glucose are subjected to the total mixing. In the whole process, the glucose is mixed with each vitamin in a mode of releasing the glucose in times, so that the mixing uniformity of the glucose and each vitamin can be greatly increased, and meanwhile, the mixing uniformity among materials releasing in times can be greatly increased through premixing and total mixing. In the traditional preparation method, glucose is directly mixed with various vitamins, and because the addition amount of the glucose is very large, the phenomenon of uneven mixing of materials is easily caused by adopting the traditional method, so that the product quality is unstable. By adopting the preparation process provided by the embodiment, the uniformity of the material can be greatly improved, the stability of the product is improved, and the product quality is ensured.
