Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a scraping device provided in an embodiment of the present application in an operating state. Fig. 1(a) is a schematic view of the movement of the wiper device in the first direction a 1. Fig. 1(b) is a schematic view of the movement of the scraping device in the second direction a 2. As shown in fig. 1, a scraping apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application includes: a scraper 10 and a posture adjustment assembly 20.
The scraper 10 is attached to the body of the scraping device (not shown in fig. 1).
The attitude adjustment assembly 20 is used to adjust the attitude of the scraper 10 such that when the scraping apparatus is reciprocated to scrape a surface to be cleaned, the scraper 10 is always in an inclined position with respect to the moving direction, and the first end 11 of the scraper 10 is always located on the front side of the moving direction with respect to the second end 12.
Wherein the first end 11 is one end of the scraper 10 in the length direction, and the second end 12 is the other end of the scraper 10 in the length direction.
The scraping device provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the scraping piece 10, the scraping piece 10 is connected to the body of the scraping device, and when the scraping device moves on a surface to be cleaned (for example, a glass surface), the scraping piece 10 can scrape the surface to be cleaned, so that the cleaning effect is achieved. The scraping member 10 is also capable of continuously scraping the surface to be cleaned back and forth as the scraping device is moved back and forth across the surface to be cleaned.
As shown in fig. 1, the scraping apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present application further includes a posture adjustment assembly 20, the posture adjustment assembly 20 is in transmission connection with the scraping member 10, and is used for adjusting the posture of the scraping member 10, so that when the scraping apparatus performs reciprocating movement to scrape the surface to be cleaned, the scraping member 10 is always in an inclined position relative to the moving direction, and the first end 11 of the scraping member 10 is always located at the front side of the moving direction relative to the second end 12.
Specifically, when the wiping device is moved in the first direction a1 to wipe the surface to be cleaned, the posture adjustment assembly 20 adjusts the posture of the wiping member 10 such that the wiping member 10 is in an inclined position with respect to the moving direction and the first end 11 of the wiping member 10 is located on the front side of the moving direction with respect to the second end 12. At this time, since the scraping member 10 is in the inclined position and the first end 11 is located at the front side of the second end 12, the scraped water stains are gathered (gathered and guided) from the first end 11 to the second end 12, and thus, the cleaned area is not polluted secondarily.
That is, when the scraping device moves in the first direction a1 to scrape the surface to be cleaned, the scraping element 10 can collect water stains to the right in fig. 1, and at this time, the user can clean the surface to be cleaned in the order from left to right, the right side of the scraping device in fig. 1 is an uncleaned area, the left side is a cleaned area, and the water stains collected by the scraping element 10 to the right side do not pollute the cleaned area on the left side.
After the scraping device is moved to the dead center position, the scraping device is displaced to the right, and then the scraping device is moved to the second direction a2 to scrape the surface to be cleaned, wherein the second direction a2 is opposite to the first direction a 1. The attitude adjustment assembly 20 adjusts the attitude of the scraper 10 again, continuing to bring the scraper 10 into an inclined position with respect to the direction of movement, and the first end 11 of the scraper 10 is still located on the front side of the direction of movement with respect to the second end 12. At this time, since the scraping member 10 is in the inclined position and the first end 11 is still located at the front side of the second end 12, the scraped water stains are still converged from the first end 11 to the second end 12, and thus the cleaned area is not secondarily polluted.
That is, when the scraping device moves in the direction of a2 to scrape the surface to be cleaned, the scraping element 10 can also collect water stains to the right in fig. 1, and thus the left cleaned area is not polluted.
The scraping device that this application embodiment provided includes scraping piece 10 and gesture adjustment subassembly 20, gesture adjustment subassembly 20 can adjust the gesture of scraping piece 10, make scraping piece 10 be in the inclined position all the time for scraping device's moving direction, and first end 11 is located the front side of moving direction all the time for second end 12, and then make scraping device treat the in-process of clean surface at reciprocating motion scraping, water stain is assembled to same side all the time, and can not lead to the fact secondary pollution to the clean region, the user need not to clean repeatedly, thereby scraping device's cleaning efficiency has been improved, and then user's use experience can be promoted.
