Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the conventional special fire extinguishing agent for the ethanol gasoline fire disaster for the vehicle is not enough, and in order to achieve the purpose, the invention researches and develops a high-efficiency foam extinguishing agent for the ethanol gasoline fire disaster for the vehicle by adding an auxiliary film agent.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

The weight ratio of the film forming agent to the film assistant agent can ensure the high compactness of the reinforced composite film formed by crosslinking the film forming agent and the film assistant agent, and improve the fire extinguishing capability to the alcohol gasoline fire for vehicles.
Furthermore, the fire extinguishing foam gel film is also suitable for the existing anti-dissolving foam extinguishing agent, and the strength and toughness of the fire extinguishing foam gel film can be improved by adding the film aid agent into the existing anti-dissolving foam extinguishing agent, so that the fire extinguishing capability is enhanced;

According to the ethanol gasoline fire foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle, the foaming agent comprises at least one of lauramide propyl betaine, octyl sodium sulfate, lauryl sodium sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate and alkyl glycoside.
According to the ethanol gasoline fire foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle, the fluorine surfactant is at least one of Forafac 1203G, Capstone 1470, Capstone 1475 and Capstone 1440.
According to the vehicle ethanol gasoline fire foam extinguishing agent, the cosolvent is at least one of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether and propylene glycol n-propyl ether; the antifreeze is one of glycerol and glycol; the preservative is sodium benzoate.
According to the vehicle ethanol gasoline fire foam extinguishing agent, the total amount of the film forming agent and the film assistant agent is 2-3% (wherein the weight ratio of the film forming agent to the film assistant agent is 1-3:4), the foaming agent is 3-8%, the fluorosurfactant is 2-7%, the cosolvent is 10-15%, the antifreeze agent is 10-15%, the preservative is 0.3-0.5%, and the balance is water.
The preparation method of the ethanol gasoline fire foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle comprises the following steps,
(a) adding the film forming agent and the film aid agent into water according to a proportion, and stirring until the film forming agent and the film aid agent are uniformly mixed;
(b) adding a foaming agent, a fluorine surfactant, a cosolvent, an antifreeze agent and a preservative into water with the temperature of 30-50 ℃ and uniformly stirring;
(c) adding the mixed solution obtained in the step (a) into the mixed solution obtained in the step (b), and stirring until the mixed solution is uniformly mixed;
(d) and cooling to room temperature to obtain the foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle ethanol gasoline fire.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention promotes the mutual cross-linking of the film forming agent and the film assistant agent molecules by adding the film assistant agent to form a compact and firm reinforced composite film with high air impermeability, fully isolates the contact of ethanol gasoline steam and oxygen, and simultaneously effectively resists the damage effect of the ethanol gasoline for vehicles on foams.
2. The invention is also suitable for the existing anti-dissolving foam extinguishing agent, and the addition of the film aid agent into the existing anti-dissolving foam extinguishing agent can enhance the strength and toughness of the gel film of the fire extinguishing foam, thereby improving the fire extinguishing capability.

