The oxygen pressure in the oxygen access pipeline 3 is 0.25Mpa, the acetylene pressure in the acetylene access pipeline 6 is 0.10Mpa, and the compressed air pressure in the pressure air access pipeline 18 is 0.45 Mpa.
In the preferred embodiment, the main components can be loaded into the equipment box 8 for carrying, and after arriving at the operation site, the movable flame aluminum spraying equipment can be quickly assembled for repairing and maintaining flame aluminum spraying, so that the flame aluminum spraying efficiency is improved.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a portable mobile flame aluminum spraying device comprises a flame aluminum spraying gun 1, an oxygen gas cylinder 2, an oxygen access pipeline 3, an oxygen trolley 4, an acetylene gas cylinder 5, an acetylene access pipeline 6, an acetylene trolley 7 and a device box 8, wherein the device box 8 is provided with an oxygen flow meter 9, an acetylene flow meter 10 and a pneumatic connecting piece 11, the oxygen gas cylinder 2 is fixed on the oxygen trolley 4, an oxygen pressure reducing valve 12 is installed at the cylinder mouth of the oxygen gas cylinder 2, one end of the oxygen access pipeline 3 is connected with the oxygen pressure reducing valve 12, the other end of the oxygen access pipeline 3 is connected with the air inlet end of the oxygen flow meter 9, the air outlet end of the oxygen flow meter 9 is connected with an oxygen outlet pipeline 13, the acetylene gas cylinder 5 is fixed on the acetylene trolley 7, and the cylinder mouth of the acetylene pressure reducing valve 14 and an acetylene tempering valve 15 are installed at the cylinder mouth of the acetylene gas cylinder 5, one end of an acetylene tempering valve 15 is connected with an acetylene pressure reducing valve 14, the other end of the acetylene tempering valve 15 is connected with one end of an acetylene access pipeline 6, the other end of the acetylene access pipeline 6 is connected with the air inlet end of an acetylene flow meter 10, the air outlet end of the acetylene flow meter 10 is connected with an acetylene outlet pipeline 16, one end of a pneumatic connecting piece 11 is connected with a compressed air access pipeline 17 for accessing compressed air, the other end of the pneumatic connecting piece 11 is connected with a compressed air outlet pipeline 18, and an oxygen outlet pipeline 13, the acetylene outlet pipeline 16 and the compressed air outlet pipeline 18 are respectively connected with the flame aluminum spraying gun 1.
The equipment box 8 comprises a box body 19 and a box cover 20 hinged on the box body 19, and the oxygen flow meter 9, the acetylene flow meter 10 and the pneumatic coupling 11 are all fixed on the inner wall of the box cover 20.
The oxygen flow meter 9 and the acetylene flow meter 10 are fixed in parallel on the inner wall of the case cover 20.
The flame aluminum spraying gun 1 is provided with a pipeline binder 21 for binding the oxygen receiving pipeline 13, the acetylene receiving pipeline 16 and the pressure air receiving pipeline 18.
The oxygen pressure in the oxygen access pipeline 3 is 0.28Mpa, the acetylene pressure in the acetylene access pipeline 6 is 0.15Mpa, and the compressed air pressure in the air pressure outlet pipeline 18 is 0.47 Mpa.
The spacing distance between the oxygen gas cylinder 2 and the acetylene gas cylinder 5 is more than 10 meters.
The inner wall of the box cover 20 is fixedly connected with a first foam sponge 22 and a second foam sponge 23, the oxygen flowmeter 9 and the acetylene flowmeter 10 are positioned on the first foam sponge 22, and the pneumatic connecting piece 11 is positioned on the second foam sponge 23.
In the present embodiment, it is a further preferred embodiment that the flame spraying aluminum can be ignited for continuous use for more than 30 minutes in the whole flame spraying aluminum process, so as to complete the requirements of the airport outfield flame spraying aluminum repair maintenance operation.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a portable mobile flame aluminum spraying device comprises a flame aluminum spraying gun 1, an oxygen gas cylinder 2, an oxygen access pipeline 3, an oxygen trolley 4, an acetylene gas cylinder 5, an acetylene access pipeline 6, an acetylene trolley 7 and a device box 8, wherein the device box 8 is provided with an oxygen flow meter 9, an acetylene flow meter 10 and a pneumatic connecting piece 11, the oxygen gas cylinder 2 is fixed on the oxygen trolley 4, an oxygen pressure reducing valve 12 is installed at the cylinder mouth of the oxygen gas cylinder 2, one end of the oxygen access pipeline 3 is connected with the oxygen pressure reducing valve 12, the other end of the oxygen access pipeline 3 is connected with the air inlet end of the oxygen flow meter 9, the air outlet end of the oxygen flow meter 9 is connected with an oxygen outlet pipeline 13, the acetylene gas cylinder 5 is fixed on the acetylene trolley 7, and the cylinder mouth of the acetylene pressure reducing valve 14 and an acetylene tempering valve 15 are installed at the cylinder mouth of the acetylene gas cylinder 5, one end of an acetylene tempering valve 15 is connected with an acetylene pressure reducing valve 14, the other end of the acetylene tempering valve 15 is connected with one end of an acetylene access pipeline 6, the other end of the acetylene access pipeline 6 is connected with the air inlet end of an acetylene flow meter 10, the air outlet end of the acetylene flow meter 10 is connected with an acetylene outlet pipeline 16, one end of a pneumatic connecting piece 11 is connected with a compressed air access pipeline 17 for accessing compressed air, the other end of the pneumatic connecting piece 11 is connected with a compressed air outlet pipeline 18, and an oxygen outlet pipeline 13, the acetylene outlet pipeline 16 and the compressed air outlet pipeline 18 are respectively connected with the flame aluminum spraying gun 1.
The equipment box 8 comprises a box body 19 and a box cover 20 hinged on the box body 19, and the oxygen flow meter 9, the acetylene flow meter 10 and the pneumatic coupling 11 are all fixed on the inner wall of the box cover 20.
The oxygen flow meter 9 and the acetylene flow meter 10 are fixed in parallel on the inner wall of the case cover 20.
The flame aluminum spraying gun 1 is provided with a pipeline binder 21 for binding the oxygen receiving pipeline 13, the acetylene receiving pipeline 16 and the pressure air receiving pipeline 18.
The oxygen pressure in the oxygen access pipeline 3 is 0.30Mpa, the acetylene pressure in the acetylene access pipeline 6 is 0.18Mpa, and the compressed air pressure in the air pressure outlet pipeline 18 is 0.5 Mpa.
The spacing distance between the oxygen gas cylinder 2 and the acetylene gas cylinder 5 is more than 10 meters.
The inner wall of the box cover 20 is fixedly connected with a first foam sponge 22 and a second foam sponge 23, the oxygen flowmeter 9 and the acetylene flowmeter 10 are positioned on the first foam sponge 22, and the pneumatic connecting piece 11 is positioned on the second foam sponge 23.
Fixedly connected with first longitudinal baffle 24 and second longitudinal baffle 25 in the box 19, first longitudinal baffle 24 and second longitudinal baffle 25 divide into the first storing chamber 26 that is used for accomodating the valve, accomodate the second storing chamber 27 of flame aluminum spraying rifle 1 and accomodate the third storing chamber 28 of pipeline with box 19 in proper order.
This embodiment is best implementation mode, and equipment box 8 overall structure is compact, accomodates space reasonable in design, is convenient for accomodate the essential element fast and carry safely.