In this application embodiment, the scraping device reciprocates to scrape the surface to be cleaned, and may be a user manually moves the scraping device to scrape the surface to be cleaned, or an internal motor drives the scraping device to move to scrape the surface to be cleaned, which is not limited in this application.
Alternatively, the scraping device may comprise a push-pull rod, and the body of the scraping device may be driven by a user to reciprocate through the push-pull rod, so as to scrape and clean the surface to be cleaned.
Optionally, the scraping device further comprises a walking assembly, and the walking assembly comprises a walking motor, walking wheels and other equipment, so that the scraping device can automatically walk without manual driving.
Alternatively, the scraping device may be a glass wiping robot, which in addition to the above-mentioned walking assembly also comprises sensors, an intelligent control system, etc., for example, which is able to plan a wiping route.
In this application embodiment, the scraping device can be used to scrape and clean surfaces such as glass surfaces, table tops, wall surfaces, floors and blackboards, that is, the surface to be cleaned can be any one of glass surfaces, table tops, wall surfaces, floors and blackboards, and this application does not limit this.
In the embodiment of the present application, the scraping device performs reciprocating movement in a first direction a1 and a second direction a2, the first direction a1 and the second direction a2 are two opposite directions, and the present application is not limited thereto.
For example, the first direction a1 may be an up direction, and the second direction may be a down direction. Alternatively, the first direction a1 may be downward and the second direction may be upward.
Alternatively, the scraping device may be driven by the user to reciprocate in a first direction a1 and a second direction a2, where the first direction a1 may be in front of the user and the second direction a2 may be behind the user.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present application, the first end 11 of the scraping element 10 is the left end of the scraping element 10 in the moving direction, and the second end 12 of the scraping element 10 is the right end of the scraping element 10 in the moving direction, so that water stains are gathered to the right, and the user can clean the surface to be cleaned in the order from left to right.
In other embodiments, the first end 11 and the second end 12 can be reversed, where the first end 11 of the scraping element 10 is the right end of the scraping element 10 in the moving direction, and the second end 12 of the scraping element 10 is the left end of the scraping element 10 in the moving direction, and where water stains are collected to the left, the user can clean the surface to be cleaned in order from right to left.
The specific structure of the scraping member 10 is not limited in the present application, and the scraping member 10 may be any one of a scraping strip, a scraper, a cleaning brush, a rag, a mop head, and other devices capable of performing a scraping operation, for example.
In the present embodiment, the scraper 10 may be a scraper bar.
Optionally, the scraping strip may be made of plastic or rubber.
Alternatively, the scraper 10 may be composed of a plurality of scraper bars (or scrapers, sweeping brushes, etc.). For example, the plurality of scraper bars may be consecutive or parallel to each other to constitute the scraper 10.
Optionally, the scraping device may also be a mop. In which case the scraping element 10 can be a mop head.
In the embodiment of the present application, the scraping element 10 is connected to a body of the scraping device, and the scraping element 10 may be fixedly connected to the body or movably connected to the body, which is not limited in the present application.
Alternatively, the scraper 10 may be movably attached to the body, and the body may not be deflected, and the attitude adjustment assembly 20 may drive the scraper 10 to deflect relative to the body, so that the scraper 10 is in an inclined position relative to the direction of movement.
Optionally, the posture adjustment assembly 20 can also drive the body to deflect so as to drive the scraping element 10 to deflect, so that the scraping element 10 is in the inclined position relative to the moving direction. In this case, the scraping element 10 may be fixedly connected to the body or movably connected to the body, which is not limited in this application.
For example, the scraper 10 may be movably attached to the body, e.g., the scraper 10 can be extended or retracted into the body.
Further, the scraping device also comprises a drive assembly (not shown in fig. 1), and the scraping element 10 comprises a first scraping element and a second scraping element, which are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the body. When the wiping device performs the reciprocating movement to wipe the surface to be cleaned, the driving assembly drives the wiping member 10 located on the front side in the moving direction away from the surface to be cleaned without operation, and drives the wiping member 10 located on the rear side in the moving direction close to the surface to be cleaned to perform the wiping operation.
