A bra fastening method, characterized in that, based on the bra wearing buckle of claims 1-8, when fastening the first buckle body (1) and the second buckle body (2) of the bra, firstly, the first extending body (31) of the hook body (3) is inserted into the clamping hole (6) by utilizing the clearance fit of the end part of the hook body (3) and the clamping hole (6), then the second buckle body (2) is controlled to deflect along the corner between the first extending body (31) and the second extending body (32), the second extending body (32) is inserted into the clamping hole (6), and the interference fit of the root part of the hook body (3) and the limiting fork (7) is utilized to clamp the second extending body (32) in the clamping hole (6).