Example 1:
in the embodiment, a film forming agent of the ethanol gasoline fire foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle is xanthan gum, an auxiliary film agent is an acrylic acid-maleic anhydride copolymer, a foaming agent is lauramidopropyl betaine, a fluorine surfactant is Capstone 1470, a cosolvent is ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, an antifreeze agent is glycerol, and a preservative is sodium benzoate. The mass percentage of each raw material is 2% of the total mass of the film forming agent and the film assistant agent, wherein the film forming agent: the filming assistant agent is 1:4, the foaming agent is 5%, the fluorinated surfactant is 4%, the cosolvent is 10%, the antifreeze agent is 10%, the preservative is 0.3%, and the balance is water.
The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding 20kg of water into the first stirring kettle, then adding 0.4kg of film forming agent and 1.6kg of film aid agent, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a mixed solution of the film forming agent and the film aid agent; adding 48.7kg of water into a second stirring kettle, heating and maintaining the water temperature at 40 ℃, then adding 5kg of lauramidopropyl betaine, 4kg of Capstone 1470, 10kg of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 10kg of glycerol and 0.3kg of sodium benzoate, and uniformly stirring; finally pouring the mixed solution of the film forming agent and the film aid agent obtained in the first kettle into a second kettle and stirring until the mixed solution is uniformly mixed; and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle ethanol gasoline fire.
The mixing ratio of the obtained product when in use is 3 percent.
Example 2:
in the embodiment, the film forming agent of the ethanol gasoline fire foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle is xanthan gum, the film assisting agent is acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, the foaming agent is sodium laureth sulfate, the fluorine surfactant is Forafac 1203G, the cosolvent is diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, the antifreeze agent is glycerol, and the preservative is sodium benzoate. The film forming agent and the film aid agent are 2.5 percent of each raw material by mass percent, wherein the film forming agent: the filming assistant agent is 1:4, the foaming agent is 5%, the fluorinated surfactant is 7%, the cosolvent is 15%, the antifreeze agent is 10%, the preservative is 0.3%, and the balance is water.
The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding 20kg of water into the first stirring kettle, then adding 0.5kg of film forming agent and 2.0kg of film aid agent, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a mixed solution of the film forming agent and the film aid agent; adding 40.2kg of water into the second stirring kettle, heating and maintaining the water temperature at 40 ℃, then adding 5kg of sodium laureth sulfate, 7kg of Forafac 1203G, 15kg of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 10kg of glycerol and 0.3kg of sodium benzoate, and uniformly stirring; finally pouring the mixed solution of the film forming agent and the film aid agent obtained in the first kettle into a second kettle and stirring until the mixed solution is uniformly mixed; and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle ethanol gasoline fire.
The mixing ratio of the obtained product when in use is 3 percent.
Example 3:
in the embodiment, the film forming agent of the ethanol gasoline fire foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle is xanthan gum, the film assisting agent is an acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, the foaming agent is alkyl glycoside, the fluorine surfactant is Capstone 1475, the cosolvent is propylene glycol methyl ether, the antifreeze agent is ethylene glycol, and the preservative is sodium benzoate. The film forming agent and the film aid agent are 3% of each raw material in percentage by mass, wherein the film forming agent: the filming assistant agent is 1:2, the foaming agent is 8%, the fluorinated surfactant is 7%, the cosolvent is 12%, the antifreeze agent is 15%, the preservative is 0.5%, and the balance is water.
The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding 20kg of water into a first stirring kettle, then adding 1kg of film forming agent and 2kg of film aid agent, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a mixed solution of the film forming agent and the film aid agent; adding 44.5kg of water into the second stirring kettle, heating and maintaining the water temperature at 40 ℃, then adding 8kg of alkyl glycoside, 7kg of Capstone 1475, 12kg of propylene glycol methyl ether, 15kg of ethylene glycol and 0.5kg of sodium benzoate, and uniformly stirring; finally pouring the mixed solution of the film forming agent and the film aid agent obtained in the first kettle into a second kettle and stirring until the mixed solution is uniformly mixed; and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle ethanol gasoline fire.