In order to reach better clean effect, the body of scraping device and the middle part of treating the binding face of clean surface are provided with the wiper usually, through above setting, can guarantee that scraping device treats clean surface and scrapes cleanly according to the direction of wiper in the front, scraping piece 10 after, and then can realize scraping earlier the technological effect of scraping afterwards, can improve scraping device's clean efficiency.
The specific form of the driving assembly is not limited, and the first scraping piece and the second scraping piece can be driven to carry out state switching between working and non-working. For the specific arrangement of the driving assembly, reference may be made to the descriptions of patent application numbers 202010670650.2, 202021375474.1 and the like previously filed by the applicant, and the description thereof is omitted.
In the embodiment of the present application, the posture adjustment assembly 20 is in transmission connection with the scraper 10, so as to adjust the posture of the scraper 10, and the present application does not limit the specific composition of the posture adjustment assembly 20 and the form how to adjust the posture of the scraper 10.
Alternatively, the attitude of the wiper 10 may be adjusted by the user's manual force through the attitude adjustment assembly 20.
Alternatively, the attitude of the wiper 10 may be adjusted by an electrically powered device (e.g., a motor) via the attitude adjustment assembly 20.
Alternatively, the attitude adjustment assembly 20 may adjust the attitude of the wiper 10 by swinging the wiper 10.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the scraping device performs the reciprocating movement to scrape the surface to be cleaned, the scraping member 10 is always in the inclined position relative to the moving direction, which means that the scraping device performs the reciprocating movement while being always in the inclined position relative to the moving direction.
For example, when the wiping device is moved in the first direction a1 to wipe the surface to be cleaned, the posture adjustment assembly 20 adjusts the posture of the wiping member 10 such that the wiping member 10 is in an inclined position with respect to the moving direction. When the scraping device moves in the direction a2 to scrape the surface to be cleaned, the posture adjustment assembly 20 adjusts the posture of the scraping member 10 again, and continues to make the scraping member 10 in an inclined position with respect to the moving direction.
Here, the inclined position is a relative position with respect to the moving direction of the wiping apparatus, and is an angular position in which the wiping member 10 is in an inclined state with respect to the moving direction, and the wiping member 10 is not perpendicular to or parallel to the moving direction.
In this inclined position, the first end 11 of the scraper 10 is always located forward of the second end 12 in the direction of movement, i.e. when the scraper device is moved back and forth, the first end 11 of the scraper 10 is always deflected in the same direction (for example, to the right in fig. 1), and the water stains are pushed and collected to the same side.
It is worth mentioning that the inclined position may not be a fixed position (angle), for example, the inclined position may change during the movement of the scraping device (i.e. the scraping element 10 may swing), as long as it is satisfied that the scraping element 10 is always inclined with respect to the movement direction and that the first end 11 is always located in front of the movement direction with respect to the second end 12. The wiper element 10 can also push the water spots together towards the same side.
As shown in fig. 1a, when the scraping apparatus moves in the first direction a1, the posture adjustment assembly 20 controls the included angle between the first end 11 and the moving direction to be α 1, and during the moving process, the scraping member 10 can swing to a certain extent, so that the included angle α 1 can be changed, for example, α 1 can be changed between 5 to 60 degrees. It will be readily appreciated that even if the scraper member 10 were to undergo a certain degree of rocking, the scraper member 10 will always urge water spots to the right, since the first end 11 is always located forward of the second end 12.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 1b, when the scraping device moves in the second direction a2, the posture adjustment assembly 20 controls the included angle α 2 between the first end 11 and the moving direction, and during the moving process, the scraping element 10 may also swing to a certain extent, so that the included angle α 2 may change, for example, α 2 may change between 5 to 60 degrees. It will be readily appreciated that even with a certain amplitude of oscillation of the scraper member 10, the scraper member 10 always pushes the water spots to the right.
