Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic oil injection lubricating device of an air compressor, wherein an oil injection hole is radially arranged at the lower end of a cylinder body of the air compressor, the oil injection hole is connected with the outlet end of an oil injection pump through a pipeline, and the inlet end of the oil injection pump is connected with an oil storage tank; the oil injection pump is connected with the controller; the invention has the advantages that: an oil filling hole is added at the lower part of the cylinder body, so that the lubricating condition is improved; the oil injection pump is controlled by the PLC, so that the lubricating can be carried out regularly and quantitatively, the use safety of the cylinder body is ensured, and the damage to equipment caused by negligence during manual operation is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machinery, in particular to an air compressor.
Background
A V-40 type air compressor used in a mine field compresses kiln gas (carbon dioxide), and the pressure of the compressed gas is 0.8 mpa; this gas is produced through lime kiln work, though the purification treatment has been done before getting into the air compressor machine, the kiln gas can have a small amount of dust and coal tar impurity and get into the air compressor machine cylinder body, influences the air compressor machine operation. When the air compressor in the prior art leaves a factory, the primary and secondary cylinders respectively have 1 oil injection point position at the upper part of the cylinder body to lubricate the cylinder body, as shown in figure 1, the structure has poor lubricating effect, especially the lubricating effect is worse because the cylinder body is far away from the oil injection point, and the new cylinder body is worn and scratched after being operated for 3 months; in addition, the equipment needs manual oil injection, and if operators neglect and cannot perform timing lubrication, the damage to the interior of the cylinder body is easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide an automatic oil injection lubricating device for an air compressor, wherein an oil injection hole is radially arranged at the lower end of a cylinder body of the air compressor and is connected with the outlet end of an oil injection pump through a pipeline, and the inlet end of the oil injection pump is connected with an oil storage tank; the oil injection pump is connected with the controller;
the oil filling hole radially penetrates through the cylinder body and is communicated with the interior of the cylinder body; an oil injection pipe is arranged in the oil injection hole, one end of the oil injection pipe close to the interior of the cylinder body is provided with an oil injection nozzle, the other end of the oil injection pipe is connected with a check valve, and the check valve is connected with a pipeline;
the diameter of the oil filling pipe inserted into the oil filling hole part is larger than that of the exposed part to form a boss, and the gland is sleeved outside the oil filling pipe and tightly presses the boss; the gland is fixed on the cylinder body by a screw;
the oil injection pipe and the oil nozzle are fixed into a whole; the oil nozzle is provided with a plurality of groups of oil spray holes along the axial direction.
The upper oil hole and the oil hole are symmetrically arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cylinder body.
The oil nozzle and the oil injection pipe are connected into a whole through threads.
And a sealing ring is arranged between the boss and the gland.
The controller is a PLC.
The invention has the advantages that: an oil filling hole is added at the lower part of the cylinder body, so that the lubricating condition is improved; the oil injection pump is controlled by the PLC, so that the lubricating can be carried out regularly and quantitatively, the use safety of the cylinder body is ensured, and the damage to equipment caused by negligence during manual operation is avoided.

The invention is described in detail with reference to the attached drawings, as shown in the figure, the invention sets up the oil filler point 5 in the lower end of the air compressor cylinder 1 radially, the said oil filler point is connected with outlet end of the oil pump 6 through the pipeline 12, the inlet end of the oil pump 6 is connected with oil storage tank 8; the oil filling pump 6 is connected with a controller 7;
the oil filling hole 5 radially penetrates through the cylinder body 1 and is communicated with the interior of the cylinder body; an oil injection pipe 15 is arranged in the oil injection hole, one end of the oil injection pipe 15, which is close to the interior of the cylinder body, is provided with an oil injection nozzle 17, the other end of the oil injection pipe 15 is connected with a check valve 11, and the check valve 11 is connected with a pipeline 12;
the diameter of the part of the oil filling pipe inserted into the oil filling hole is larger than that of the exposed part to form a boss 19, and the gland 10 is sleeved outside the oil filling pipe 15 and tightly presses the boss 19; the gland is fixed on the cylinder body 1 by a screw 14;
the oil injection pipe 15 and the oil nozzle 17 are fixed into a whole; the injection nozzle is provided with a plurality of sets of injection holes 18 in the axial direction.
The oil nozzle 17 and the oil filling pipe 15 can be connected into a whole through threads, or the oil nozzle and the oil filling pipe can be fixed into a whole through a welding method.
Preferably, the upper oil holes 4 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the cylinder body symmetrically with the oil holes 5, so that the inside of the cylinder body can be lubricated uniformly.
In order to ensure sealing, a sealing ring 16 is arranged between the boss 19 and the gland 10.
The controller is a PLC and can adopt a commercially available product; the PLC can control the starting of the oil injection pump according to time and lubricate at regular time.
