Detailed Description
The present embodiment is a stacking and separating mechanism including a banknote stacking mechanism using an annular sheet, and a deposit and withdrawal port using a banknote separating mechanism disposed such that a roller pair for separating stacked banknotes is pressed (pressure-contacted), as will be described later. As a device equipped with this stacking and separating mechanism, a banknote handling device provided with a banknote inlet and outlet at an upper portion of the device and a banknote storage container for storing banknotes at a lower portion of the device, such as the banknote handling device described in patent document 1, is a device in which the banknote inlet and outlet are integrated, or a device provided with a banknote separating mechanism at the outlet. The details thereof will be described below with reference to the drawings.
(1) Integral structure
Fig. 1 is a side sectional view of a stacking and separating device 100 according to the present embodiment, fig. 2 is a perspective view seen obliquely from the upper left side thereof, and fig. 3 is a detailed side sectional view showing the arrangement of the bill conveying roller. The bill stacking space 101 is mainly composed of a lower plate 102, a movable pushing plate 103, and a movable stacking guide 104, and holds bills in an upright position. Rollers for conveying paper money in the stacking and separating of paper money comprise: a feed roller 105 that applies a transport force to the banknotes; a gate roller 106 disposed opposite to the feed roller 105 and rotated only in the accumulating direction by a one-way clutch; a sheet roller 107 disposed coaxially with the shutter roller 106, for applying a braking force to the bill conveyed by the elastic blade 107a and applying a conveying force for pushing out the bill in the stacking direction; and a pickup roller 108 for separating the banknotes one by one from the plurality of banknotes overlapped with each other.
The feed roller 105 is provided with a driving force by a motor, not shown, but the shutter roller 106 is provided with a driving force of the feed roller 105 which is pressed against the banknote during stacking of banknotes, instead of a direct driving force by the motor. Further, the sheet rolling roller 107 and the pickup roller 108 are driven by 1 motor and gears or the like different from the motor that drives the feed roller 105.
Fig. 4 is a top view of the integrated separating apparatus 100 as viewed from the upper side of the apparatus. The feed roller 105 and the shutter roller 106 are disposed to face each other, and the shutter roller 106 is pressed against the feed roller 105 by a spring not shown. Further, the contact surfaces of the feed roller 105 and the shutter roller 106 have substantially the same length in the width direction, or the width of the shutter roller 106 is longer than the width of the feed roller 105. Therefore, the driving force of the feed roller 105 is efficiently transmitted to the shutter roller 106 at the time of stacking the banknotes, and the conveying force can be applied to the banknotes by both the rollers. Further, the stack guide 104 is constituted by a plurality of guide pieces 104a so as to sandwich the feed roller 105, and an end portion of the stack guide 104 overlaps the shutter roller 106 side. That is, the guide piece 104a and the gate roller 106 can be brought close to each other, and further, by overlapping both of them, a sufficient conveying force can be secured at the time of stacking banknotes.
As shown in fig. 5 (a), the sheet roll 107 is configured such that a conveying force for pushing out the bills conveyed from the lower portion of the apparatus in the stacking direction is applied by a blade 107a having elasticity while braking the bills, and for example, a blade 107a having an elastic sheet in a ring shape as described in patent document 2 can be used. Further, since the vanes 107a need to be retracted from the bill conveying path so as not to interfere with conveyance of bills when bills are drawn out from the bill stacking space, the vanes 107a are not provided in a predetermined region at least in a half cycle or more with respect to the periphery of the rollers. As the shape of the sheet rolling roll 107, in addition to fig. 5 (a) of the present embodiment, a structure in which a blade 107a is provided in a part of about half of the circumference around the roll as shown in fig. 5 (B), or a blade 107a made of one piece of elastic body as shown in fig. 5 (C) instead of an annular blade may be used.
Fig. 6A is a diagram illustrating a suspension structure of the shutter roller 106, and fig. 6B is a partial sectional view of the shutter roller 106. The shutter roller 106 is of a hollow structure and is held by the shaft 200 of the sheet rolling roller 107 via a pipe 106a, but the shaft 200 is provided with a so-called "play" 602 by narrowing the diameter of the portion 200a thereof, and the shutter roller 106 is movable in the radial direction of the shaft 200 a. The tube 106a is held by the holding member 106b, and the holding member 106b is biased in the direction of the arrow 600 (the direction of the feed roller 105, not shown) by a spring, not shown. As a result, the shutter roller 106 is pressed against the opposed feed roller 105.