Alternatively, the attitude adjustment assembly 20 may also adjust and maintain the scraping member 10 in the first inclined position when the scraping device moves in the first direction a1 to scrape the surface to be cleaned, and the attitude adjustment assembly 20 controls the included angle α 1 between the first end 11 and the moving direction to be constant, that is, α 1 is a constant value. When the scraping device moves towards the second direction a2 to scrape the surface to be cleaned, the posture adjustment assembly 20 can adjust and maintain the scraping element 10 at the second inclined position, and the posture adjustment assembly 20 controls the included angle α 2 between the first end 11 and the moving direction to be constant, namely, the included angle α 2 is a fixed value.
Optionally, in order to guarantee the effect of assembling to the water stain, and then prevent that the water stain flows to the left side of scraping piece 10, when scraping piece 10 was in first inclined position, the value range of contained angle α 1 between first end 11 and the moving direction was: alpha 1 is more than or equal to 5 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees. For example, α 1 may be 15 °, 30 °, 45 °, 55 °, and the like.
When the scraper 10 is in the second inclined position, the angle α 2 between the first end 11 and the direction of movement has the range: alpha 2 is more than or equal to 5 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees. For example, α 2 may be 15 °, 30 °, 45 °, 55 °, and the like.
Alternatively, α 1 and α 2 may be the same or different in size, which is not limited in this application.
The scraping device provided by the embodiment of the application is further described in detail with the attached drawings.
For ease of presentation and understanding, the scraping device provided herein will be further described in the following description with the glass surface as the surface to be cleaned, i.e., the scraping device may be understood as a glass wiper hereinafter. On this basis, hereinafter the first direction a1 may be understood as being up (upward) and the second direction a2 as being down (downward), and vice versa.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an example of the scraping device according to the embodiment of the present application in an operating state. Fig. 2(a) is a schematic view showing a state where the scraping apparatus moves in the first direction a 1. Fig. 2(b) is a schematic view showing a state where the scraping means moves in the second direction a 2.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the posture adjustment assembly 20 is configured to drive the body 30 to deflect, so as to drive the scraping element 10 to deflect, so that the scraping element 10 is in an inclined position relative to the moving direction. Optionally, the scraper 10 may be fixed to the body 30 at this time.
Further, the scraping device further comprises a push-pull rod 40, and the push-pull rod 40 is connected with the body 30 through the attitude adjusting assembly 20. At this time, the attitude adjustment assembly 20 can be used to transmit the power of the push-pull rod 40, on the one hand, so that the scraper device can be moved, and on the other hand, to adjust and maintain the scraper 10 in the inclined position.
For example, a user can hold the push-pull rod 40 with his hand, and push the body 30 upward through the push-pull rod 40 and the attitude adjustment assembly 20, thereby scraping and cleaning the glass surface upward, while the attitude adjustment assembly 20 keeps the scraping member 10 at the first inclined position, and the scraped water stains are gathered to the right.
When the scraping device is moved to the top dead center position, the user can displace the body 30 to the right side to a certain extent, and then the user pulls the body 30 downwards through the push-pull rod 40 and the posture adjustment assembly 20 to scrape and clean the glass surface downwards, at this time, the posture adjustment assembly 20 keeps the scraping piece 10 at the second inclined position, and the scraped water stains are still gathered to the right side. Until the scraping device is moved to the bottom dead center position, the user displaces the body 30 to the right again to a certain extent, and then continues to push the body 30 upward through the push-pull rod 40, so as to realize the reciprocating movement of the body 30 on the glass surface, and further realize the continuous cleaning of the glass surface.
Alternatively, to improve the practicability, the push-pull rod 40 may be a telescopic rod, and a handle convenient for a user to hold may be further provided at an end of the push-pull rod 40.
The attitude adjustment assembly 20 provided in the embodiment of the present application will be further described with reference to fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the attitude adjustment assembly 20 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a fixed member 21, an oscillating member 22, and a limiting member 23.
Wherein, the fixed member 21 is fixedly connected with the push-pull rod 40, and the swinging member 22 is connected with the body 30.
Alternatively, the fixing member 21 and the push-pull rod 40 may be integrally formed by injection molding or the like.
