The radiator 11 has a second mounting table 114 at the bottom thereof, and the second mounting table 114 forms a second mounting groove 115 into which the second clamping member 231 extends; because the second mounting groove 115 is formed at the bottom of the radiator 11 and is not in contact with the protective glass 13, after the second clamping piece 231 stretches into the second mounting groove 115, the second clamping piece 231 can jointly limit the protective glass 13 with the first clamping piece 221, when the protective glass 13 is lifted upwards and separated from the mounting cavity 111, the first baffle 22 is driven to move upwards simultaneously, the second baffle 23 is positioned at the bottom of the radiator 11, and the second baffle 23 and the first baffle 22 are integrally connected, so that the first baffle 22 can drive the second baffle 23 to move upwards simultaneously, and the second baffle 23 can be in closer contact with the bottom of the radiator 11 when moving upwards, thereby limiting the upward movement of the first baffle 22 and further limiting the movement of the protective glass 13, and the second clamping piece 231 is arranged in the second mounting groove 115 and can limit the second baffle 23 to move along the horizontal direction, thereby preventing the second baffle 23 from separating from the radiator 11.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present application, the first baffle 22 and the second baffle 23 are each formed by extending at the fixing member 21, so that, in order to make the first baffle 22 and the second baffle 23 capable of restricting the movement of the cover glass 13 better, it is also necessary for the fixing member 21 to secure the stability of the first baffle 22 and the second baffle 23 after installation by restricting the fixing member 21, the side portion of the heat sink 11 is recessed to form a restriction groove 116 in which the fixing member 21 is provided, the restriction groove 116 restricting the fixing member 21 from sliding in the horizontal direction; the limiting groove 116 is formed from top to bottom and has two open ends, so that the fixing piece 21 is ensured not to influence the installation of the first baffle 22 and the second baffle 23 after being installed in the limiting groove 116, and when the fixing piece 21 is installed in the limiting groove 116, the fixing piece 21 is abutted with the side walls on two sides of the limiting groove 116, so that the fixing piece 21 is limited to move left and right in the horizontal direction.
The vertical cross sections of the first clamping piece 221 and the second clamping piece 231 are triangular; the triangle structure is stable and has a tip, thereby facilitating the insertion of the first and second clamping members 221 and 231.
In a state where the first clamping member 221 extends into the mounting cavity 111, the first clamping member 221 has a first long oblique side adjacent to the cover glass 13 and a first short oblique side adjacent to the inner wall of the mounting cavity 111, and an included angle between the first long oblique side and the first baffle 22 is smaller than an included angle between the first short oblique side and the first baffle 22; the first clamping piece 221 is abutted with the inner wall of the installation cavity 111 through the first short oblique side, so after being abutted with the first installation groove 113 of the first installation table 112 in the installation cavity 111, the short side in the first clamping piece 221 is closer to the vertical direction, and therefore the first baffle 22 is better limited to slide along the horizontal direction, and the protective glass 13 is better limited.
When the second clamping piece 231 is installed, the short sides of the second clamping piece 231 are abutted with the second installation groove 115 formed at the bottom of the radiator 11, and the included angle between the short sides of the second clamping piece 231 and the horizontal direction is large, so that after the second clamping piece 231 is abutted with the second installation groove 115, the short sides of the second clamping piece 231 are closer to the vertical direction, the second baffle 23 is better limited to slide along the horizontal direction, and the protective glass 13 is better limited.
In this application, when installing protection glass, at first will be located the luminous subassembly in the installation cavity and other install to the spare part equipment back of installation cavity, install protection glass to installation cavity department, then fix through fixed subassembly, install the mounting to the spacing groove department that the radiator lateral part formed, and push away first joint spare in the first baffle to first mounting groove, push away the second joint spare in the second baffle to the second mounting groove, push in the back, first joint spare card is in radiator cavity inner wall, and first baffle compresses tightly protection glass, fix protection glass and realize the seal of installation cavity. Meanwhile, the second clamping piece is clamped in the second mounting groove below the radiator, and the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece can be clamped in the inner wall of the concave cavity and the square clamping groove without loosening due to large angles; when the protective glass does not fall off, the protective glass needs to be disassembled for other operations, and a screwdriver or other tools can be used for inserting the protective glass into a gap between the protective glass and the radiator to tilt out the first baffle and the second baffle, so that the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece lose the clamping effect, and the protective glass is removed. It can be appreciated that when the first baffle is tilted, the first baffle is tilted in the vertical direction, and the tilted height is greater than the tilted height of the first baffle when the protective glass is separated, so that the first baffle can be tilted manually, but when the protective glass is separated, the first baffle still cannot be tilted, so that the first clamping piece still can play a clamping role.

Claims (10)

1. An LED module that is safe in utilization, comprising:
a lighting assembly including a heat sink having a mounting cavity, a light emitting assembly mounted to the mounting cavity, and a cover glass covering an aperture of the mounting cavity, the cover glass having a fixed state fixed to the mounting cavity and a slip state moving relative to the mounting cavity;
the fixing assembly comprises a fixing piece arranged on the side part of the radiator, the fixing piece comprises a first baffle plate extending to the joint of the radiator and the protective glass and a second baffle plate extending to the bottom of the radiator, the first baffle plate is provided with a first clamping piece extending into the mounting cavity, and the second baffle plate is provided with a second clamping piece clamped with the bottom of the radiator;
the warning subassembly, it including set up in the warning piece in installation cavity and connect the warning piece with the connecting piece of first joint spare, protection glass is in under the fixed state, the warning piece with protection glass is formed with the installation clearance, protection glass shows normal light, protection glass by fixed state changes to when the slippage state, protection glass drives first joint spare removes, so that first joint spare passes through the connecting piece drives the warning piece orientation protection glass removes and the butt, protection glass with the light of the contact area of warning piece is different with normal light.

The LED module of claim 1, wherein the warning member comprises a warning light connected to the first engaging member and a pressing switch provided to the cover glass, the warning light is electrically connected to the pressing switch, the first engaging member can drive the warning light to move toward the pressing switch to trigger the warning light through the pressing switch, and the lamp light of the warning light is different from the normal lamp light.

The LED module of claim 1, wherein the warning member comprises a warning container connected to the first fastening member and a warning liquid provided in the warning container, and the cover glass is provided with a protrusion penetrating the warning container, so that the warning liquid adheres to the cover glass and the light is different from the normal light.
4. A safe-to-use LED module according to claim 3, wherein the height of the protrusion is 3-6 mm and the protrusion has a tip that abuts the warning container.
5. The LED module of claim 1, wherein the heat sink has a first mounting land in the mounting cavity, the first mounting land forming a first mounting groove abutting an end of the cover glass, the first clip projecting into the first mounting groove.
6. The LED module of claim 5, wherein the top end of the cover glass is lower than the top end of the first mounting base.
7. The LED module of claim 1, wherein the heat sink has a second mounting base at a bottom thereof, the second mounting base forming a second mounting groove into which the second clip extends.
8. The LED module of claim 1, wherein the side recess of the heat sink forms a limit groove for the fixture, the limit groove limiting the fixture to slide in a horizontal direction.
9. The LED module of any of claims 1-8, wherein the first and second clip members are triangular in vertical cross-section.
10. The LED module of claim 9, wherein the first clip member has a first long oblique side adjacent to the cover glass and a first short oblique side adjacent to the inner wall of the mounting cavity in a state in which the first clip member is extended into the mounting cavity, and an angle between the first long oblique side and the first baffle is smaller than an angle between the first short oblique side and the first baffle.
