Abstract
本发明提供一种携带用酸性水喷雾器。一种酸性水喷雾器(100),具有:壳体(2),和备置在所述壳体内的原料水箱(4),和把所述原料水箱内的原料水(8)供给电解槽(18)的泵(10),和把供给来的原料(8)电解成酸性水和碱性水的电解槽(18),和把在电解槽中产生的酸性水向壳体外部喷雾的喷雾装置(20),和废液箱(48),和连接所述电解槽和废液箱以将在电解槽中产生的碱液引导到废液箱的废液管(46),和控制喷雾装置及电解槽及泵工作的控制部(56),和它们的驱动电源(58)。
Description
[技术领域]
本发明涉及电解无机盐水溶液获得的酸性水的喷雾器。
[背景技术]
目前这样的技术(特开平11-90442)是公知的,通过作为隔膜把交换树脂做成膜状的带电膜和具有微孔结构的非带电膜,使用配置由铂或铂合金等组成的非活性电极的电解槽,电解碱金属氯化物的稀释电解质水溶液,取出在阳极侧电解产生的pH值低的阳极电解水(酸性水),再将其杀菌消毒。并且,使用没有隔膜的电解槽制造电解水的技术(特开平6-246272)也是公知的。
由于在阳极侧产生的阳极电解水中包括次氯酸,所以利用次氯酸的强氧化作用和氯化作用进行杀菌和消毒的方法在医疗机构等中得到普及。而且由于在酸性水中所含的微量的臭氧和溶解氧具有促进肉芽生长的作用,所以作为外科治疗的辅助手段的利用也正在研究。并且,已经了解到电解水制造后随时间的延长,其有益作用减少。从而,电解水最好在制造后就使用。
这些电解水的制造设备是装备有电解槽、泵等,设置在医院等中的比较大型的装置。因此,上述电解水的制造设备不适合以随时仅以必要量提供刚刚生产出来的新鲜电解水为目的的个人用途。
[发明内容]
鉴于上述情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种酸性水喷雾器,其携带方便,可在任何时候任意地点供给任意量的酸性水。
可达到上述发明目的的本发明如下:
(1)一种酸性水喷雾器,具有:壳体,和备置在所述壳体内的原料水箱,和把所述原料水箱内的原料水供给电解槽的泵,和把供给来的原料水电解成酸性水和碱性水的电解槽,和把在电解槽中产生的酸性水向壳体外部喷雾的喷雾装置,和废液箱,和连接所述电解槽和废液箱以将在电解槽中产生的碱液引导到废液箱的废液管,和控制喷雾装置及电解槽及泵工作的控制部,和它们的驱动电源。
(2)根据(1)中所述的酸性水喷雾器,在泵的上方配置原料水箱,下方配置废液箱。
(3)根据(1)中所述的酸性水喷雾器,喷雾装置使用安装多孔板的压电振子。

[具体实施方式]
下面参照附图详细说明本发明。
图1是表示本发明酸性水喷雾器一例的示意性说明图。在图1中,100是酸性水喷雾器,合成树脂壳体2形成大致正方体状。在所述壳体2内的上部形成原料水箱4。在所述原料水箱4的上部形成原料水供给盖6,打开该盖6,可从壳体2外部向原料水箱4内注入电解原料水8。
在所述原料水箱4下方安装着泵10,所述原料水箱4内的电解原料水8通过原料水供给管12供给泵10的吸水口14。供给所述泵10的电解原料水8接着通过泵10的加压输送经输出管16供给电解槽18。
图2是表示电解槽18和与电解槽连接的随后叙述的喷雾装置20的放大图。电解槽18在扁平电解槽壳体22内具有平行配设的阳极24及阴极26。此外,28是与阳极24连接的阳极端子,30是与阴极26连接的阴极端子。
由泵10供给的的电解原料水通过形成在电解槽18下部的流入孔32供给电解槽18内,一边保持层流状态一边沿槽内向上移动,同时通过施加在阳极24和阴极26之间的电压作电分解,在阳极24附近产生酸性水,在阴极26附近产生碱性水。