Optionally, the oscillating member 22 is fixedly connected or hinged with the body 30.
For example, the oscillating member 22 can be hinged to opposite sides of the body 30 by means of connecting arms 22a of U-shape. At this time, hinge holes may be respectively formed at opposite sides of the body 30, and hinge shafts are fixed to side walls of the connecting arms 22a facing the local area 30, the hinge shafts being rotatably coupled in the hinge holes.
Further, the swinging member 22 is hinged on the fixed member 21, the swinging member 22 can swing relative to the fixed member 21, and the swinging member 22 swings to drive the body 30 to deflect, so as to drive the scraping member 10 to deflect.
In the present embodiment, the fixed member 21 and the swinging member 22 are both plate-shaped structures, and are hinged to each other by a rotating shaft 25.
Alternatively, the rotation shaft 25 may be any one of a pin, a rivet, a screw, a bolt, and the like.
Fig. 3 is a side view of the fixing member 21 provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the fixing member 21 is integrally U-shaped, and the swinging member 22 is hinged in the cavity of the U-shaped structure. At this time, the fixing member 21 includes three parts, that is, a bottom plate 21a and two side plates 21b connected to both sides of the bottom plate 21a, and the swinging member 22 may be clamped between the two side plates 21b, thereby being capable of performing a better limit function on the swinging member 22.
At this time, the rotating shaft 25 may pass through the two side plates 21b and the swinging member 22, so that the swinging member 22 is hinged in a cavity of the U-shaped structure, in which the swinging member 22 can swing.
The stopper 23 is used to restrict the swing of the swing member 22 so that the swing member 22 can swing between two limit positions. When the oscillating piece 22 is swung to one limit position, the oscillating piece 22 drives the scraping piece 10 to be adjusted to a first inclined position through the body 30, and when the oscillating piece 22 is swung to the other limit position, the oscillating piece 22 drives the scraping piece 10 to be adjusted to a second inclined position through the body 30.
The specific structure of the stopper 23 is not limited in the present application, as long as the swing of the swing member 22 can be restricted.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present application, the limiting member 23 includes an arc-shaped sliding chute 23a and a sliding pin 23b, which are used in cooperation with each other. The arc-shaped sliding groove 23a is opened on the swinging member 22, the sliding pin 23b is correspondingly arranged on the side surface of the fixing member 21 facing the swinging member 22, the rear end part of the sliding pin 23b is fixedly connected with the fixing member 21, and the front end part is arranged in the arc-shaped sliding groove 23a in a sliding manner.
One end of the arc chute 23a is a first limit end (i.e., the upper end of the arc chute 23a in fig. 2), and when the swinging member 23 is swung and the sliding pin 23b abuts against the first limit end, the scraping member 10 is adjusted to the first inclined position. The other end of the arc chute 23a is a second limit end (i.e., the lower end of the arc chute 23a in fig. 2), and when the swinging member 23 is swung and the sliding pin 23b abuts against the second limit end, the scraping member 10 is adjusted to the second inclined position.
In the present embodiment, the scraping member 10 can be adjusted and maintained in either the first inclined position or the second inclined position by friction between the scraping device and the glass surface.
The oscillating member 22 is held on the fixed member 21 by the stopper member 23 under the effect of the friction between the scraping means and the glass surface, so that the scraping member 10 is held in the first inclined position or the second inclined position.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2a, when the user pushes the body 30 to move upward on the glass surface by means of the push-pull rod 40, a frictional force is generated between the body 30 and the glass surface. More specifically, at this time, the body 30 is subjected to a downward friction force, under the action of the friction force, the swinging member 22 swings downward relative to the fixing member 21, so that the first limit end of the arc-shaped sliding groove 23a and the sliding pin 23b abut against each other, the swinging member 22 is held on the fixing member 21 through the limit member 23, the swinging member 22 holds the scraping member 10 at the first inclined position through the body 30, and the scraped water stains are gathered to the right side.
