the server also stores maintenance guidelines corresponding to the simulated animation, and the simulation unit searches the maintenance guidelines corresponding to the simulated animation stored in the server according to the problems in the simulated animation, generates maintenance guidelines conforming to each problem and stores the maintenance guidelines in the server; and the server sends a maintenance guide for simulating the problem corresponding to the animation to a control main board of the automatic sales counter, and compares and adjusts the maintenance guide according to standard data in the maintenance guide.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein in the second step, the weighing detection unit further comprises checking the amount of consumption calculated by the automatic sales counter calculation unit, peeling the quality sensor, and resetting the quality sensor.

The automatic vending cabinet detection system is applied to automatic detection of automatic vending cabinets in an automatic vending system, and the automatic vending system comprises a plurality of automatic vending cabinets and servers respectively connected with the automatic vending cabinets, and is characterized by comprising a weighing detection unit, a safety detection unit, an information transmission detection unit, a broadcasting detection unit and a detection report generation unit;
the weighing detection unit detects whether the quality data acquired by the quality sensor is abnormal or not; the weighing detection unit checks the consumption amount calculated by the control main board calculation unit;
the safety detection unit detects whether the door lock is abnormal; comprising the following steps: whether the door lock is normally opened/closed, whether the door lock state is matched with the consumption state
The broadcast detection unit detects whether the broadcast horn is abnormal;
the information transmission detection unit detects whether information transmission between the control main board wireless transmission unit of the automatic vending cabinet and the server is abnormal or not;
the detection report generation unit collects detection results of the weighing detection unit, the safety detection unit, the information transmission unit and the broadcasting detection unit, generates a detection report after arrangement, outputs the detection report, displays the detection report on a touch display screen of an automatic vending cabinet, and sends the detection report to the server for storage through a wireless transmission unit of a control main board;
the weighing detection unit reads the quality difference of the detection target quality sensor and calculates the mass of the put weight to obtain a first quality, the weighing detection unit reads the image information before and after the quality change of the camera, and according to the quality of the put weight mark in the image information, the mass of the put weight is obtained to obtain a second quality, and the weighing detection unit determines whether the quality data obtained by the quality sensor is abnormal according to the quality difference of the first quality and the second quality; the weighing detection unit reads the consumption amount calculated by the control main board calculation unit and is a first settlement amount, acquires information of the taken commodity according to the image information before and after the quality change of the camera is read, calculates to obtain a second settlement amount according to the price of the preset taken commodity of the control main board, and determines whether the consumption amount calculated by the calculation unit is abnormal or not according to the difference between the first settlement amount and the second settlement amount;
the safety detection unit sends a lock opening/locking falling command to the control main board and detects whether the door lock is opened or closed, and when the lock opening/locking falling command sent by the safety detection unit is the same as the lock state opening/closing detection, the safety detection unit judges that the door lock is normal; when a lock opening/locking command sent by the safety detection unit is different from a detected door lock state opening/closing, the safety detection unit judges that the door lock is abnormal; the security detection unit reads the current consumption state of the control main board, detects the door lock state, the consumption state is matched with the lock-out state, the settlement is completed to be matched with the lock-down state, and when the consumption state read by the security detection unit is matched with the door lock state, the security detection unit judges that the door lock is normal; when the consumption state read by the safety detection unit is not matched with the door lock state, the safety detection unit judges that the door lock is abnormal;
when the control main board receives a lock opening/locking command of the door lock, the control main board respectively sends the lock opening/locking command of the door lock to the broadcasting loudspeaker and the broadcasting detection unit; the lock unlocking/locking command received by the broadcast detection unit is a first broadcast content; the broadcast loudspeaker broadcasts the command content, and the broadcast detection unit acquires the broadcast content which is the second broadcast content; the broadcast detection unit compares the first broadcast content with the second broadcast content and judges whether the broadcast loudspeaker is abnormal or not;
the information transmission detection unit transmits test information to the control main board, the control main board sends the test information to the server through the wireless transmission unit, the information transmission detection unit comprises feedback information stored in the server, the feedback information is associated with the test information, when the server receives the test information, the server sends the feedback information to the wireless transmission unit of the control main board, and the information transmission detection unit reads the feedback information received by the wireless transmission unit; judging whether the wireless transmission unit is abnormal or not according to the condition that the information transmission detection unit reads feedback information;
the detection system generates an operation log for detecting the operation of the whole process, and sends the operation log to the server for storage, and the server further comprises a simulation unit, wherein the simulation unit respectively generates simulation animations of the detection process corresponding to the weighing detection unit, the safety detection unit, the information transmission detection unit and the broadcasting detection unit according to the operation log; the server sends the simulated animation to a control main board of the automatic sales counter, the control main board sends the simulated animation to a detection report generating unit of the detection system, and the detection report generating unit hyperlinks the simulated animation corresponding to the detection processes of the weighing detection unit, the safety detection unit, the information transmission detection unit and the broadcasting detection unit to corresponding positions of the detection report respectively;
the server also stores maintenance guidelines corresponding to the simulated animation, and the simulation unit searches the maintenance guidelines corresponding to the simulated animation stored in the server according to the problems in the simulated animation, generates maintenance guidelines conforming to each problem and stores the maintenance guidelines in the server; and the server sends a maintenance guide for simulating the problem corresponding to the animation to a control main board of the automatic sales counter, and compares and adjusts the maintenance guide according to standard data in the maintenance guide.
4. A system for detecting an automated sales counter according to claim 3, wherein the weighing detection unit further comprises a counter for checking the amount of consumption calculated by the automated sales counter calculation unit, and a peeling and resetting arrangement for the quality sensor.