电解槽18内的电解原料水由于以层流状态流动,所以,产生的酸性水在沿阳极24表面以箭头A所示的状态向上流动,只有酸性水通过在电解槽18上部侧形成的流出孔34供给喷雾装置20的喷雾室36。
38是多孔板,用此使喷雾装置20的喷雾室36与外界分离。所述多孔板38形成有许多孔径为18~24.m的细小孔,同时,该多孔板38被固定在压电振子上。从而,通过向该压电振子40上施加交流电或脉冲电压使振子40振动,随之,连接到振子40的多孔板38振动。借此,充满喷雾室36内的酸性水通过形成在多孔板38上的细小孔向外喷射微小液滴42。
另一方面,在电解槽18内产生的碱性水如图2箭头B所示沿阴极26向上移动,通过与废液口44连接的废液管46输送到设置在泵10下面的废液箱48,作为废液50临时存储(参照图1)。此外,52是在废液箱下部形成的废液输出孔。
所述废液管46与在内部流动的废液量比较,相对形成较大直径,在废液流动时废液只是沿废液管径方向截面一部分流动,废液决不占据废液管的整个截面流动。这样把废液管口径做大,利用根据原料水箱4和废液箱的落差虹吸作用防止原料水被无限制地被吸引到废液箱中。
54是插入废液管46的多个(在本图中是3个)防倒流环,废液管46内径因为该环54的存在约窄为原来的二分之一。通过设置该环54,在使用本发明酸性水喷雾器100时即使倾斜喷雾器100,废液箱48内的废液50也不会直接倒流到电解槽18中。
56是装有微处理器的控制部,通过该控制部56的控制,控制泵10、电解槽18、喷雾装置20等的工作。并且,58是向控制部56、泵10、电解槽18、喷雾装置20等提供电力的驱动电源。作为驱动电源可使用原电池和蓄电池中的任一种。
使用5cm×5cm×18cm壳体制造如图1所示构成的酸性水喷雾器。使用以0.18mm间隔平行排列两块20mm×23.6mm长方形的铂电极的电解槽。泵的输液量为25ml/min、电解电流密度为0.0286A/cm2。
电解原料水使用浓度为2500ppm氯化钠水溶液。
接通未图示的电源开关,使泵工作,把原料水箱4中的电解原料水8输送到电解槽18中,进行电解。由电解产生的酸性水经喷雾装置20的多孔板38向外部喷雾。另一方面,碱性水经废液管46从电解槽18输送到废液箱48中。其后,使开关断开,停止酸性水的喷雾。
本发明的酸性水喷雾器由于装在小型壳体内,所以携带方便,可在任意场所使用,同时,由于在使用时制造酸性液,所以不必担心出现随时间推移酸性水作用减弱的问题。
另外,在泵的上方配置原料水箱,下方配置废液箱,象这样的结构状态下,由于原料水能时常充满泵内,所以难于被气塞。
并且,使用大口径废液管同时在废液管中安装防倒流环的情况下,能防止虹吸效应。
Claims (2)
1.一种酸性水喷雾器,具有:壳体,和备置在所述壳体内的原料水箱,和把所述原料水箱内的原料水供给电解槽的泵,和把供给来的原料水电解成酸性水和碱性水的电解槽,和把在电解槽中产生的酸性水向壳体外部喷雾的喷雾装置,和废液箱,和连接所述电解槽和废液箱以将在电解槽中产生的碱液引导到废液箱的废液管,和控制喷雾装置及电解槽及泵工作的控制部,和它们的驱动电源;
其特征是,在泵的上方配置原料水箱,下方配置废液箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酸性水喷雾器,其特征是,喷雾装置使用安装多孔板的压电振子。