As shown in fig. 2b, when the body 30 moves upward on the glass surface to the top dead center position, the user stops pushing the body 30 and pulls the body 30 downward through the push-pull rod 40, thereby changing the moving direction of the body 30. At this time, when the user pulls the body 30 to move downward on the glass surface by the push-pull rod 40, a friction force is generated between the body 30 and the glass surface, and more specifically, the body 30 receives an upward friction force, under the action of the friction force, the swinging member 22 swings upward relative to the fixed member 21, so that the second limit end of the arc-shaped chute 23a and the slide pin 23b abut against each other, the swinging member 22 is held on the fixed member 21 by the limit member 23, and the swinging member 22 holds the scraping member 10 in a second inclined position by the body 30, in which the first end 11 of the scraping member 10 is still located on the front side in the traveling direction relative to the second end 12, and the scraped water stains are still collected to the right side.
That is, when the moving direction of the scraping device is switched between the up-down direction, the oscillating member 22 can be deflected by the frictional force between the scraping device and the glass surface, and further the scraping member 10 is held at the first inclined position or the second inclined position.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, the positions of the arc chute 23a and the slide pin 23b may be reversed. At this time, the arc chute 23a may be opened on the fixed member 21, the slide pin 23b is correspondingly disposed on the side surface of the swinging member 22, the rear end portion of the slide pin 23b is fixedly connected to the swinging member 22, and the front end portion is slidably disposed in the arc chute 23 a. Through the above arrangement, similar technical effects can be generated, and the description of the application is omitted.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of another example of the scraping device according to the embodiment of the present application in an operating state. Fig. 4(a) is a schematic view showing a state where the scraping apparatus moves in the first direction a 1. Fig. 4(b) is a schematic view showing a state where the scraping means moves in the second direction a 2.
In view of the fact that the friction between the scraping device and the surface to be cleaned may be relatively small and insufficient to deflect the oscillating member 22, in contrast to the previously described embodiment shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment the attitude adjustment assembly 20 further comprises a power member 24, under the action of which the oscillating member 22 is deflected when the direction of movement of the scraping device is switched between the first direction a1 and the second direction a 2.
The power member 24 is able to drive the oscillating member 22 to oscillate between two extreme positions, thus enabling the scraper 10 to be switched between a first inclined position and a second inclined position. The specific structure of the power member 24 and how to drive the swinging member 22 to swing are not limited in this application, as long as the above-mentioned functions can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the power member 24 includes a jack 24 a. The ejector pin 24a is used to push the oscillating member 22 to oscillate.
Further, the power member 24 also includes a push-pull handle 24 c. The push-pull handle 24c penetrates through the push-pull rod 40 and is fixedly connected with the push-pull rod 24a, a sliding groove is formed in the push-pull rod 40, the push-pull handle 24c can move back and forth in the sliding groove, a user can drive the push-pull rod 24a to move upwards by pushing the push-pull handle 24c, and then the swinging piece 22 is pushed, so that the swinging piece 22 can swing upwards.
Further, the power member 24 further includes a return spring 24b, and the return spring 24b is also disposed inside the push-pull rod 40 and sleeved on the outer periphery of the top rod 24 a. When the force applied to the jack 24a by the user disappears, the jack 24a can be reset by providing the return spring 24 b.
In contrast to the embodiment shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the limiting member 23 is a stopper 23c, and two stoppers 23c may be provided, and are respectively located on two sides of the swinging member 22 in the swinging direction. That is, at least one stopper 23c is provided on each side of the swinging member 22, and the swinging of the swinging member 22 can be restricted, so that the swinging member 22 can swing between two limit positions.
Optionally, in order to improve the degree of automation and further improve the user experience, an electric device such as a motor may be further provided to drive the top rod 24a to push the oscillating member 22, and at this time, a corresponding control button may be provided on the outer wall surface of the push-pull rod 40 to control the operation of the electric device.