Further, the gate roller 106 is provided with the plurality of serrations 106x on both sides of its periphery, so that friction with the banknotes can be increased and the banknote conveying force can be increased when the banknotes are stacked (in the case of conveying the banknotes in the arrow 610 direction, and in the case of rotating the gate roller 106 in the arrow 611 direction). On the other hand, when the bill is separated (when the bill is transported in the direction of arrow 620), the shutter roller 106 is not rotated by a one-way clutch not shown, but the saw-toothed portion 106x is formed such that the contact surface with the bill is inclined in the separating and transporting direction 620 from the center toward the outside in order to prevent the bill from being caught.
(2) Paper money accumulation action
Assuming the above-described structure, the operation when stacking banknotes will be described with reference to fig. 7.
The stack guide 104 projects toward the left side of the pickup roller 108, shielding the pickup roller 108 from the conveyance path of the bill. The bill 500 conveyed in the direction of the arrow 700 is nipped by the rotating feed roller 105 and shutter roller 106, and is given a conveying force, and conveyed toward the storage space 101.
At this time, since the elastic blade 107a of the stopped sheet roller 107 stands by on the bill conveying path, the bill 500 moves forward by pushing the elastic blade 107a, and the bill 500 is temporarily stopped at a point (fig. 7) when the rear end of the bill 500 in the traveling direction is separated from the nip between the feed roller 105 and the shutter roller 106. Then, before the next bill is conveyed, the sheet roller 107 is rotated in the direction of the arrow 701, and the elastic blade 107a can push out the stopped bill 500 to the housing space 101 to stack the bills 500.
As described above, since the banknotes 500 are discharged to the storage space 101 with their rear ends aligned, even when plural kinds of banknotes having different sizes are simultaneously stacked, the banknotes can be stacked in a good state without being scattered or scattered.
(3) Paper money separating action
Next, the banknote separating operation will be described with reference to fig. 8.
First, as shown in fig. 8A, the stack guide 104 moves in the direction of the arrow 801, and the left side of the pickup roller 108 in the drawing is exposed in the storage space. Next, the pressing plate 103 moves in the direction of arrow 800, and 1 or more banknotes 500 are pressed against the pickup roller 108 at the position of 103 a. Further, the elastic blade 107a of the sheet rolling roller 107 is fixed at a position retreated from the bill conveying path between the feed roller 105 and the shutter roller 106.
In this state, the pickup roller 108 rotates in the left-hand direction as shown in the figure, and the right 1 banknote 500a is pushed down toward the feed roller 105. The feed roller 105 continuously rotates in the left-hand direction shown in the figure, and if the bill 500a is nipped by the feed roller 105 and the shutter roller 106, a transport force is applied to the bill 500a, and the bill 500a is transported. At this time, since the shutter roller 106 is not rotated in the clockwise direction in the figure by the one-way clutch, two sheets of the bills 500 can be prevented from being drawn out. The pickup roller 108 temporarily disconnects the driving force from the motor. That is, the period in which the driving force is applied to the pickup roller 108 for each 1 banknote is a period of a certain amount of rotation shorter than the length of the banknote in the transport direction.
As shown in fig. 8B, even after the driving force of the pickup roller 108 is turned off, the pickup roller 108 rotates along with the conveyance of the bill 500a while the bill 500a is in contact. Further, in order to detect that the bill has been separated and passed through the feed roller 105, a post-separation sensor 150 is provided which detects light 150c from the light emitting section 150a by the light receiving section 150b, and the light receiving section 150b detects the passage of the leading end of the bill in the conveying direction as "bright" → "dark", and then the light receiving section 150b detects the passage of the trailing end of the bill as "dark" → "bright".
As shown in fig. 8C, after a predetermined time has elapsed after the bill 500a passes through the post-separation sensor 150, the right-hand rotation of the pickup roller 108 is started again. At this time, since the banknote 500b on the right end in the figure is pressed against the pickup roller by the pressing plate 103a, the banknote 500b is separated as described above.
As described above, the banknotes can be separated and withdrawn at predetermined banknote intervals.
