Aiming at the problem, light increasing measures such as adding a special LED light supplement lamp for plants or paving a reflective film on the ground are usually adopted in production, and although the measures have certain effects on improving the illumination intensity of the rain sheltering facility for cultivating the fruit trees and prolonging the illumination period, the production cost of the rain sheltering facility for cultivating the fruit trees is large due to the installation and the use of equipment and materials, and inconvenience is brought to the operation of farming.
Based on the technical scheme, the invention provides a method for self-making a reflective ground fabric for a fruit tree cultivated in a rain shelter frame, which is based on the problem of light enhancement measures applied to rain shelter facility cultivation of the fruit tree at present.

The invention provides a method for preparing and using a brightening material suitable for a fruit tree cultivated in a rain shelter frame. The invention mainly comprises the requirements of the quality and proportion of materials used by the white colloidal liquid, the preparation procedure of the white colloidal liquid, the laying of horticultural ground cloth and the spraying of the white colloidal liquid.
The specific technical scheme is as follows:

Further, the requirements of laying the gardening ground cloth and spraying the white colloidal liquid are as follows: the method comprises the steps of paving a gardening ground fabric with the width of 1.5m and the weight of 100-120 g per square meter on the ground under the crown of a fruit tree cultivated in a rain shelter, fixing the periphery of the gardening ground fabric by cloth nails, and uniformly spraying white colloidal liquid on the gardening ground fabric by using a high-pressure spray gun, wherein the spraying thickness of the white colloidal liquid is 0.3-0.5 mm.
Further, the white colloidal liquid comprises the following raw materials: 1000-mesh ultra-white kaolin, environment-friendly 801 glue, white granulated sugar and clear well water or stream water, wherein the weight ratio of the materials is 2:1: 20. wherein the white sugar is white sugar with sucrose content higher than 85%.
Further, the preparation process of the white glue solution comprises the following steps: white granulated sugar is put into clear well water or stream water to be fully dissolved, then 1000 meshes of ultra-white kaolin is added and fully stirred to form kaolin suspension, and finally, the environment-friendly 801 glue is slowly injected and continuously stirred to form white colloidal liquid.
Further, the use method of the brightening material is characterized in that: the brightening material is spread on the ground under the crown of the fruit tree cultivated in the rain shelter, and the light reflection performance of the brightening material is utilized to enhance the illumination intensity of the leaf curtain layer of the fruit tree.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the results of three-year follow-up observations in 2019-2021 (table 1) show that: compared with bare land cultivation, the two methods of laying the self-made reflective material and laying the agricultural aluminized reflective film have obvious and similar effects of improving illumination conditions of pear rain-sheltering cultivation, can remarkably enhance or improve illumination intensity, photosynthetically active radiation and net photosynthetic rate, and remarkably improve the quality of single fruits and the content of soluble solid matters, and improve the quality of the fruits. Compared with the two methods of paving the self-made reflective material and paving the agricultural aluminized reflective film, the self-made reflective material is resistant to treading during agricultural operation, can be repeatedly used for more than 5 years, can reduce the cost per unit area increase per year by more than 50 percent, and has wide popularization and application prospects.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned and other features and advantages of the invention more comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
As shown in figures 1-2, a method for manufacturing and using a light-enhancing material suitable for cultivating fruit trees in a rain shelter shed frame comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the weight ratio of 2:1: 20, preparing 1000-mesh ultra-white kaolin, environment-friendly 801 glue, white granulated sugar with the sucrose content higher than 85% and stream according to the mass ratio requirement.
(2) 1 part of white granulated sugar with the sucrose content higher than 85 percent is put into 20 parts of stream to be fully dissolved, 2 parts of 1000-mesh ultra-white kaolin is added and fully stirred into kaolin suspension, and finally, 1 part of environment-friendly 801 glue is slowly injected and continuously stirred to form white colloidal liquid.
(3) The method comprises the steps of paving a gardening ground fabric with the width of 1.5m and the weight of 100g per square meter on the ground under the crown of a tree of a fruit tree cultivated in a rain shelter, fixing the periphery of the gardening ground fabric by cloth nails, and uniformly spraying white colloidal liquid on the gardening ground fabric by a high-pressure spray gun, wherein the spraying thickness of the white colloidal liquid is 0.3 mm.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned best mode, and any person can obtain other various methods for making white colloidal solution and spraying it on the horticultural ground fabric so as to improve the illumination condition of fruit tree cultivated in the rain-sheltering cultivation facilities.