As shown in fig. 4, a stopper 23c may be fixedly provided on an inner side wall of the side plate 21b of the fixed member 21, and the stopper 23c may abut against the swinging member 22 to limit the swinging member 22.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the left stopper 23c may have a long wall structure and is fixedly connected to the side plates 21b on both sides and the bottom plate 21a on the bottom. The right stopper 23c may be provided on the inner wall surface of the bottom plate 21 a.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a further example of the scraping device according to the embodiment of the present application in an operating state. Fig. 5(a) is a schematic view showing a state where the scraping apparatus moves in the first direction a 1. Fig. 5(b) is a schematic view showing a state where the scraping means moves in the second direction a 2.
In contrast to the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 4, in this embodiment, the fixed member 21 is provided with a first gear structure 26a, the swinging member 22 is provided with a second gear structure 26b, and the first gear structure 26a and the second gear structure 26b are meshed with each other. By providing the first gear structure 26a and the second gear structure 26b which mesh with each other, the swinging of the swinging member 22 can be controlled more smoothly.
As shown in fig. 5, the first gear structure 26a may be rotatably connected to an inner sidewall of the side plate 21b, and the second gear structure 26b may be formed on a sidewall of the swinging member 22, and the first gear structure 26a may be engaged with the second gear structure 26b as a supporting gear.
Alternatively, the swinging member 22 may be formed in a hollowed-out structure, so that the weight of the swinging member 22 can be reduced to facilitate swinging.
In this embodiment, the stopper 23 is a stopper 23c, two stoppers 23c may be provided, and the stoppers 23c are respectively located on both sides of the swinging member 22 in the swinging direction, and the swinging range of the swinging member 22 can be restricted by adjusting the position of the stopper 23c and the shape of the swinging member 22.
As shown in fig. 5a, when the user pushes the body 30 to move upward on the glass surface by means of the push-pull rod 40, a downward frictional force is generated between the scraping device and the glass surface. That is, at this time, the body 30 receives a downward friction force, and under this friction force, the oscillating member 22 oscillates downward relative to the fixed member 21, so that the oscillating member 22 abuts against the right stopper 23c, the oscillating member 22 is held on the fixed member 21 by the stopper 23c, the oscillating member 22 holds the wiper 10 at the first inclined position by the body 30, and the wiped water stains are collected to the right.
As shown in fig. 5b, when the body 30 moves upward on the glass surface to the top dead center position, the user stops pushing the body 30 and pulls the body 30 downward through the push-pull rod 40, thereby changing the moving direction of the body 30. At this time, when the user pulls the body 30 to move down on the glass surface by the push-pull rod 40, an upward frictional force is generated between the scraping device and the glass surface. That is, at this time, the main body 30 receives an upward frictional force, and under this frictional force, the oscillating member 22 oscillates upward with respect to the fixed member 21, so that the oscillating member 22 abuts against the left stopper 23c, the oscillating member 22 is held by the fixed member 21 via the stopper 23c, and the oscillating member 22 holds the wiper 10 in the second inclined position in which the first end 11 of the wiper 10 is still located on the front side in the traveling direction with respect to the second end 12 via the main body 30, and the wiped water stains are still collected to the right.
During the swinging process of the swinging member 22, the first gear structure 26a rotates relative to the fixed member 21 and is meshed with the second gear structure 26b, so that the swinging of the swinging member 22 can be more smoothly and controllably swung.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a further example of the scraping device according to the embodiment of the present application in an operating state. Fig. 6(a) is a schematic view showing a state where the scraping means moves in the first direction a 1. Fig. 6(b) is a schematic view showing a state where the scraping means moves in the second direction a 2.
In contrast to the previously described embodiments shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, in the present exemplary embodiment the fixed part 21 and the pivoting part 22 are articulated to one another via a rocker 27.
Specifically, one end of the swing link 27 is rotatably connected to the fixed member 21 through a rotating shaft, and the other end of the swing link 27 is rotatably connected to the swinging member 22 through a rotating shaft, so that the fixed member 21 and the swinging member 22 are hinged to each other.
At this time, the stoppers 23c may be fixedly disposed at both sides of the swing link 27, respectively.
Alternatively, the stopper 23c may be fixedly disposed on the fixing member 21, and may also be fixedly disposed on the swinging member 22, which is not limited in the present application.
