Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of anti-counterfeit labels, in particular to a color-changing anti-counterfeit label.
Background
Counterfeit products are an important challenge for all known brands, and the copying or secondary recycling of anti-counterfeiting information in the products is an important way for counterfeiting. In order to protect the brand of an enterprise and attack and prevent counterfeit commodities, the enterprise often adopts an anti-counterfeit label.
The anti-counterfeiting label is a mark which can be glued, printed and transferred on the surface of a target object, package or accessories (such as a commodity hanging plate, a business card and an anti-counterfeiting certificate card) and has an anti-counterfeiting function. The anti-counterfeit label can help consumers to rapidly identify the authenticity of the commodity in each industry, protect consumers' rights and interests, help enterprises to strike counterfeit products, stop batch counterfeiting, protect enterprise brands and avoid economic loss.
However, most of anti-counterfeit labels on various product packages at present have few anti-counterfeit means, simple anti-counterfeit function and poor performance of preventing secondary transfer, and the anti-counterfeit labels can be integrally transferred after being heated by a blower, so that the anti-counterfeit labels are easy to transfer, and the economic benefit of manufacturers is greatly influenced.
Therefore, how to provide an anti-counterfeit label with good anti-counterfeit effect is a problem that needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides the color-changing anti-counterfeit label which has the advantages of reasonable structural design, convenience in use, good anti-counterfeit effect and high reliability.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a color change anti-counterfeiting label is sequentially provided with a transparent protective layer, a temperature change ink layer, an anti-counterfeiting information layer, a fragile layer, a base layer, an adhesive layer and a release paper layer from top to bottom; the anti-counterfeiting information is printed on the anti-counterfeiting information layer, the temperature change ink layer is printed by reversible temperature change ink, the temperature change ink layer covers the anti-counterfeiting information layer, the anti-counterfeiting information is invisible, and the temperature change ink is changed into transparent from deep color during high-temperature detection.
Adopt above-mentioned technical scheme's beneficial effect: according to the invention, the temperature-change ink layer is printed above the anti-counterfeiting information layer, the temperature-change ink is dark at normal temperature, the anti-counterfeiting information is invisible, and the ink can be changed into transparent ink to display the anti-counterfeiting information through high-temperature test when a consumer needs to verify the anti-counterfeiting.
Meanwhile, the anti-counterfeiting label is also provided with the fragile layer, when a lawbreaker tries to remove the anti-counterfeiting label by adopting an electric blower heating mode, the fragile layer is easy to damage and difficult to recover, and the fragile layer can not be removed and then attached to the original place or the surface of a fake and counterfeit product again, so that the anti-counterfeiting label plays a role in breaking and anti-counterfeiting.
Preferably, the anti-counterfeiting information in the anti-counterfeiting information layer comprises anti-counterfeiting printing information, an RFID electronic chip, a fluorescent fiber anti-counterfeiting ring and a colorless fluorescent anti-counterfeiting strip.
Adopt above-mentioned technical scheme's beneficial effect: the RFID electronic chip is provided with the unique electronic code, and is convenient to read through an RFID reader, so that the anti-counterfeiting label cannot be imitated, the colorless fluorescent anti-counterfeiting strip is made of colorless fluorescent ink in a printing mode, no information can be seen from the surface, and fluorescent invisible information can appear after the fluorescent lamp irradiates. The fluorescent fiber anti-counterfeiting ring has visual characteristics of different colors under ultraviolet light, can observe a ring formed by multiple colors, is a physical fiber, can be picked out by a needle, and is different from a printed fiber.
Preferably, the diameter of the fluorescent fiber anti-counterfeiting ring is 2-5mm, the width of the ring filament is 0.1-0.2mm, the thickness of the fluorescent fiber anti-counterfeiting ring is 10-30 μm, the fluorescent fiber anti-counterfeiting ring is composed of a plurality of parts with different color visual characteristics under ultraviolet light, and the fluorescent fiber anti-counterfeiting ring is colorless or multicolor under natural light.
Preferably, the anti-counterfeiting printing information is one or more of characters, anti-counterfeiting patterns, two-dimensional codes or bar codes.
Preferably, a laser layer is arranged between the transparent protective layer and the temperature change ink layer, the laser layer is laser paper, a laser film, a laser resin layer or a laser gurley layer, the laser layer is provided with a hollowed-out area corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting information position on the anti-counterfeiting information layer, and the hollowed-out area can avoid shielding the anti-counterfeiting information and guarantee the anti-counterfeiting effect.
The laser layer has the irreproducibility, different visual effects are generated by the light refraction by utilizing the photosensitive characteristic of the laser material, so that false labels generated by printing and color printing can be eliminated, and the resolution of the anti-counterfeit labels is effectively improved.
