The oil seal sleeve is positioned at the lower part of the plunger sleeve, the oil seal is arranged in the hole of the oil seal sleeve, the inner diameter of the oil seal covers the outer diameter of the plunger, and the high pressure at the top of the plunger is leaked to isolate the diesel oil reaching the top of the oil seal from the engine oil below. The top surface of the oil seal sleeve is propped against the plunger sleeve, and low-pressure diesel oil at the inlet (2.1) of the plunger sleeve is isolated from high-pressure leakage diesel oil reaching the top of the oil seal. The oil seal sleeve is provided with a pressure relief hole (4.1) for leading the diesel oil leaked under high pressure back to the oil tank (6) through the oil return hole (5.1) of the pump body (5).
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of common rail systems of diesel engines, in particular to a pump oil system for isolating engine oil and diesel oil of a common rail pump.
Background
With the upgrading of emission regulations, the common rail pump starts to increase diesel particulate emissions by preventing the engine oil below the plunger barrel 2 from being adsorbed on the outer diameter of the plunger 1 to mix with diesel oil using the oil seal 3 shown in fig. 1. The prior art has two structures of left and right in figure 1, when a plunger 1 presses oil, a small part of top high-pressure diesel oil passes through a gap between a plunger sleeve 2 and the plunger 1 under the action of high pressure to reach the top of an oil seal 3, then returns to an inlet 2.1 of the plunger sleeve through a pressure relief hole 2.2 or 2.3, reenters the top of the plunger 1, is pressed to high pressure and is supplied to a common rail system. Pressure release hole 2.2 length is short easy to process, and pressure release hole 2.3 has increased the sealed length of 1 top high-pressure chamber of plunger to pressure release hole 2.3 entry, has reduced high-pressure leakage flow, and two kinds of structures respectively have the advantage and shortcoming, all have the product to use.
One of the disadvantages is: the oil seal 3 is a rubber part, the service life of the oil seal is far shorter than that of a plunger and barrel assembly consisting of the plunger 1 and the plunger sleeve 2, and when the oil seal 3 is worn to be replaced, the oil seal cannot be detached from the plunger sleeve 2, so that the oil seal has to be replaced together with the plunger and barrel assembly which can be used. The plunger and barrel assembly is a high-value part of the common rail pump, and additional use cost is caused by abandoning the plunger and barrel assembly which can be used.
The second disadvantage is that: when the diesel oil with high pressure leakage reaches the top of the oil seal 3, high pressure energy is converted into heat energy, the temperature rise amplitude exceeds 100 ℃ after the pressure of 200Mpa of the conventional common rail system is reduced to about 0.3-0.5 Mpa of a low pressure area, the high-temperature diesel oil returns to the plunger sleeve inlet 2.1, the heat load of the common rail pump is increased, the volumetric efficiency of the common rail pump is reduced, and the service life of a rubber sealing element is prolonged.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: in order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a common rail pump oil system with engine oil isolated from diesel oil, which can replace an oil seal and reduce the heat load of the common rail pump.
The technical scheme is as follows: in order to achieve the purpose, the pump oil system for isolating the engine oil and the diesel oil of the common rail pump comprises a plunger, a plunger sleeve, an oil seal and an oil seal sleeve; an oil seal sleeve is arranged below the plunger sleeve, and the oil seal is arranged in a hole of the oil seal sleeve.
Furthermore, the oil seal sleeve is provided with a pressure relief hole, and fuel oil leaked from high pressure on the plunger top is led back to the oil tank through an oil return hole of the pump body.
Has the advantages that: the oil seal, the oil seal sleeve and the plunger sleeve can be separated from each other, the oil seal which is worn to the service life can be independently replaced, a plunger matching part which can be used is reserved, and the use cost of the common rail system is reduced; the diesel oil with high pressure leakage is led back to the oil tank, so that the heat converted from high pressure energy is prevented from entering the plunger sleeve inlet to increase the heat load of the common rail pump, and the volumetric efficiency and the service life of the common rail pump are improved.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a pump oil system for isolating engine oil from diesel oil in the background art;
FIG. 2 is a pump oil system of the present invention with the engine oil isolated from the diesel fuel.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in the attached figure 2: the oil seal sleeve is positioned at the lower part of the plunger sleeve, the oil seal is arranged in the hole of the oil seal sleeve, the inner diameter of the oil seal covers the outer diameter of the plunger, and the high pressure at the top of the plunger is leaked to isolate the diesel oil reaching the top of the oil seal from the engine oil below. The top surface of the oil seal sleeve is propped against the plunger sleeve, and low-pressure diesel oil at the inlet of the plunger sleeve is isolated from high-pressure leakage diesel oil reaching the top of the oil seal. When the plunger 1 presses oil upwards, a small part of diesel oil with the top pressed to be high pressure reaches the top of the oil seal 3 through a radial gap between the plunger 1 and the plunger sleeve 2, reaches the pressure relief hole 4.1 through a radial gap between the plunger sleeve 2 and the oil seal sleeve 3, and returns to the oil tank through an oil return hole 5.1 on the pump body 5.
The aperture of the small end of the oil seal sleeve 4 is larger than the inner diameter of the oil seal 3, the aperture of the large end of the oil seal sleeve 4 is larger than the outer diameter of the oil seal 3, when the oil seal 3 is worn to be replaced, the push rod is used for stretching into the small end hole of the oil seal sleeve 4 to prop against the oil seal 3, and the oil seal is pushed out from the large end hole of the oil seal sleeve 4.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it should be noted that: it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the principles of the invention and these are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