Optionally, in this application embodiment, the number of the swing rods 27 is two, and in other embodiments, the number of the swing rods 27 may also be one, three, or more, which is not limited in this application.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another example of the scraping device according to the embodiment of the present application. Fig. 8 is a schematic view of the structure of the body 30 in the scraping apparatus shown in fig. 7.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the attitude adjustment assembly 20 includes a U-shaped bracket 28 fixedly connected to a push-pull rod 40. One end of the U-shaped bracket 28 is hinged in a through hole of a side wall of the body 30 by a first rotation pin, relative to which the body 30 can oscillate. The other end of the U-shaped bracket 28 is slidably disposed in a strip-shaped sliding slot 33 of the other side wall of the body 30 through a second rotating pin 29.
When the user pushes the body 30 to move upwards on the glass surface through the push-pull rod 40, the body 30 is subjected to downward friction, under the action of the friction, the right end of the body 30 swings downwards relative to the left end, so that the limiting end part of the front side of the strip-shaped sliding chute 33 in the moving direction (namely, the end part of the upper side of the strip-shaped sliding chute 33 in fig. 8) is abutted against the second rotating pin 29, and at the moment, the body 30 keeps the scraping piece 10 at the first inclined position, so that the scraped water stains are gathered towards the right side.
When the body 30 moves upward on the glass surface to the top dead center position, the user stops pushing the body 30 and pulls the body 30 downward through the push-pull rod 40, thereby changing the moving direction of the body 30. At this time, when the user pulls the body 30 to move downward on the glass surface through the push-pull rod 40, the body 30 is subjected to an upward frictional force, and under the frictional force, the right end of the body 30 swings upward relative to the left end, so that the limiting end of the bar-shaped sliding groove 33 on the front side in the moving direction (i.e., the end of the lower side of the bar-shaped sliding groove 33 in fig. 8) and the second rotating pin 29 are abutted against each other, and at this time, the body 30 keeps the scraping member 10 at the second inclined position, so that the scraped water stains are gathered to the right side.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a magnetic adjustment knob 31 is further provided on the top cover of the body 30, and the magnitude of the magnetism of the wiper can be changed by rotating the magnetic adjustment knob 31.
As shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the scraping member 10 includes two members respectively disposed at opposite sides of the body 30.
Further, a driving assembly may be further provided in the body 30, and when the wiping device performs a reciprocating movement to wipe the glass surface, the driving assembly drives the wiping member 10 located at the front side in the moving direction to be out of operation away from the glass surface, and drives the wiping member 10 located at the rear side in the moving direction to be close to the glass surface to perform a wiping operation.
In order to achieve a better cleaning effect, the middle of the attaching surface of the body 30 of the scraping device and the glass surface is generally provided with a wiper, and through the arrangement, the scraping device can be guaranteed to scrape and clean the surface to be cleaned according to the direction of the wiper in front and the scraping piece 10 behind, so that the technical effect of scraping before and after can be achieved, and the cleaning efficiency of the scraping device can be improved.
For example, when the scraping device is moved upward in fig. 7 to scrape the glass surface, the driving assembly drives the scraping member 10 located upward in fig. 7 away from the glass surface to be inoperative, and drives the scraping member 10 located downward in fig. 7 close to the glass surface to perform the scraping work.
As another example, when the scraping apparatus is moved downward in fig. 7 to scrape the glass surface, the driving assembly drives the scraping member 10 located downward in fig. 7 to be out of operation away from the glass surface, and drives the scraping member 10 located upward in fig. 7 to be close to the glass surface to perform the scraping work.
The specific arrangement of the driving assembly can be found in patent application nos. 202010670650.2, 202021375474.1, etc. previously filed by the applicant, and will not be described herein.
On the other hand, this application embodiment still provides a scraping subassembly. The scraping assembly comprises a first scraping device and a second scraping device which are mutually attracted through magnetic force, and the first scraping device can be the scraping device provided by any one of the previous embodiments.
Since the scraping assembly adopts the scraping device provided by the foregoing embodiment, the scraping assembly also has technical effects corresponding to those of the foregoing scraping device, and details are not repeated herein.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