Preferably, the fragile layer is made of fragile paper or flexible ceramic and is provided with a plurality of cracks, and the cracks enable the label not to be completely uncovered during secondary transfer, so that the commodity is further guaranteed to be a genuine product.
Preferably, the temperature change ink comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of polyvinyl butyral resin emulsion, 15-25 parts of microcapsule temperature-change powder, 10-20 parts of m-xylylenediamine, 8-10 parts of azopropulene, 1-3 parts of hindered amine light stabilizer, 6-8 parts of propionamide copolymer solution, 4-6 parts of organic modified polysiloxane and 4-6 parts of natural grease.
Preferably, the temperature-change pigment is selected from temperature-change pigments with a temperature change value of 50-80 ℃, and the temperature-change pigment is in color when the temperature-change value is lower than the temperature change value and gradually turns colorless with the temperature rise from the temperature change value.
Preferably, the transparent protective layer is a non-release transparent protective film layer made of PET, PEN, PC, PP, BOPP, OPP, PVC or PI materials.
Through the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the color change anti-counterfeiting label is disclosed and provided. When the consumer needs to verify the authenticity of the commodity, the following method can be used:
1. identifying authenticity by whether fluorescent invisible information exists or not through fluorescent lamp irradiation;
2. whether a fluorescent fiber ring exists or not is identified through the irradiation of an ultraviolet lamp;
3. identifying authenticity by scanning or inquiring the anti-counterfeiting printing information;
4. the authenticity is identified by heating and observing whether anti-counterfeiting information is exposed by using high-temperature heating equipment such as a blower and the like;
5. the authenticity is identified through the color reflected by the laser layer.
The color-changing anti-counterfeiting label disclosed by the invention is provided with multiple anti-counterfeiting modes, and can realize sufficient anti-counterfeiting. The anti-counterfeiting label has the characteristics of being incapable of being completely peeled off from a commodity after being pasted and being recycled, and further enhances the anti-counterfeiting performance of the anti-counterfeiting label.
The layers can be connected together by bonding, printing, hot melting and other modes, the bonding liquid can be selected from water glue, oil glue, non-setting adhesive, UV glue, gloss oil and the like, and the bonding liquid is solidified by a hot curing or ultraviolet curing mode to form the bonding layer.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a color-changing anti-counterfeit label, which is sequentially provided with a transparent protective layer 1, a temperature-changing ink layer 2, an anti-counterfeit information layer 3, a fragile layer 4, a base layer 5, an adhesive layer 6 and a release paper layer 7 from top to bottom; the anti-counterfeiting information is printed on the anti-counterfeiting information layer 3, the temperature change ink layer 2 is printed by reversible temperature change ink, the temperature change ink layer covers the anti-counterfeiting information layer 3, the anti-counterfeiting information is invisible, and the temperature change ink is changed from deep color to transparent color during high-temperature detection;
the anti-counterfeiting information in the anti-counterfeiting information layer 3 comprises anti-counterfeiting printing information, an RFID electronic chip, a fluorescent fiber anti-counterfeiting ring and a colorless fluorescent anti-counterfeiting strip;

The temperature change pigment is black organic heat-sensitive temperature change pigment with the temperature change value of 60 ℃, is black when being lower than the temperature change value, and gradually changes into colorless along with the temperature rise from the temperature change value;
the preparation method of the temperature-change ink comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the microcapsule temperature change powder and the polyvinyl butyral resin emulsion according to a proportion, adding the nitrogen-propylene ingot, stirring for 10min at a constant temperature of 35 ℃, adding the rest components, and stirring for 10 min;
the transparent protective layer is a non-release transparent protective film layer made of BOPP materials.

As shown in fig. 2, the invention provides a color-changing anti-counterfeit label, which is sequentially provided with a transparent protective layer 1, a laser layer 2, a temperature-changing ink layer 3, an anti-counterfeit information layer 4, a fragile layer 5, a base layer 6, an adhesive layer 7 and a release paper layer 8 from top to bottom; the anti-counterfeiting information is printed on the anti-counterfeiting information layer 4, the temperature change ink layer 3 is printed by reversible temperature change ink, the temperature change ink layer covers the anti-counterfeiting information layer 4, the anti-counterfeiting information is invisible, and the temperature change ink is changed from deep color to transparent color during high-temperature detection;
the anti-counterfeiting information in the anti-counterfeiting information layer 4 comprises anti-counterfeiting printing information, an RFID electronic chip, a fluorescent fiber anti-counterfeiting ring and a colorless fluorescent anti-counterfeiting strip;