Example 4:
in the embodiment, a film forming agent of the ethanol gasoline fire foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle is xanthan gum, an auxiliary film agent is an acrylic acid-itaconic acid copolymer, foaming agents are lauramidopropyl betaine and sodium octyl sulfate, a fluorine surfactant is Capstone 1440, a cosolvent is ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and propylene glycol n-propyl ether, an antifreeze agent is glycerol, and a preservative is sodium benzoate. The film forming agent and the film aid agent are 2% of each raw material by mass percent, wherein the film forming agent: 3:4 of film aid agent, 4 percent of foaming agent, 2 percent of fluorinated surfactant, 10 percent of cosolvent, 12 percent of antifreeze agent, 0.4 percent of preservative and the balance of water.
The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding 20kg of water into the first stirring kettle, then adding 0.86kg of film forming agent and 1.14kg of film aid agent, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a mixed solution of the film forming agent and the film aid agent; adding 49.6kg of water into a second stirring kettle, heating and maintaining the water temperature at 40 ℃, then adding 3kg of lauramidopropyl betaine, 1kg of sodium octyl sulfate, 2kg of Capstone 1440, 7kg of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 3kg of propylene glycol n-propyl ether, 12kg of glycerol and 0.4kg of sodium benzoate, and uniformly stirring; finally pouring the mixed solution of the film forming agent and the film aid agent obtained in the first kettle into a second kettle and stirring until the mixed solution is uniformly mixed; and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle ethanol gasoline fire.

Example 5:
the film forming agent of the ethanol gasoline fire foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle in the embodiment is xanthan gum, the film assisting agent is acrylic acid-maleic anhydride copolymer and acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, the foaming agent is alkyl glycoside, octyl sodium sulfate and lauryl sodium sulfate, the fluorine surfactant is Forafac 1203G and Capstone 1470, the cosolvent is propylene glycol n-propyl ether, the antifreeze agent is ethylene glycol, and the preservative is sodium benzoate. The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding 20kg of water into the first stirring kettle, then adding 0.5kg of film forming agent and 2kg of film aid agent, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a mixed solution of the film forming agent and the film aid agent; adding 43kg of water into the second stirring kettle, heating and maintaining the water temperature at 40 ℃, then adding 3kg of alkyl glycoside, 1kg of octyl sodium sulfate, 1kg of lauryl sodium sulfate, 1kg of Forafac 1203G, 1kg of Capstone 1470, 15kg of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 12kg of ethylene glycol and 0.5kg of sodium benzoate, and uniformly stirring; finally pouring the mixed solution of the film forming agent and the film aid agent obtained in the first kettle into a second kettle and stirring until the mixed solution is uniformly mixed; and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the foam extinguishing agent for the vehicle ethanol gasoline fire.

The physical and chemical properties of the ethanol gasoline fire foam extinguishing agent for the vehicles of examples 1-5 are detected according to the foam extinguishing agent foam liquid and foam solution performance test method specified in GB15308-2006 foam extinguishing agent Standard, and the data range of the detection result is shown in Table 1:

According to the test results in the table 1, the fire extinguishing agent meets the detection standard of GB15308-2006 foam extinguishing agent, and the fire extinguishing performance reaches the highest fire extinguishing performance levels IA and ARIA.
Fire extinguishing performances of examples 1-5 and some domestic anti-dissolution foam extinguishing agent products 1-3 are compared with reference to GB15308-2006 foam extinguishing agent standard, and meanwhile, the auxiliary film agent is added into the product 1 for sale to be modified (named as modified product 1 for sale), and a fire extinguishing test is also carried out. In all the tests, the fuel is the ethanol gasoline for the vehicle, the sample state is the foam liquid after temperature treatment, and the test results are shown in table 2.

According to the experimental results in table 2, the foaming times of the embodiments 1 to 5 are about 8 to 9, and the 25% solution separation time is about 12 to 13min, which shows that the foaming times of the fire extinguishing agent are still kept at a higher level after the addition of the filming aid agent, and the solution separation time is significantly prolonged, which shows that the filming aid agent effectively improves the stability of the fire extinguishing foam, and as a result, when aiming at an ethanol gasoline fire, compared with the case of selling the anti-dissolving foam extinguishing agent 1 to 3, the ethanol gasoline fire foam extinguishing agent for vehicles has the advantages of significantly reduced fire extinguishing time, significantly prolonged burning resistance and better fire extinguishing performance. Meanwhile, after the auxiliary film agent is added into the product 1, the foam stability of the fire extinguishing agent is greatly improved, and the fire extinguishing performance is also obviously improved.
